Hotels in Sofia mit Parkplatz

Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

Ich habe kürzlich im Sofia Novotel übernachtet und war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt und boten einen komfortablen Ort zum Entspannen nach einem anstrengenden Tag. Die Betten waren perfekt – weder zu hart noch zu weich, sodass ich wunderbar schlafen konnte. Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt gegenüber einem Einkaufszentrum. Dadurch ist es unglaublich praktisch zum Essen, Einkaufen und für Unterhaltung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer mit einem Lächeln zur Stelle. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und bot eine gute Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen für einen guten Start in den Tag. Der einzige Nachteil war der Fitnessraum, der recht klein ist und keine schweren Hanteln und keine Klimmzugstange bietet. Für ein einfaches Training ist er ausreichend, aber wer ein umfassenderes Fitnessangebot sucht, könnte enttäuscht sein. Alles in allem ist das Sofia Novotel aufgrund seiner Lage, des Komforts und des Services eine hervorragende Wahl. Fitnessbegeisterte könnten jedoch die Ausstattung des Fitnessraums als etwas eingeschränkt empfinden. Ich würde definitiv wieder hier übernachten!

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Moment waren wir rundum begeistert. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant war überaus aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Serviceleistungen des Hotels waren vielfältig und alle in einwandfreiem Zustand. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und von hoher Qualität, das Zimmer wunderschön und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht, das Bett unglaublich bequem – wir waren rundum zufrieden. Dieses Hotel verdient 10 von 10 Punkten.

Sehr enttäuschend Service – Nicht werth the Price Ich war kürzlich im Hotel COOP Sofia und hatte eine unerfreuliche Erfahrung mit einem der Rezeptoren Mariana. Als ich die Rezeption angerufen habe, um etwas Eis für mein Zimmer zu beantragen, informierte sie mich ,in einem ziemlich harten Ton ! Dass das Hotel keine Eis zu den Zimmern liefert und dass ich nach unten gekommen war, um es selbst zu sammeln. Als ich versuchte zu erklären, dass ich am Vorabend Eis in meinem Zimmer erhalten hatte, setzte sie plötzlich das Telefon auf. Als ich in die Lobby ging, um die Situation zu klären, sagte ich ihr, dass ihr Verhalten unzulässig war und eine Entschuldigung wäre sinnvoll. Statt sich zu entschuldigen, behauptete sie, sie sei „zu beschäftigt“ und dass es „zu viele Gäste“ gab, obwohl die Lobby zu dem Zeitpunkt völlig leer war. Sie fragte dann wieder absichtlich, ob ich noch das Eis wollte. Ich bat um eine Rede mit ihrem Aufsichtsrat, aber sie machte sich vor, nicht zu verstehen, was ich meine. Schließlich brachte sie mir eine kleine Menge Eis in einem Papierkuchen. Erst nachdem ich darauf bestanden hatte, kam sie mit einem Eisbock und Zungen zurück. Diese Serviceleistung liegt weit unter dem, was man von einem vier Start-Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde. Die Erfahrung hat einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen, und ich werde sicher nicht wieder hier bleiben. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

Das Hotel ist perfekt im Zentrum von Sofia, der Service ist gut, aber nicht so aufmerksam wie das, was ich von Intercontinental benutzt habe... Sie würden von dem Hotel auf außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeitsdienst erwarten. (Sagen Sie ihnen, es war mein Geburtstag zum Beispiel und nicht einmal ein glücklicher Geburtstag) Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, Spa und Fitness sehr schön und das Adore Restaurant hat sehr gutes Essen.

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einem erstklassigen Ort, direkt neben den beliebtesten Reisezielen. Das Frühstück ist lecker, mit spitzen Wein serviert. Das Gebäude selbst ist ein schöner Palast, und das Zimmer wurde kürzlich renoviert.

Die Lage zum Airport ist perfekt, der CheckIn war problemlos, Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden, Flughafenshuttle auch (Dauer ca. 10 Min.). Freundliches Personal, Frühstück wurde morgens um 04.00 als Paket mitgegeben, Wasserspender auf den Fluren und das Restaurant war auch nicht schlecht. Klare Empfehlung!
