A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable rooms and good soundproofing. Staff members are professional, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location is convenient for sightseeing and daily activities, while still being quiet enough to relax. Facilities are well managed, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. A great choice for both leisure and family travelers.

My stay at Savoia Curio Collection was rather mediocre and fell short of the standards I normally associate with Hilton’s Curio Collection. Given the brand, I had much higher expectations regarding both the level of service and the overall quality of the property. Unfortunately, the experience did not feel distinctive or refined enough to justify the Curio positioning. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and there is significant room for improvement.

Wir haben schon in vielen Luxushotels an der französischen Küste übernachtet, und dieses Hotel ist mittelmäßig. + Schöne, alte Innenräume, Brücke zum Meer. - Relativ kleine Zimmer, enge Duschkabine, das Hotel ist überlaufen, der Service im Restaurant ist verbesserungsbedürftig (die Kellner sind nicht an gutem Service interessiert, da das Restaurant immer voll ist), schmutzige Löffel (siehe Foto), die Aussicht auf dem Foto ist nur teilweise Meerblick).

Das wahre Palast ist sehr erstaunt. Das Erlebnis von Lafayette ist chinesisch. Lob. Die Rezeption des Hotels ist etwas ernst. Der Kellner ist sehr enthusiastisch und aktiv. Very convenient beachside hotel in the outskirts of San Remo. 10 minutes walking to the center through a special pedestrian alley. Free parking, pool and a very nice garden

We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us. The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально. Но есть ужасные минусы: - невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось. - нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать. - единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно. - очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги - вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.
