An outstanding room with elegant design, excellent cleanliness, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The hotel room is clean, valueable as the price is very low compare to others hotel in the town. But for car driver, it may took some extra time to drive. For those who not familiar the place,is encouraging to use GPS to get the place correctly. Parking need to pay online, unless you get the free parking lot just in front the hotel with red colour line.

Although it is about 10-15 minutes walking distance from Batu Caves, this is the only sensible hotel that I found online possibly closest to the caves. The area is silent. The staff is quite professional, and the lady named Shasi at the reception is a joyful being of Tamil descent to have a good conversation on travelling experiences. The room & washroom is just about ok for price. AC was super chill. Not a stylish hotel, looks like old school, but overall good enough if only important things matter to you as a ”traveller” than visual luxury expected by typical ”tourists”. Dont forget to bring 25 Ringets in cash (20 for refundable deposit and 5 for govt tax).

The aircond compressor was quite noisy, and at first there was a smoke smell in the room. After turning on the aircond for a while, the smell went away. Other than that, the stay was acceptable.

Pros: Schnell und hilfreiche Kommunikation von der Rezeption, freundliche Hauspflege und sehr schnelle Abfrage. Kons: Das Zimmer war ok, aber ein paar Plugs funktionierten nicht. Just a heads up to the location, its perfect if you’re a foodie and plan to only travel in Puchong area, but if you need to travel outside of Puchong, the traffic is quite bad which makes Grab pricey. Auch wenn es LRT in der Nähe (8-minute Fuß) gibt, ist es ein schwitziger Fuß in der Sonne oder ein zerbrechlicher Fuß in der Regen. Es ist nur angemessen, wenn Sie strikt im Puchong-Bereich bleiben oder reservieren Grab bei nicht-peak-Stunden.

I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

I have stay in this hotel for few times. This round just for short stay. I am always pleased with this hotel as the location is so convenient. Just a suggestion can u please built a small rack so that the guest can place some of their toiletries near to the shower area. I realized none of it in my room.

The hotel room is good with a window and has a bathroom attached. Location is nearby to Atria mall where there are lot of eating shops and restaurants. Though the hotel is away from city centre. Staff Md Numan helped me to take printouts. I recommend for the stay if you are staying near Kuala Lumpur

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, was den Aufenthalt entspannt und angenehm machte. Das Personal war freundlich, willkommen und immer bereit, jederzeit zu helfen. Das Hotel befindet sich auch in einer ausgezeichneten Lage, wodurch es sehr bequem zu reisen und zu nahe gelegenen Orten zu kommen. Insgesamt war ich sehr glücklich mit meiner Erfahrung und wirklich geschätzt die Gastfreundschaft. Ich würde gern hier nochmal bleiben und empfehlen, dieses Hotel für jeden zu suchen, der einen komfortablen und angenehmen Aufenthalt sucht.
