About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und für den Preis war ein großer Teil (obwohl ich während der Schultersaison besucht habe). Schöne Aussichten auf den Bergbereich vom Hotel’s Lounge auf einem klaren Tag. Ich genossen die Nachmittagsweingeschmack. Der Muskat Traubensaft war auch lecker! Ein sehr schöner und entspannender Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Es ist jedoch ziemlich weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, so dass es am besten ein Auto zum Hotel zu haben und umzukommen.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Loved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dieses Hotel ist sehr gut. Jedes Mal, wenn ich zwei aufeinanderfolgende Tage dort bleibe, ändern sich die Gerichte an beiden Tagen. Im Vergleich zu meinem Aufenthalt im Januar 2020 gibt es jetzt eine Selbstbedienungsbar und die Qualität des Abendessens ist besser als zuvor. Doch während dieser Mahlzeit gab es eine Episode: Ich dachte, der gebratene Fisch sei abgestanden, weil der faserige Teil des Fleisches begonnen hatte, sich zu zersetzen (Bild 9), und es unmöglich war, ihn in Stücke zu trennen. Ich befragte das Restaurant dazu, und das Restaurantpersonal erkundigte sich beim Koch und sagte mir, dass diese Art von Hokkaido-Fisch so sei. Aufgrund meiner jahrzehntelangen Erfahrung mit dem Verzehr unzähliger Fische auf der ganzen Welt bin ich mit der Erklärung des Hotelrestaurants nicht einverstanden. Aber ansonsten war das Essen sehr gut.

Wir sind mit diesem ryokan wunderbar und hilfreich. Sie holten uns in schwerem Schnee auf dem JR-Station und begrüßten uns mit warmem Tee am Eingang. :) Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren perfekt und wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im privaten Onsen! Würde sicherlich jedem empfehlen.

Very recommended ! hotel room is big enough. there is a small sofa. felt very good. Oven and washing machine is IN THE ROOM. no need coins for laundry ! big window, nice for photo shoot, can open a slide, as shown in photo with milk. (yeah, i use it to make my drinks cold. ) Multiple plug available, good for moderns day and tourist m cause many of us carry powerbank and phone to charge. need multiple charging plugs. Smart toilet as i remember. Hot drinking water available just in front of elevator, at the corridor. (public area) Hotel Location is quite far from town area, BUT, drug store and 7-11 is just in front it, as shown in photo. Pachingko , police station, all around. Nearby is housing area. very quiet place. There is a bus stop , opposite the 7-11. Thus u can still easy get to town. Just the schedule of bus is not so accurate during my time, due to heavy snow. Have some car park available if u rent a car. ( forgot if its charge... but i remember its free. u can check again). Photo of plain snow and car ( not the photo of drug store and 7-11 sign. Das traditionelle Tatami-Zimmer hat uns wirklich beeindruckt, aber der Schwefel in unserem Zimmer war der offene private Schwefel. Es war unglaublich therapeutisch, und ich liebte absolut den natürlichen Schwefelszenz, der den Raum füllte, so dass die Erfahrung fühlte sich authentisch und tief entspannt. Ein Herzschlag für die Mitarbeiter für ihre außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft. Von der warmen Begrüßung bei der Ankunft bis zur Unterstützung mit unseren Gepäck und sorgfältig vorbereiten unsere Betten, wurde jede Details mit Vorsicht behandelt. Sie waren wirklich freundlich und aufmerksam über unseren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist zwar ziemlich alt, aber wir haben es als Teil seines Vintage Charme geschätzt. Es fühlt sich wie ein Ort reich mit Geschichte und Geschichten, was einen einzigartigen Charakter hinzufügt, den Sie oft nicht in modernen Hotels finden. Das 7-course kastaki Abendessen hat uns völlig weggeblasen. Von der exquisiten Plating bis zum unverschämten Service, reflektierte jedes Gericht die Köchin's Dedication und Handwerk. Auch das Frühstück überstieg unsere Erwartungen. Obwohl es als Buffet bezeichnet wurde, waren die schön geprägten Bento-Stil-Angebote zusammen mit den komfortablen Suppen-basierten Gerichten sowohl zufriedenstellend als auch lecker. Ja, der Preis ist auf der höheren Seite, aber es ist absolut jeden Penny wert, den wir ausgegeben haben.

Location of hotel is quite good. Need to walk 15 minutes from Hakodate Station. Hotel breakfast provided in Japanese restaurant is fantastically good. Rich variety of local Japanese food. Service provided by hotel was bad n needed to be improved: (1) Check in to hotel is strictly starts at 3pm, which is vy late. Most Japan hotel checks in at 2pm n allows earlier check in. Customers needed to wait n queue up in long line to check in. Hotel is not flexible n has no alternative plans to open up check in earlier even though long queues of people are waiting for 3pm. Long queue is blocking the hotel lobby reception too. Worst is that there are a few staffs sitting at reception counter not doing anything to accommodate to crowded waiting at counter. Vy poor service provided by hotel front office reception. (2) Same thing as waiting in long queue for daily breakfast. Waiting time is too long. Will need the staff to take one by one customer to respective table. There's only one staff taking charge. Will need to upgrade the service by adding one or two more staff to be on duty at the counter.
