Insgesamt sehr gut, aber wir hätten einige mehr Handtücher verwendet, der Tischstuhl war sehr unkomfortable, nicht viel Platz für Koffer. Dekor war groß, aber die ganze Unterstützung für einzigartige Kunst ist sehr geschätzt und das Personal war groß.

So close to the terminal, just follow the signs once you exit the terminal, cross a couple of roads and you're in the property parking lot. It's clean and although an old hotel it's kept clean and updated here and there. For example beds have seen better times, but washroom was looking good. Staff was great, food was fine and served fast. On the down side one two items: 1 only decaf coffee in the room, odd eh 2 the shower drain wasn't great and will not drain fast enough

Sandia is a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Trip.com for providing such a great rate for my husband and I to be able to stay at this hotel for the first time. The whole experience there was wonderful!

Ich dachte, die Lage war großartig. Das Zentrum ist relativ langsam bewegen, aber es scheint einen einfachen Zugang zum Rest der Stadt zu schaffen. Die Zimmer sind relativ grundlegende ich muss die mit einem aktualisierten Bad und die ohne erleben. Der Fitnessraum ist sehr fehlend und der Pool ist noch mehr so. Personal ist getroffen oder vermisst. Einige Leute waren nett und aufmerksam, andere waren nicht. Es wird sicher gebaut, so dass es die Klangen davon, die überall im Hotel passieren. Nichts, was wirklich negativ oder positiv ausfällt.

This hotel was fantastic. The retro look and attention to detail in the rooms made this hotel an enjoyable experience. The staff was super friendly, the pool was very nice, and the bed was super comfortable. The price was also fantastic. If you are on the fence about booking, do it, as you won't be disappointed.

Nice hotel with a podium type lobb. Zhyra the hotel staff is very accomodating and provided a good service.

ダブルベッドx2のスイートを予約し、連日歩き通しのプランなので疲れを取るため事前に浴槽付きの部屋が確保できる様ホテルへ直接メールで念押し確認しておいたのですが、当日に団体客が入ったとの理由から滞在中全てシャワーのみの部屋になってしまい、残念でした。また室内にコーヒーメーカーがなく、朝11時までフロント近くのバーエリアに設置されるのを取りに行く必要があり不便でした。部屋からはすぐの距離ですが、しかたなく身なりを整えてコーヒーを取りに行ったところ、たまたまバスローブ1枚で前をはだけて、下は**・裸足の方がいて、そこまで気を使わなくて良いのだと学びました。こちらは慌てて目をそらしたので、その方が女性だったのか男性だったのかも不明です。 朝9、10時くらいから夜22時まで、サンタフェ中心地のマップ内（地図をもらえます）であれば、どこでも無料シャトルバス（チップのみ）を頼めるのは便利でした。 ホテルから出発する際はフロントに伝えて入り口で待つと1～5分程度でとてもフレンドリーなドライバーが来てくれます。また外からホテルまでのピックアップはフロントに電話で場所を伝える必要があります。今回はアメリカ国内で電話が使えなかったので、帰りは毎回Uberタクシーを使いましたが、サンタフェ市内Uberタクシーの利用は問題ありませんでした。日中に中心地まで歩くのは問題ないですが、暗くなってからの帰りは安全面のため徒歩は避けたほうがよさそうです。歩いて数分の所にあるTomasita’sというレストランは南西部料理がとてもおいしかったです。またホテルのドアを出てぐるっと駐車場エリアを回ると、裏口から土曜日朝のファーマーズマーケットまですぐです。ファーマーズマーケットと隣接して現地の生産者から直接アクセサリーやタイルアート等のお土産が買えるエリア（屋内・屋外）もあり、楽しめました。 夜になると暖炉のあるレストランエリアで生演奏が楽しめます。ネイティブアメリカンの笛の演奏はとても幻想的で素敵でした。 部屋は天井が高くゆったりした作りですが、洗面台にドアがついていないため誰かが寝ているときにドライヤ―を使うのははばかられます。ベッドが高くて日本人にとってはよじ登らないといけず、ちょっと腰かける様に座ることが出来ませんが寝心地は大変よかったです。

Good location and nice roof bar with great staff and drinks. Unfortunately, the room was not up to the standard the hotel claims and the TV's network connection did not work.

Only two problem I encounter was 1. One Elevator was out, then hours later both of them was out of order, I was in the forth floor, had to do trips to get everything out. 2. I asked for blanket and pillow 3 times no one came. That's all.

Schönes Hotel. Absolut schön. Die Service-Valet war Top-Notch. Ich würde definitiv empfehlen und hier wieder bleiben.
