Exceptional Hospitality and Unmatched Convenience I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a true VIP—thanks to the warm and professional service from every team member, including reception, housekeeping, and security. This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

Had a good times. The staff from the doorman, receptionist, F&B are all the BEST TEAM! Oreo, Tia ,Rozzaq to name a few and many more names which I cant recall ( an old lady - forgot to jotted down their name🤭) . They are friendly, helpful, courteous and their smiles are very contagious 😁. Keep up the good work, guys!

exceeded expectations in all regards. from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior. the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping. and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge. overall 10/10 will visit again.

This hotel has the most flawless service we have received, perhaps ever. The breakfast is magnificent. The team is incredibly attentive, and the facilities are perfect. Whether it’s for Business, family or a stay with your partner you will be over the moon with your time at Aloft Surabaya. Incredible, a must stay.

Appalled by the room cleanliness. Able to spot long hairs on my bedside carpet on the first day and still not vacuumed even on the day I left. Toilet walls had some mould growing (I rubbed against it and it came off). Room is spacious and aircon is strong. Breakfast had a ok variety but what's annoying is the used napkins on our tables being served as new ones. We went during a busy period but it's not excusable. Sufficient gym facilities for basis free weights and polite staff. Can do better on maintenance.

Awesome location but not the traffic. Clean and nice ambience even though the main lobby is on the second floor - up the carpark. Overall, great stay and will definitely stay here again. Thank you Harris Hotel and staff. Keep up the good work. Cons- hotel room floors should do a makeover. Can hear the popping whenever you are walking around in the room.

I really didn’t take any photos but it’s exactly as advertised. This place seemed very popular and it was crowded but it accommodated everyone perfectly. We rented the bikes to go to the nearby waterfall too. Amazing service, view and food. This would be my 2nd favourite place this trip.

Very clean hotel, rooms comfortable, 7 minutes away from airport, convenient for those on eaely flight. Shuttle service avaialble for transfer to airport. Restaurant food above avg for local cuisine.

Es gibt so viel zu kritisieren an Dialoog, wenn man ein Suite-Zimmer bucht. Als wir das erste Mal ankamen, konnten wir nicht zu viel heißes Wasser verwenden, weil es nur für zwei Personen reicht, obwohl ich zwei Kinder dabei hatte, also mussten wir eine Weile warten, bis der Warmwassertank aufgefüllt war. Und für eine Suite haben sie keinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Die Ausstattung ist sehr standardmäßig, nur ein Zahnpflegeset. Das Zimmer selbst war so geräumig und wir hatten Meerblick, was super schön war. Die Einrichtungen sind komplett, Spa-Raum, Fitnessstudio mit ausgestatteten Geräten, der Infinity-Pool auch schön und sauber. Die Aussicht auf die Umgebung war die beste! Und hier kommt der nicht so gute Teil, das Frühstückserlebnis. Als größtes Resort der Stadt war die Frühstücksauswahl sehr begrenzt! Da ich nach diesem Hotel in ein anderes Hotel gezogen bin, kann das Frühstück von Dialoog nicht einmal mit denen mithalten. Der Geschmack war so lala. Sie bieten nur schwarzen Kaffee an und als mein Mann eine Tasse Latte wollte, mussten wir extra bezahlen, was wir in einem anderen Hotel kostenlos bekamen. Und das ist Standard in einem 4-5-Sterne-Hotel. Nur ein schwarzer Kaffee, obwohl wir 3 Millionen pro Tag für eine Suite zahlen. Sie füllen die Säfte nicht in Gläser, sondern haben sie uns auf Wunsch in kleine Gläser gegossen, und die Saftauswahl bestand nur aus Papaya, Wassermelone und Melone. Super Standard-Essensauswahl. Sie können alles haben, was Sie trinken können, außer Tee, Wasser und Kaffee 😁 Es war Hochsaison und das Essen hat mich überhaupt nicht beeindruckt. Zumindest war ich von der Aussicht und dem Resort begeistert. Das hat meine Enttäuschung über das Hotelerlebnis wettgemacht. Werde ich wieder in dieses Hotel kommen? NEIN! Es war den Preis nicht wert, glauben Sie mir, es sei denn, Sie wählen dieses Hotel NUR wegen der Aussicht.

Ich war schon einmal Stammgast in diesem Hotel, bis zu meinem letzten Aufenthalt gab es ein Problem mit der Klimaanlage im Zimmer, ich bat darum, sie für den Gepäckservice reparieren zu lassen, sie kam erst um 23 Uhr, aber es war nicht so. Es folgte ein Zimmerwechsel... nach langem Warten und Nachfragen bekamen sie die Antwort, an diesem Abend das Zimmer zu wechseln. Auch wenn mein Körper müde ist, möchte ich mich ausruhen 😌
