We just came back from our 4 nights stay. The Inn looked clean and offered a good breakfast, although in a different building. That is pretty much it. Our stay was not the most pleasant though. We booked a room for 3 people (we were traveling with our teenage kid) and at the time of booking I specified that I needed a room large enough for three people and an additional bed for our son. I called the Inn twice in the week prior to our arrival to make sure we had the room we needed and to let them know that we were arriving late in the evening. We arrived on Thursday night at 9 pm to find out that the room we were given was incredibly small and there was no place for an additional bed. The receptionist, a foreign student, called the manager who told her to add a cot to the already small room. We asked for another room and we were offered a room on the third story that was identical to the one we were given but with an awful smell and we declined it. The receptionist told us to either take the room we were assigned or leave. Little caveat, we had already prepaid a non refundable rate and at this time of the year there are no rooms available on Old Orchard Beach without a reservation. The receptionist did not seem to understand the conundrum of the prepaid non refundable stay and did not want to call the manager a second time to try to help us out. We did not want to lose the money we had already disbursed for our vacation so we had no choice but to take the room we were given, move the furniture around to fit a cot bed between our bed and a bureau (which then we could not use because his bed was right against the drawers). Every night we had to move all the luggage against the door to have enough space for the three of us to get to the tiniest bathroom you can think of (a closet repurposed as a bathroom). I do not understand why they accepted the reservation and ended up messing up with our vacation. They could have rejected the reservation saying that they did not have a room for us and I would have booked a room somewhere else. This small room could have worked for a couple but did not work for a family. The room service is offered every other day which meant leaving wet towels from 3 people's showers on the bathroom for an entire day. On one day, I asked for a garbage bag and put the wet towels outside the floor for someone to pick up. Same for the garbage. They sat there in the hallway until the next day. How do they expect people to shower every day, without a change of towels, especially after spending a day at the beach? There are a lot of things that could have been done better. We have been at OOB several times and other motels offer a much better service. I think there is a lot of potential but they need better management. Will not stay there again.

Wir blieben im Zimmer im Anhang und unsere Gruppe blieb in zwei Zimmern. - sehr sauber und neu! Das Zimmer ist sauber und geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel! Das Badezimmer ist klein, aber sehr sauber! Wir schliefen sehr gut! Das Frühstück war graben und gehen - gut für Wanderer! Sie haben Waschbecken und Innenpool. Wir haben den Pool nicht benutzt, aber es sah groß und sauber aus. Wir haben nicht viel Service benutzt, aber das Personal am Front Desk war schön, als wir Fragen gestellt. Das einzige ist, dass ein Zimmer einen Geruch von neuen renovierten Zimmern hat - Glücklich haben wir einen Sack gekauft und nicht viel im Zimmer geblieben, so dass es annehmbar war. Das andere Zimmer war jedoch Geruchsfrei! Abhängig davon, welches Zimmer Sie bleiben denke ich. Es gibt eine Walmart in der Nähe und die Tesla-Supergebühr, jedoch ist die Route eine einzige Route vor dem Hotel und etwa 40 Minuten Fahrt zum Acadia Nationalpark so nicht sehr bequem, aber wir sind sehr dankbar für die letzte Minute Buchung d/t Plumbing-Frage an der anderen Stelle wir blieben! Gesamt gut Aufenthaltserfahrung und ich würde das jemandem empfehlen, der in einem sauberen und schönen Inn bleiben möchte - das Zimmer, das wir definitiv besser als ein Motelzimmer geblieben!!

Das bestellte Doppelbettzimmer gab eine Doppelbettsuite, sehr groß, eine Straße ist das Holiday Hotel (preiswert), wo es Gras gibt, um den Sonnenaufgang zu sehen. Fahren Sie ein paar Minuten zum Nationalpark Akadia, es gibt eine schöne Landschaft und eine schöne Mahlzeit.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Motel during my getaway, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Service: The service was exceptional. From the moment I checked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful throughout my stay, Facilities: The motel's facilities were top-notch and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploration. The room also featured a mini-fridge, which came in handy for drinks. Additionally, the motel grounds were well-kept and provided a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was simply fantastic.

Decent breakfast. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board and iron, functional mini-fridge. No safe that I could find. My room at the north end of the building was quite noisy all night from the Maine Turnpike just a couple hundred feet away, and from aircraft passing overhead starting around 5:30 AM. A constant fan setting on the A/C could have helped, but it seems that they've done away with that. Hallway carpet needs cleaning badly (room has hard floor). Lavatory is outside bathroom, and the bathroom itself is so tiny that I kept hitting my toes with the door when opening it to exit. One small bar of soap to share between the lavatory and bath tub/shower.

Ich blieb in einer Wertkabine (denken Sie, duplex-Kabine mit einer geteilten Wand) und es war genau das, was Sie erwarten würden. Meine Einheit hatte ein Kühlschrank und ein komfortables Bett. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett -- würden hier wieder ganz bleiben, statt in Bar Harbor zu sein. Es gibt vollgrößenkabinen, wertvolle Kabinen und Motelzimmer in diesem Hotel, so dass Sie nur auf das aufmerksam machen, was Sie buchen, damit Sie Ihre Erwartungen entsprechend anpassen können. Ein weiterer Bonus -- es war ein schneller Fahrt nach Walmart, um auf Lieferungen zu lagern. They were helpful and friendly when I stopped by early to get my room key and pay for the room. They previous guest were late checking out, so we couldn’t actually get into the room. The room was quite large with a nice couch and balcony. Also had a coffee make, refrigerator, and M/W. Good TV. The bathroom was a little smaller, although better than some of the hotels in the area, which all tend to be older. It was a little rainy and foggy, but still had some nice views. We were on the first floor and I think the second floor would be a little better. We seem to go back to Greenville quite often and I will use them again.

Hat alles gepasst. Liegt nicht schön aber praktisch: nahe Schnellstraße und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nebenan. Zimmer war gut, Frühstück nichts besonderes. Bad relativ klein, Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer

Nicht so nett wie andere Orte, aber es ist ein gehen, wenn Sie nicht brauchen, um Einrichtungen das Frühstück ist nicht sehr dunkel und schläfrig
