Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

We booked this hotel for location and spa. The hotel was lovely but the spa was dirty and lacking in spa experience facilities. I feel this should be sold as a hotel with a pool. Disappointing spa experience for a 4* hotel and feel like this hotel has miss advertised the facilities. The shutter to the spa was down before 6pm on Valentine’s day. At check in we were told that you will get towels and robes at the spa and last entry to the spa was 8:30pm. When we arrived at the spa area reception we were only given a towel and told robes are only for guests on a spa package, contradiction to what we were told at checking in at the hotel. The pool area and changing rooms was very dirty. The pool side showers were out of order and looked like they had been for a while. The area where the jacuzzi used to be had been boarded up and looked like it’s had been for a long time. The pool was cold and also dirty.

Es ist ein Premier-Zimmer, also das Standardzimmer. Komfortable Bett für die Nacht war alles was nötig war, nur was ich hätte getrocknet, war der Extraktor nicht im Badezimmer arbeitete, so das Zimmer schmelzte ein wenig Dampf. Abgesehen davon, großer Service an der Rezeption, gutes Frühstück

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us. Front reception staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling. We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

I was a bit concerned as I approached the hotel, it didn't look great. Once inside though that all changed, the whole place is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and the facilities are excellect. My only negative is that the sauna wasn't working. The best feature of this hotel though is it's staff, very friendly, efficient and happy to help. Will be returning.

Das Hotel war wunderschön. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich. Sehr sauber. Perfektes Frühstück. Wir gehen bald mit einigen Freunden zurück. Ich empfehle es 100%

Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt angenehm überrascht, da es unser erster Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette war. Die Lage war praktisch, direkt neben der A2, aber dennoch ruhig in unserem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, der Kundenservice war großartig und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war so viel besser als bei den etablierteren Ketten. Es gibt auch einen unabhängigen Kaffeestand nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Hotel entfernt. Er heißt Grounded Coffee und wir empfehlen einen Besuch. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Schönes Hotel, geblieben für ein langes Wochenende und verwendeten die Spa-Anlagen - sie gab uns eine kostenlose Upgrade, die ein schönes Touch war! Schöne Landschaften, Restaurant war schön und nur einen kurzen Szenenwandel zur Stadt Nur Kritik war der Pool sehr klein, ohne viel Platz verfügbar und die Sauna war nur männlich oder weiblich - aber der Rest des Aufenthalts und Einrichtungen mehr als für ihn gemacht! Auch empfehlen Sie den Nachmittagsthee :)

Checking in at reception was quick & easy. The room was spacious with a large king-size bed which was comfy and the room was toasty. Good value, would recommend and stay again.

Fab hotel close to Dover Port. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean with modern decor. Room was a fair size with a recently refurbished bathroom - shower only. Room was with a mini fridge, nice teas and option for room service. Excellent value for money with a good choice of amenities. Parking to rear of hotel. Can access hotel from the front and rear of property. Would highly recommend. Overall a really lovely stay. ☺️
