KKMSIch war kürzlich im Sofia Novotel und hatte eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt, bieten einen komfortablen Raum, um nach einem bemühten Tag zu entspannen. Die Betten waren perfekt nicht zu fest und nicht zu weich, die einen tollen Schlaf sichern.
Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, direkt über die Straße von einem Einkaufszentrum gelegen, was es unglaublich bequem für Essen, Einkaufen und Unterhaltung machte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, mit einem Lächeln zu helfen.
Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, bietet eine gute Auswahl an frisch und schmeckenden Optionen, um den Tag zu beginnen.
Die einzige Nebenwirkung war der Fitnessraum, der ziemlich klein ist und keine schweren freien Gewichte und eine Pull-up-Bar. Während es gut für eine Grundausbildung ist, könnten diejenigen, die nach einem umfassenderen Fitness-Setup suchen, enttäuscht sein.
Insgesamt ist Sofia Novotel eine große Auswahl für seine Lage, Komfort und Service, aber Fitness-Enthusieker könnten die Fitnesseinrichtungen begrenzt finden. Ich würde sicherlich hier noch einmal bleiben!

__M1390165****It is a very beautiful hotel inside out. What does not make this hotel great is the poor service of at least two sections of the hotel from my personal experience. Number one disappointment is the Beauty Salon. I made an appointment for meniscus at 16:30 on September 22. I showed up on time only to be told by the receptionist that the appointment is at 16:45. I told her that is not true and in fact I confirmed it with her twice. It was apparent that someone cut into the line and from our conversation I know she knew it as well. Yet, she was lying through her teeth that is totally beyond me. The worst was yet to come, I was told when I came down again at 16:45, I had to wait for another 20 minutes. That is the end of the story. Second incident is at the “well known” restaurant Mediterra. To make a long story shot, the Greek style calamari I ordered looked as well as tasted like burned wood log. To the main course “beef cheeks” the only thing I could think about it is what I once tasted on a Lufthansa flight business class section is 10 times better.
Other than that I had a very pleasant stay and the receptionists are extremely friendly and helpful. I should also add the location of the hotel is very convenient and has easy access to all the main attractions.

PPatrykHotel was with good location, the room was quite basic. Good pool & sauna area. Service attitude not the best and the breakfast room was quite messy and not cleaned also small. I can recommend this for a few nights stay in Sofia.

GGuest UserIch hatte einen Job im Justizministerium, ich konnte in 10 Minuten ankommen, und als ich um 11 Uhr ankam, wollten sie nur 7 leere Zimmer, aber sie wollten 30 Euro für eine frühzeitige Kontrolle. In den Salamfleischprodukten, die am Frühstück angeboten wurden, schrieb der Hund Rauch, ich fragte den Kellner, es gab kein Schweinefleisch dendi.netlik. Im Fernsehen gibt es keine türkischen Kanäle.Im Bad gibt es zwei Handtücher, zwei Schnittsätze für Haare und Reinigungsprodukte für den Körper.

RRositsa PetrovaAlles in Ordnung. seltsame Dekorationen. Es war ein klassischer Sofia, von einem berühmten japanischen Architekten gebaut. Sie hielten immer noch einen schönen japanischen Garten. Die Restaurants sind auch schön. Frühstück war ausreichend, dachte nicht koppig. Nahe der U-Bahn, schöne Aussichten.

AAlek MThe hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.
