The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel Agra, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering luxurious rooms, world-class amenities, and a serene atmosphere that ensures complete relaxation. A special shoutout goes to Jannat, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She upgraded me to a complimentary suite with a stunning view of the Taj Mahal, which was absolutely magical. She also arranged a complimentary breakfast that was both delicious and the perfect start to my day. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel so welcomed and valued. The hotel itself boasts fantastic features, including a rooftop restaurant and a gym, both offering breathtaking views of the Taj Mahal. Whether you’re enjoying a workout or dining under the stars, the views are simply mesmerizing. I cannot recommend Radisson Hotel Agra enough for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. This place has it all, and I will definitely be returning with my friends and family! (Besser) Der Hall ist sauber und schön. Die Mitarbeiter unterstützen, Kleidung und Service sind gut. Selbst wenn ich um 15 Uhr zur Abwesenheitsregelung gehe, kann ich auch normal für die Abwesenheitsregelung sorgen, selbst wenn ich um 12 Uhr gehe. Das Restaurant ist schön. Das Bett ist sehr entspannt und schläft sehr komfortabel. Guter Service Der Pool ist sehr schön. Das ist nicht das Niveau, das Sie nicht schwimmen werden. Das Frühstücksmenü ändert sich jeden Tag. Ich lebte zwei Nächte, aber ich bin froh, dass es sich verändert hat. (Schlimmer) Meine Freundin Ohrhörer sind im Zimmer gebrochen, aber nicht gefunden. Etwa 2 Stunden nach dem Austritt ... Der Windsauger ist alt. Der Bau lautet sehr gut. Zeit 々 Stromausfall (etwa 1 Minute dauert, um wiederherzustellen, aber die Frequenz ist sehr hoch ...) Hoteleinrichtungen (Dach, Wohnzimmer usw.) 々 Einige Orte sind nicht perfekt Im Allgemeinen ist es alt und düster. Die Landschaft des Fensters ist schlecht (Räuber umgeben usw.) Das Frühstücksbrett ist schlecht (Brot in der Ecke, Brötchen usw.) sollte verbessert werden.

Der Ort war sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, außergewöhnlich sauber und hatte tolles Essen. Die Lage war auch hervorragend. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich angenehmes Aufenthalt.

The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.

Ein fantastisches Hotel! Es verdient die 5 Sterne absolut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Gastfreundschaft des Hotelpersonals. Sie kümmerten sich aktiv um unsere Wünsche, zum Beispiel fragten sie beim Frühstück nach zusätzlichen Speisen, stellten uns eine Auswahl an Kuchen mit einer handgeschriebenen Nachricht bereit und sorgten für ausreichend Trinkwasser in umweltfreundlichen Recycling-Glasflaschen. Auch telefonisch wurden unsere Anfragen umgehend beantwortet und bearbeitet, beispielsweise mit zusätzlichen Handtüchern, einem Korkenzieher oder Informationen zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Wenn ich nach Agra reise oder Freunde die Stadt besuchen, werde ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, in der Nähe der Altstadt, es gibt nichts in der Nähe. Reisen kann nur Tuk sein. Wenn Sie das Hotel an der Tür treffen, eine Fahrt von 100 Rupien, und dann hoffe ich, Sie in den Laden zu ziehen, gehen Sie einfach. Das Hotel ist in der Mauer, die Ausstattung und die Größe der Zimmer sind dem Preis angemessen, insgesamt gut, Service, Mundgeruch. Dies ist der Rhythmus in Indien und die Anforderungen können nicht die gleichen sein wie im Inland.

Das Hotel ist mit seinen luxuriösen und eleganten Atmosphären ausgestattet, mit allen Details, die sich sorgfältig auf das reichhaltige Mughal-Erbe ausrichten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sorgfältig sauber und mit luxuriösen Einrichtungen ausgestattet, um einen komfortablen und gemütlichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten. Die Speiseerfahrung überstieg alle Erwartungen, mit einer Vielzahl von wunderbaren Küchen, die meine Geschmackbuds tantalisierten. Das Personal ging oben und darüber hinaus, um mir alle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen, und erhielt einen personalisierten Service mit einem echten Lächeln. Das lustigen Garten und die erstaunliche Architektur des Hotels bieten die perfekte Hintergrundlage für Entspannung und Erkundung. Unzweifellos hat das ITC Mughal Hotel den Standard für luxuriöse Unterkünfte festgelegt, die meine enthusiastische fünf-Sterne-Bewertung verdienen.

One of the best value 5-stars in Delhi NCR This was my 2nd stay at Country Inn with family, and I keep coming back for a reason. I’ve stayed at many hotels across Delhi NCR over the last 5 years, and for the price, this is easily one of the best 5-star properties around. Rates are surprisingly low for a 5-star. Highlights: - Breakfast buffet: Hands down the best part. The variety and taste are unmatched — you won’t find this spread elsewhere. - Rooms: Really spacious. Way bigger than most city hotels. - Hospitality: Staff is top notch, very warm and attentive. Cons: It’s a bit far from Central Delhi, and the property is about 18 years old now. But honestly, given the pricing and experience, both are easy to overlook. Would definitely recommend for families looking for comfort + value.
