”Excellent experience at this hotel! The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable. They offered a wide spread menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was great. Nice staycation in laxmi empire, it is near to madgaon railway station. got discount while booking through make my trip app, staff are behave well, the amenities include swimming pool is good, luxury room for fair rate, the breakfast provided by the hotel is nice, especially South Indian food, but the food ordered from the goa aroma hotel to the room is like overpriced. otherwise the stay and food is nice. overall get good experience from hotel laxmi empire

The infra from room perspective needs an upgrade, the bed is situated in a way that both side has walls the tv is placed in a awkward manner, very uncomfortable and annoying. The study table in our room was shaky the glass cover was not in lined. The “clean my room button” doesn’t work we realised after putting that on and seeing our room not cleaned till 3pm. The house keeping staff was good they immediately came and cleaned our room. The staff at breakfast were efficient too. Food was above average.

Красивая территория, до пляжа 7-10 минут (есть трансфер). Пляж хороший. Есть кафешки с лежаками. В отеле скромные, но в целом хорошие завтраки. Поначалу думали, что отель так себе, но после переезда в другой (тк в этом не было свободных номеров на все даты нашего пребывания), за ту же цену с рейтингом 4,6! с ужасными завтраками со стаями мух, вонючим и протекающим кондиционером, грязным бассейном, древней мебелью и сантехникой, мы поняли, что первый отель – просто бомба за 350 юаней! Всем советую, кто ищет бюджетный отдых с комфортом! 👍

When we arrived (me and my older teenage daughter and son) we were so disappointed… the hotel seemed hold, not clean, very small, not 4*. The room was small, especially considering we needed one extra bed.
We stayed 6 nights and all these bad experiences we’re compensated by the way we were treated. From the reception staff (unfortunately I didn’t keep his name), to the bellboy Summit, to the restaurant staff especially during breakfast and at the egg corner, people would go out of their way to make our stay a better one. They even changed us for a bigger room without extra payment, as soon as they had one available.
Although I don’t think it’s a 4* property, we enjoyed our stay here and felt very welcomed.
The beach is a 5 min walk and the Colva Beach Village (with shops and restaurants) a 10-15min walk. Plenty of taxis if you don’t feel like walking.

Schöner Ort, Strand mit Honig weißem Sand, Territoriale Patio. Zimmer sind besser, um die Premiere zu nehmen, der Deluxe kann einen Blick auf den Garten haben, aber auch Teil der Schotte, lokale Häuser, Parkplatz. Zuerst gab es ein Zimmer Deluxe neben dem Rezeptor, dann mit den Ergänzungen bewegt sich zum Primo. Neben dem Strand des Cafés können Sie Min 20 am Strand zum Colva - ein besetzter Bereich. Insgesamt würden Sie noch zurück zu diesem Hotel

Frühstück ist beträchtlich!!! Besser als andere Hotels - die Auswahl der Gerichte und sogar Kaffee - die Maschine ....das ist sehr selten in Indien (wahr für die Dop Gebühr)

DDe Arriba Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Die Lage des Hotels ist super, da es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt ist. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, als wir darum baten, das Zimmer zu wechseln, weil die Dusche nicht richtig funktionierte. Kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und werde wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Goa zurückkehren.

VVG travellerIch hatte vor kurzem die Freude, in Colva von Marriott am Hof zu bleiben, und es war eine absolut wunderbare Erfahrung. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, war ich beeindruckt von der warmen Gastfreundschaft und Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die dieses Hotel bietet. Hier sind einige Highlights aus meinem Aufenthalt:
1. **Exceptional Staff**: Die Mitarbeiter von Courtyard von Marriott ging wirklich oben und weiter, um meinen Aufenthalt komfortable und erinnerlich zu machen. Sie waren freundlich, aufmerksam und immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen.
2. **Exzellente Reinigung**: Das Hotel verfügt über einen außergewöhnlich hohen Reinigungsstandard. Mein Zimmer war spotless, und die gemeinsamen Bereiche, einschließlich der Lobby, Restaurant und Pool, waren unschädlich. Es ist klar, dass das Hausbetreuungsteam in ihrer Arbeit sehr stolz ist, um eine hygienische und angenehme Umgebung für die Gäste zu gewährleisten.
3. **Nachbarschaft zum Strand**: Eine der besten Merkmale dieses Hotels ist seine Nähe zum Colva Beach. Nur einen kurzen Spaziergang, ist der Strand leicht zugänglich, macht es perfekt für einen Morgengrauen oder einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Bequemlichkeit, so nah am Strand zu sein, fügte mir einen besonderen Kontakt zu meinem Aufenthalt hinzu.
4. **Komfortable Zimmer**: Die Zimmer sind geräumig, gut konzipiert und mit modernen Einrichtungen ausgestattet. Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel und der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick auf die Umgebung. Es war ein perfekter Rückzug nach einem Tag der Erforschung.
5. **Essen Optionen**: Das Restaurant auf der Website serviert eine Vielzahl von leckeren Gerichten, sowohl lokale als auch internationale. Das Frühstücksbuffet war besonders beeindruckend, mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen, die jedem Palast passen.
Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt im Courtyard von Marriott, Colva nichts weniger als fantastisch. Die Kombination aus hervorragender Service, Sauberkeit und der beste Lage in der Nähe des Strandes macht es eine top Wahl für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende und freue mich auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt in der Zukunft!

Will defo go back there again if ever we visit Goa.

GGastnutzerWe were surprised with the Holi experience that the hotel curated for the guests. the pool is the highlight of the property, and it stays open till 11 at night. the staff is very warm and it is very close to both Morjim and Ashvem beach. The breakfast spread could be improved, but there are a lot of restaurants and shopping points at walking distance.

IIanIt was a comfortable stay. It is far from anything with only 2 restaurants to choose from. There is a small swimming pool to relax in on the roof.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.

GGastnutzerThe location of Riva is excellent. Right on the quietest part of the beach, but still very accessible to beach shacks and restaurants. There are 3 pools on the premises and the spa services are great. Check in and check out was so smooth. I really wish I could rate Riva higher because it’s a beautiful resort with hospitable staff and it has the potential to be very relaxing. However the food was a huge letdown. Goa is known as an amazing culinary experience, and I wish Riva was able to offer food that was upto Goan standards. I ordered a soup at the cafe and it was substandard to say the least. The sambhar and veg gravy the next morning was watered down and then over salted. Fortunately my resourceful family was able to find some amazing food options outside the hotel.
There’s work to do and I will wait to hear of better food reviews before I recommend or visit again.

GGastnutzerWe had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is superb—just a minute's walk from the sea, making beach access incredibly easy. We were very impressed with the grounds; the territory is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Our twin cottage was perfect: clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for two.
Having a lovely on-site cafe was a huge convenience, and stepping out brings you right onto Arambol's lively streets, full of shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. A small but highly appreciated perk was the two complimentary bottles of water provided daily.
The only minor inconvenience we faced was that some of our European chargers didn't fit the sockets, but the reception staff were quick to provide an adapter, sorting the issue immediately. Highly recommend for a relaxed yet convenient Goan holiday!
