I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.

This is an old hotel located a liitle up slope and few blocks away from the train station. The television in the room even has a dyscryptor on it. The decoration in the hotel is unique with old style fashion. I would say I've got a good experience of living in such historical hotel.

Das Hotel verfügt außerdem über hervorragende Einrichtungen, sodass Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts entspannen können. Die Lage war praktisch und sehr hilfreich für Besichtigungen und den Transport. Wenn ich nochmal die Gelegenheit dazu habe, werde ich Ihren Service auf jeden Fall wieder in Anspruch nehmen.

The hotel is centrally located and is near a long shopping stretch. In the area there are a lot of good food places. The public bath is great and convenient to use, and the room is spacious enough for me to relax. Travelling from the train station to the hotel with luggage is just tedious.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. If you're planning to drive, be aware that the hotel has limited free parking spaces. I recommend contacting the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. If parking is full, the front desk staff are very helpful and can suggest nearby parking options that are just a short walk away. Check-in and check-out are both quick and convenient with the hotel's automated machines. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches—like providing nightgowns for guests. If you need to do laundry, there’s even a coin-operated washing machine available. The room comes with a full set of kitchen appliances, which is super convenient for light cooking or prepping fruits and snacks. While the room isn't very large, it still offers enough space for a baby to move around comfortably. Overall, a clean, efficient, and cozy stay with thoughtful amenities that made a real difference.

Schön war, dass es in der Nähe eine **Stadt namens Izuhara gab. Mit dem Bus waren es ca. 20 Minuten? Da ich ein Auto gemietet hatte, war es ein bisschen weit vom Hafen Hitakatsu entfernt, aber als ich rausging und zurückkam, legten sie eine Decke aus und die heißen Quellen waren wirklich schön. Die Straßen waren hübsch und ich dachte, es hätte viel koreanisches Flair, aber das war nicht so sehr der Fall. Ich wollte nach langer Zeit mal wieder günstig nach Japan reisen, also ging ich hin, und es hatte viel japanisches Flair und das Essen war gut. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig und das Personal ist schön. Die Lage ist super bequem, das am chinesischen Straßen zum Essen geschlossen ist und wir können in der Straße in der Nähe des Hotels shoppen gehen.

Einfaches, kleines 3-Sterne-Hotel. Aber die Lage ist großartig! Beliebtes Essen rund um, in der Nähe einer Arkade, so ist es einfach zu gehen. Das Beste jedoch war der Service. Als sehr lächerlich begrüßt von sehr lachendem Personal. 3-Sterne-Hotel, aber der Service fühlte sich 5 Sterne. Wird für kurze Aufenthalte wieder zurückkehren.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, neben dem Nagasaki-Busterminal und gegenüber dem JR-Bahnhof Nagasaki. Transport und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht sehr praktisch. Die Dekoration und Aufteilung des Zimmers ist einzigartig japanisch und exquisit. Es ist nicht groß, aber recht einfach und sauber. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und komplette Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Drei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder waren für fünf Tage und vier Nächte hier. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I really didn't expect anything from staying at this hotel, as it was twice as cheap as anything in the area. But it's really a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring Nagasaki, in the heart of Chinatown, lots of eateries in the area, and a tram stop nearby. The entrance is between two buildings and not obvious at first glance, but Google maps will get you there. The hotel has a retro vibe and doesn't look like a traditional business hotel, but does it need to? Big comfy beds, huge rooms (a lot more spacious than you expect to find in Japan), all the amenities you need inside. The description didn't mention a fridge, but we had one in our room. No view, but it didn't bother us. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. The only downside is that they don't have a coin laundry in the hotel, but there are some in the area. In my opinion, it's more than value for money!
