LLorestDas Hotel ist schön. Lage ist gut, wenige Schritte vom Strand vorn. Zimmer sind sauber, aber vielleicht müssen Sie aufrüsten, da einige Einrichtungen ziemlich alt sind. Wenn Sie das Fenster im Zimmer verwenden, ist es zu laut. freundliches Personal. Insgesamt ist es ein guter Aufenthalt und wird sicherlich zurückkommen.

Der Kühlschrank mit Minibar ist gut ausgestattet, wärmt den Inhalt aber kühlt nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Keine Empfehlung.Bett ist sehr angenehm, gross und bequem , zusätzlich gibt es im Delzxe für über 4.000 Peso ein kleines Sifa und Schreibtisch. Safe, na ja.
Die Lage ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es besseres für weniger Geld.

GGastnutzerI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It might’ve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and I’m just a hobbit in a human world. The tables’ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that it’d be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, it’s setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didn’t seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on… It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

Sie haben in so vielen Fällen Probleme, aber sie haben mindestens 4 Rezeption vor, aber die Art und Weise, wie sie ihre Job für mich gemacht. Wir haben den Kundenservice für welches Bad Matte sie zu spät kamen wir müssen zumindest 2-3 anrufen, um es zu bringen..

Getting around was easy, which is a big win when you’re with kids and extra baggage (literal and emotional 😅). The staff were the highlight—very warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made everything feel smooth. The amenities kept everyone comfortable and entertained, so no one was bored or complaining. Only thing is the cleanliness could use a bit more attention, but it didn’t completely take away from the experience. Overall, still a solid and memorable family stay.

The highlight was being greeted with an enthusiastic smile and dedication to customers by MARJ every morning as I approached the restaurant for morning coffee and then breakfast.
She may be the most pleasant employee I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.
The location was spot on.
The room was adequate but showed signs of wear and tear such as a stained and cracked lamp. We thought the rooms were under lit.
However we do look forward to our next stay a Park Inn Clark. Hopefully Marj will still be there 😊

AAnonymer BenutzerDas ist unser Lieblingshotel, um unterirdisch zu bleiben. Denn unser jüngster Aufenthalt ist nicht so angenehm wie zuvor. Das Hotel ist sehr gut für die Annehmlichkeiten und die Annehmlichkeiten. Ich hoffe, dass die Segara Suiten die Zimmer aufrüsten und renovieren, da es eine große Aufrüstung auf alles braucht. Alles in diesem Ort wird unsere erste Option in Subic sein.

Everything we needed, from high-quality dining options to daily essentials, was available right on-site. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and featured ultra-comfortable beds. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. We will definitely be back!

GGastnutzerNice hotel for the price, compared to the neighbouring ones. Only complaint is the air con is very noisy and must run medium speed full time at 18 degree to cool the large room, the gym is very small, and the parking ramp is too steep and scrapes your car bumper going down.
