Das Hotel ist schön. Lage ist gut, wenige Schritte vom Strand vorn. Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht müssen Sie aufrüsten, da einige Einrichtungen ziemlich alt sind. Wenn Sie das Fenster im Zimmer verwenden, ist es zu laut. freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt und wird sicherlich zurückkommen.

Zweites Mal in der Stadt von Angela, zum ersten Mal in Queens. Lage ist genau dort, wo ich sein wollte, direkt um die Ecke von Jolibee und The Walking Street. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die 7. Stockbar mit Musik, Pool und Darts war nett. Schöne Aussichten und Atmosphäre. Das Einzige, was ich sagen würde, ist, dass es ein 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hotel ist, ich hatte nicht erwartet, dass der Shampoo und die Seife nur eine Miniflasche jedes. Ich habe mehr gefragt und sie brachten es so bin ich dankbar und ich schlug. Das Wasser war nicht heiß, aber sie erwähnten, dass im Willkommenspaket und könnte es auf Ihren Antrag reparieren. Ich würde hier nochmal bleiben

I chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed. While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird. The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work. Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice. But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Rooms are not maintained. Shower is too dirty. Faucets are damaged. There are clothes left by previous occupants. But room is spacious.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar ist ein cooler Ort, aber er hat seine Höhen und Tiefen. Als wir ankamen, lief das Einchecken nicht reibungslos. Das Essen im philippinischen Restaurant war okay, aber teuer für das, was man bekam. Das Frühstück war allerdings besser, mit vielen leckeren philippinischen Gerichten zu einem fairen Preis. Das Reinigungspersonal und die Jeepney-Fahrer waren fantastisch. Sie waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war groß und hatte ein riesiges Badezimmer, was schön war. Es gibt eine Menge Dinge rund um das Resort zu tun, also reicht ein Aufenthalt von nur einer Nacht nicht aus. Man braucht wirklich mindestens zwei Tage, um alles zu genießen. Das Beste waren die ganzen alten Häuser. Sie waren wie eine Zeitreise und super interessant. Insgesamt ist Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar ein netter Ort für einen Besuch, auch wenn es einige Dinge gibt, die besser sein könnten.

Nur der negative Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, aber es ist nur versteckt. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, ist es ein toller Ort zu bleiben. Allerdings, für Backpackers auf dem Weg, es könnte nicht die beste Option sein. Das Front Desk Personal ist freundlich, und die Zimmer waren fantastisch sauber. Mein einziger negativer Eindruck war mit dem Frühstücksbuffet. Seit wir um 9:30 Uhr aufstiegen, wurde die Buffetlinie nicht gefüllt, erwähnen wir, dass wir spät aufkommen. Ich verstehe, dass es für zwei Personen keine Notwendigkeit gibt, zu füllen, aber zumindest bieten Lebensmittel, die für zwei Personen ausreichend sind, wie wir auch für das gesamte Paket bezahlt haben. Der Kaffee war nicht heiß, und der Cremer flog gerade auf. Gut, es gab einen à la minute Eierzähler.

The location and the spa are the best things about this hotel. Spa personnel were really good and friendly. Everything else was average to bad. The restaurant food was pretty terrible. They need new chefs! I bought a birthday package that wasn't set up even though I spent days discussing via email with the hotel staff (3 people actually emailed me to work out the arrangements). Hotel staff, when you called from the room never picked up, in room dining hardly ever picked up. When they did they said they were busy and would call back - they never did. I bought a room that had 3 breakfasts per day included. When checking in they said I only had 2. I showed them the confirmation on Trip app. The manager proceeded to argue/seemed annoyed and told me to address it later because it was late. I chose to ignore it because they had already screwed up the birthday package and I WAS annoyed. But this is just the level of organization and management of this hotel. Overall, this place needs a management overhaul because it's not being run in a very organized manner nor do they seem to care about the little things like greeting people and being nice.

Das ist unser Lieblingshotel, um unterirdisch zu bleiben. Denn unser jüngster Aufenthalt ist nicht so angenehm wie zuvor. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Annehmlichkeiten und die Annehmlichkeiten. Ich habe vor kurzem eine Nacht im La Jolla Luxury Beach Resort geblieben, und es war eine entspannende und angenehme Erfahrung. Das Resort hat einen schönen Strand, und die Aussicht auf den Ozean war wirklich ruhig, vor allem während der Sonnenuntergang. Das Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt. Ich schätze die friedliche Atmosphäreit war perfekt für eine kurze Flucht aus einem besetzten Zeitplan. Das Personal war freundlich und freundlich, immer bereit, mit allen Anfragen zu helfen. Das Pool-Gebiet war auch schön und wurde zu der Gesamterfahrung hinzugefügt, vor allem wenn Sie eine Alternative zum Strand wollen. Essen war anständig, obwohl es noch ein wenig Raum für Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Vielfalt gibt. Insgesamt, obwohl es nur ein Nachtaufenthalt war, fühlte ich mich erfrischend und zufrieden. Ich würde sicherlich den Rückkehr für einen längeren Besuch für die nächste Zeit in Betracht ziehen.

2nd time here. Good stay as usual. Bed was comfortable, AC was working perfectly. TV had lots of international channels and provided good and crisp reception. Friendy staff and clean room. Minor things though - the shower knob was leaking a bit.
