Großartig
GGastnutzerThe best accommodation in Sukunami hot springs. Huge rooms with western beds and Japanese influences. The dinner and breakfast buffets included are out of this world! The public baths are spectacular, especially the outdoor rock onsens are a destination on their own. Free flow of drinks and popsicles at the two lounges
Shuttle to and fro the hotel can be arranged at 40Yen per way. This hotel is really in the middle of nowhere and it's a 5 min drive from Sukunami JR Station.
The entire property has been recently renovated and reopened in Apr 2025, so the facilities are sparkling new and luxurious.

Sehr gut
AAnonymer BenutzerHotel is approx 5 mins walk from Sendai station. Follow west exit. My single room is a bit small but spacious enough for a solo. Room was clean and linen crisp. 1 bottle of water provided each day. Onsen is small with one outdoor. Over my 2-day stay at most I bumped into another person in the onsen. 2 washers and dryers in the onsen facility. Wash is free (30 mins standard) but dryer is charged 100 yen for 20 mins which is enough to 80% dry a small load. Night ramen was delicious and I appreciate the ice cream and Yakult at the onsen. Family mart is 20 steps away. Didn’t try the breakfast. And it’s actually very near the Miyakoh highway bus centre.
GGastnutzerthe location is good as it takes only 10 mins walk from the Sendai JR Station. Breakfast food provides a lot of choices including the famous Zunda-mochi. You may not need to queue up at Sendai Asaichi Morning Market for Zundai mochi. Curry beef tongue is cooked very soft and tasty. Free ramen, Yukult, ice cream stick is provided in different time slot. You may eat over 1 bowl of Ramen if you can during 9:30pm to 11pm every night. Free washing machine is provided inside the onsen. Spacious room that allows 30” luggage case to open.
Sendai is worth to visit again.
It is quite convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. Hotel rooms are quite clean and comfortable; hotel staff is helpful and polite. Free breakfast is nice and yummy.
GGastnutzerSimple, clean, cheap hotel, located generally in the center of the city. A no frills kinda hotel, but I guess that's all you're looking for half the time. I have no complaints. If the price is right, I would stay at again. Nothing spectacular, nothing bad - neutral (which is positive, when it comes to hotel stays).
GGustavo TozzoPlace was fine, staff was courteous and helpful, room was clean and relatively good size, though the light switches were place at a very strange place, opposite wall to the head of the bed, and had to get up to switch lights off) no breakfast, and the price I paid was more expensive than what they advertised at the front of the hotel (¥5400 w/ breakfast) that bothered me, specially when they charge ¥1400 for breakfast! Pricey af! So I went kombini style… much cheaper!
But it was a good stay. ¥800 yen for parking (250 metres away on foot) until checkout.
JJasper Ng KRThis hotel is located about 15mins walk away from Nakanosakae Station and 10mins walk away from Sendai Aquarium. Mitsui Outlet is also conveniently about 10mins walk away.
Check in can be a chore as it is self service but the staffs are available to help with the information required. Other than that, the hotel is awesome!
Breakfast has a huge spread, especially with the Salmon and Tuna Sashimi to make your own don. After your onsen bath, there is ice popsicle at night and lactic drink in the morning. The hotel also provides their late night Soyu Soba for free if you are hungry. Other than this, there is a comic library to pass your time. Room size is decent. Enjoyed my stay here for 2 nights.
