It was really nice and reception was super helpful. The weather was really bad so staying here make it super convient. I did my shopping, dinner, coffee without even going out :)

War hier war ein paar Tage. Große Lage, Service und super komfortable/große Zimmer. Sicherlich hier zum nächsten Mal bleiben 

Beautiful old girl, kept elegantly up to date. My King room was tastefully furnished but the older heating system was a bit noisy and I had to crank it to 25°C to combat the -14°C external weather coming in through the window. This overheated the room everywhere except near the desk, where I needed to work for most of the evening. Brisk! Shower was blissfully hot. Towels, robes and toiletries all stylish but does anyone else have trouble getting product out of those tiny Aveda bottles? You need a vise-like grip! Doorman was lovely but front desk only brusquely efficient. A little more warmth on a cold night would have been nice. Hostess at the Grill even colder! This was all made up for the next day with exceptional service, smiles and warmth at The Drake, where the blueberry salmon and eggs on toast shouldn't be that delicious but IT IS! Please try it!

This is a wonderful long-term stay hotel. Its greatest advantage over other hotels in the Mayo Clinic area is the friendliness and competence of the staff. every single one of the staff that I’ve interacted with was superb. Most four-star hotels don’t have this level of service that I’ve experienced at StayBridge the breakfast buffet is very good. The restaurant is outstanding. The staff at the reception desk is more competent and nicer than any hotel I can think of in Minnesota It is across the entrance from Mayo St. Mary’s Hospital Also there are several very good restaurants within two blocks in each direction I’ve stayed in four other hotels in the three years that I receive care at Mayo Clinic and this one is fairly superior to the others. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe am Flughafen, das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sehr zufrieden, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig und die Hygiene ist sehr sauber. Es gibt eine Zoo in der Nähe, in der Nähe des Flusses, ist ein guter Ort, um die Natur zu kontaktieren. Jedes Mal, wenn ich diesen Flughafen durchquere, lebe ich hier. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr gut.

Absolutely wonderful. I am super picky and my friends all stayed at other hotels in for a wedding. I was last minute and didn’t like what I had seen in the other hotels my friends were at so I walked down to check out this one and I was so happy I did! Love love love it. Clean and cozy and felt like an adults on the interior furnishings. Other hotels have cheap furniture and feel like dorm rooms. I was really have with this choice all the way around!!! I will definitely be back and can’t wait for their new spa to open!! Staff was great too and hotel was decorated lovely for Christmas! Great price also!

The room and the common areas were very clean and well maintained. The gentleman at the front desk during the evening shift was extremely friendly and helpful. He assisted us with several things and made our stay much easier. For a hotel at this price point, the breakfast was honestly hard to fault. It was more than satisfactory and offered great value. We also used the laundry facilities this time. There is only one washing machine and one dryer, so they were quite busy and we had to wait for our turn. Other than that, we had another very pleasant stay and would happily come back again.

Der Eingang zum Parkplatz liegt direkt über die Straße vom Hyatt und die Gegend kann hektisch ein- oder ausgehen. Ich dachte, die Umgebung im Zimmer war sauber und die Matrix war nicht zu depressiv. Ich sah im Kühlschrank und fand einen Lebensmittelschrank am oberen Stock des Kühlschranks. Innerhalb war ein sehr altes Blaubeerenkäse. Ich werfe es und dann begann es zu riechen. Ich saß den Müllkorb in den Hallenweg außerhalb meiner Tür.

I had a very pleasant stay and found the rooms to be clean and well-maintained. I didn't encounter any major issues during my visit. One helpful tip for future guests: the water vending machines were frequently empty, but you can fill up a reusable bottle for free at the gym! My only reservation was the price point; between the $200+ room rate and the expensive dining options at the casino, the total cost felt a bit high for the overall experience.”

Very spacious and modern rooms, very cool design of public areas and rooms! Unfortunately, we had some difficulties communication with the hotel twice. First, we wanted to learn more about parking and hotel put us on 10 minutes hold and after that they did not pick up the call for more than an hour! Maybe they are busy, but still leaves an impression. Secondly, we called at the reception to ask about the places open for a beer or wine and they simply hang up on us twice. Moreover, there was something with the lock- we could not leave the room without asking for help outside. I’m glad we were not in the rush in the morning. Not sure why is that so haha! Generally great area in the city center and pretty design!
