Es ist ein Hotel, in das ich gerne zurückkehren würde, weil es sehr sauber und das Personal freundlich ist. Vor allem das Schalterpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank im Zimmer sind in Ordnung.

Das Central Park Tower Resort besticht durch seine ruhige Lage und friedliche Atmosphäre – ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Hotel vereint modernes und legeres Design mit geräumigen und komfortablen Zimmern, von denen einige einen schönen Ausblick ins Grüne bieten. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Swimmingpool, ein Restaurant und Ruhezonen, die den Gästen Komfort und Bequemlichkeit während ihres Aufenthalts garantieren. Das freundliche und aufmerksame Personal steht Ihnen jederzeit zur Seite und sorgt dafür, dass Sie sich rundum wohlfühlen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel eine gute Wahl für Familien, Paare oder Freunde und bietet Ruhe und gleichzeitig Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts – und das zu einem fairen Preis.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to take any photos, but we had a really great time during our stay. The room we booked was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The only minor downside was the parking, although the hotel has its own parking area, the spaces are quite limited, so we had to park a bit farther away. They do, however, offer free parking at a nearby space, and you can also park for free at the nearby SM City Clark parking lot, just make sure to ask them about it. Breakfast was delicious, though the selection could be improved. The location is also very convenient, especially with SM City Clark just a short walk away. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again the next time we visit Clark.

The hotel is pleasantly unique in many ways but what we enjoyed most is the free videoke for an hour. The buffet breakfast have few but very good choices of food.

Quest Hotel is always are go-to hotel for the Clark area. My husband and I join triathlons and duathlons in the Clark area, and Quest Hotel is always located closest to the race starts and finish, so its very convenient to check in there, especially when we re traveling with our toddlers. There is a play area located in the hotel, apart from the swimming pool, so our girls have choices for what they can do while waiting. The hotel staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well, there was transportation available to take us from the hotel entrance to the Clark Parade Grounds area, since it was raining during our entire stay. We just noticed that this time around, staff were alittle slower than usual, probably because the hotel was full, but the staff tried their best to accommodate all requests for their guests, so we're still very thankful!

Der Service hier ist hervorragend. Es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Strandes, nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Umgebung. Neu renovierte Zimmer mit einigen Einschränkungen: Der Fernseher ist urzeitlich und nicht 1* wert. Das Hotel hat abgebluch 4* Der Kühlschrank mit Minibar ist gut ausgestattet, wärmt den Inhalt aber kühlt nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist entweder zu kalt oder zu warm. Keine Empfehlung.Bett ist sehr angenehm, gross und bequem , zusätzlich gibt es im Delzxe für über 4.000 Peso ein kleines Sifa und Schreibtisch. Safe, na ja. Die Lage ist perfekt, Personal sehr freundlich. In der Nähe gibt es besseres für weniger Geld.

A+ on customer service, the staff were all very kind, smiling, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet options are limited but, they were all very good! And the selection changes every day.
