The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

Perfect stay for my concert, only five minutes walk to Coca-cola colisem! Everyone is kind and professional in the hotel. Food is tasty in Roses at 2nd floor.

Booked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative. The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived. I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

Dieser Ort hat alles. Der Service und der Valet Parkplatz war sehr einfach zu behandeln. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Die Lounge ist sehr schön und komfortabel. Der Fitnessraum, der Pool und die Heizung sind auch große Eigenschaften. Ich empfehle, hier zu bleiben.

Sehr nachhaltiges Hotel 😂 Ich habe vergessen, die Zahnfleisch zu nehmen und anzurufen, dass es keine Zahnfleisch gibt $ 650CAD➕ Preis für die Nacht zu liefern, aber es gibt keine Reserven, aber es gibt eine Gebühr für die Amenity Gebühr $29 für die Nacht.. Es gibt 1.5 Sprach Die Service-Einstellung kann auch sein. Es gibt keinen Blick auf das Fitnesszimmer. Der Pool eröffnet in den Sommermonaten. 還是挺滿意的，住的還不錯，住了10天，周邊也是都逛了一下，餐廳的也吃了幾回。spa也是體現過了，整體還不錯的。就是外部在建造，聲音白天總是滿糟的，還有就是消防車，一天可以聽到很多回。洗漱用品這些不是每天主動提供的，都是需要説明再有，服務態度可以的。至少品牌在的。希望下次過來可以有更好的入住體驗。

Was in Toronto for a bit of biz and a bit of a family holiday. Great location, decent sized rooms and amazing service! Full marks to the crew!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und hat ein Designgefühl und ich habe drei Tage im Andy-Zimmer gelebt. Der Service ist auch sehr gut und der Hilfsdienstleister kommt gleich um Mitternacht. Die Schönheit der Schönheit ist, dass das alte Haus nicht gut austritt und abfällt, das Wasser der Wasserhaut ist weiß. Die Landschaft des Dachpools ist sehr gut, aber das Wasser ist etwas schmutzig.

Erleben Sie das traditionelle alte Hotel in englischer Sprache. Genau auf der teursten und wertvollsten Brolsy Street, die andere mit der Universität Toronto verbunden ist, fahren Sie in der Nähe. Die Aufenthaltszeit ist um 3 Uhr. Im Halle wartet, und der Halle ist nicht groß. Am Ende von 2:30 sagte die Rezeption, es gab ein Zimmer. Als er ins Zimmer kam, ging der Haushalter nicht aus. Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und sechs Kaffeeschachteln im Zimmer. Aber die vorne benutzte Schachtel bleibt immer noch in der Maschine. Das Zimmer hat einen Schlag. Schön, gut klingen.
