Die Lage ist hervorragend und verkehrsgünstig, das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich und komplett ausgestattet. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, der Aufenthalt insgesamt war gut und der Preis angemessen. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal wiederkommen.

I traveled to Sofia as a solo female traveler and chose this guesthouse because I love old houses with character. This place not only had the best location but also many lovely touches. It was clean, with tea, coffee, and snacks in the kitchen for everyone to enjoy. I didn’t sit in the garden since the weather was cold, but I was delighted to be greeted by the cats whenever I went out or came back. The friendly neighborhood also made me feel very welcomed. I look Asian, don’t speak the language, and traveled alone, yet at no point did I feel unwelcome or unsafe. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Sofia in the future.

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

The hotel was fine for the price. Staff were very helpful, the view of the city was amazing. The bed was okay, there was no overhead lighting. One had to use lamps. The fridge in the room was nice to have but noisy. I unplugged it at night. It kept the contents cold by the next morning. Daily house keeping, metro just outside and a shopping mall across the road. There is Burger King, KFC, Subway if you are craving Western food. Basic amenities but clean and comfortable.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut gekühlt und sehr komfortabel. Darüber hinaus ist das Frühstück auch sehr lecker. Ich denke, es ist ein gutes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ich habe dieses Hotel aufgrund der Nähe zum Pullman-Bahnhof ausgewählt. Das Personal war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Als ich jedoch um 20 Uhr ankam, stellte ich fest, dass mein Zimmer nicht ausreichend für die Unterbringung von Gästen vorbereitet war. Das Bett war fertig, nur ein Unterlaken und ein Kissen, das Oberlaken und eine Decke fehlten. Die Rezeptionistin war fantastisch und brachte mir sofort alles, was mir fehlte: ein Laken und eine Decke. Trotz dieser Unannehmlichkeiten war mein Aufenthalt insgesamt gut, vor allem dank der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Für eine Nacht, Zimmer Deluxe im 7. Stock. Gutes Hotel. Ausgezeichnete Lage. Bequeme Betten. Delikat Kaffee aus der Kapsel Kaffeemaschine. Von den Nebenwirkungen: in unserem Zimmer wurde das Internet nur an der Eingangstür gefangen. schlechte Arbeitsduschen. Geräusch in der Nacht aufgrund technischer Zimmer und Klimaanlagen auf der Straße.

Viele zu lieben, aber auch einige große Probleme. Erstaunliche Lage, großes Zimmer und sehr einfache Eincheckung. Liebe, dass es ein Sofa im Zimmer und ein Kühlschrank. Probleme: - A/C (oder eine Pumpe von irgendeiner Art) extrem laut von 6am in unserem Zimmer (3) und machte Schlaf unmöglich, extrem irritierend. Es dauerte Stunden. - Das Badezimmer hat immer einen schlechten Geruch wie Abwasser. - Kein Duschegarten hat das Badezimmer jedes Mal in einen See verwandelt, wenn wir duschen, auch wenn wir vorsichtig sein wollten.

Dies ist eine Unterkunft, die sich durch äußerst saubere und ordentliche Innenhygiene und die Kundenzufriedenheitsbemühungen ihres freundlichen und sachkundigen Personals auszeichnet. Die verschiedenen Einrichtungen, darunter Küche, Toilette und Badezimmer, sind sehr praktisch und auch die Entfernung zum zentralen Busbahnhof ist recht gering, sodass die Erreichbarkeit hervorragend ist. Auch das Vorhandensein eines großen Supermarkts in der Nähe erhöht den Wert dieser Immobilie.
