The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

We had a fantastic stay at Courtyard by Marriott in Agra! The hotel is elegant, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was delicious. A big thank you to Dheereendr for his outstanding service — he was always friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra!

Amazing hotel! It deserves the 5-stars quality. The hotel staff especially has a sense of hospitality. Actively, they were asking customer needs like asking for additional foods at a breakfast venue, giving us cake assorts with a handwriting letter for me, and setting enough drinkable water with eco friendly recycled glass bottle. Passively, whenever we asked by phone, they replied and actioned as soon as possible like giving us additional towels, lending us a wine opener, and letting us know info related to sightseeing around the hotel. When I come to Agra and my friends have a trip to it, I strongly come to and recommend it.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, in der Nähe der Altstadt, es gibt nichts in der Nähe. Reisen kann nur Tuk sein. Wenn Sie das Hotel an der Tür treffen, eine Fahrt von 100 Rupien, und dann hoffe ich, Sie in den Laden zu ziehen, gehen Sie einfach. Das Hotel ist in der Mauer, die Ausstattung und die Größe der Zimmer sind dem Preis angemessen, insgesamt gut, Service, Mundgeruch. The ITC Mughal was an incredible stay! We have been travelling round the world for the last few months and the Bed in our room was by far the comfiest of them all! Make sure to check out Peswhari restaurant. The lamb shank and Black Daal are must trys!!! Unbelievable! Also, there is actually 2 swimming pools, ignore the central one and head to the pool next to the spa, so much nicer!

Good things first 1. spacious rooms 2. Good breakfast buffet 3. swimming pool Need to improve things 1. the floor mats smells need to be cleaned. 2. the customer checkout services needs to be improved..I requested for a extension but just allow 30 minutes..need to provide better customer service. 3. customer baggage handling issues..too many people so the baggage counter denied to keep the baggage after checkout.

Das Hotel ist modern, gepflegt und komfortabel. Unser Zimmer war sauber, gut ausgestattet und ideal, um nach einem Tag in Agra zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr angenehm. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren hilfsbereit, professionell und herzlich. Das Team organisierte für uns sehr freundlich einen Ausflug mit Fahrer sowie anschließend unseren Transport nach Delhi. Das war unkompliziert, zuverlässig und komfortabel und für uns eine große Hilfe. Sehr froh waren wir auch, dass wir das Abendessen direkt mitgebucht hatten. Das Buffet war schön angerichtet, bot eine große Auswahl an indischen und westlichen Speisen und war für unseren zweitägigen Aufenthalt ideal. Nach einem Tag voller Eindrücke mussten wir am Abend nicht mehr überlegen, wo wir essen möchten, sondern konnten den Tag entspannt im Hotel ausklingen lassen. Für einen Besuch in Agra ist das Hotel eine hervorragende Wahl: komfortabel, zuverlässig und mit sehr gutem Service. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Jedes Teammitglied, mit dem ich interagierte, war warm, aufmerksam und wirklich eifersüchtig, mit Empfehlungen und besonderen Anfragen zu helfen. Spotless & Comfortable Room: Das Zimmer war unglaublich sauber, geräumig und schön gestaltet. Das Bett war außergewöhnlich komfortabel, garantiert eine tolle Nachtslaffahrt, und die Einrichtungen waren top-notch. Prime Lage: Perfekte Nähe zu lokalen Attraktionen, Speisen und Transit-Optionen, so dass es einfach ist, die Gegend zu erkunden, während immer noch eine ruhige, ruhige Heiligtum am Abend bietet. Ausgezeichnetes Essen: Das Frühstück bot eine reichhaltige Auswahl an frischen, qualitativ hochwertigen Optionen, und die gemeinsamen Bereiche und Lounge des Hotels waren stilvoll und einladend.
