The front of the hotel can be misleading, as the hotel is actually quite nice. The rooms are pretty good. The pool area is large and well designed, and have a bar right there. A lot of the rooms have view to the pool. The tennis/basketball/indoor soccer field is great, with roof. They have pool tables, table tennis and foosball. The restaurant is 24/7, which comes in very handy, and also adds the advantageof not being tied to a specific schedule for the free breakfast that's included. Parking can be a little confusing at first, but it's actually close to the rooms (I would improve it by addign signs on the road indicating how to get to the parking lot).

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

We came to hotel NYA for our honeymoon and were very impressed by the service! By far the best hotel stay we’ve had so far, the rooms were very clean, breakfast was delicious, and staff were very kind and helpful. Every day the staff delivered a little dessert to our room free of charge, and surprised us with a honeymoon gift of a bottle of champagne and a charcuterie board with warm fresh made bread and a handmade card. We highly recommend NYA for anyone staying in Montezuma!

The hotel is perfectly located directly at the beach. We enjoyed very much the air conditioning in the room, as outside was very, very hot and humid. The receptionists were very helpful - the young man let us use his personal charger and the woman let us check in a bit earlier than the regular time. Breakfast staff was very friendly, too. The rooms were quite big and very clean, but the bed was not comfortable. I would recommend the hotel further. Thank you!

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

Dies ist ein Wunder-FULL Ort zu besuchen!!! Die Unterkunft ist geräumig, offen, schön, unten auf Erden, ruhig. Wandern Sie nach Wasserfall für ein Schwimmen jeden Tag war gut Übung und lecker. Die Vogelwache mit Allan war so informieren ... sein Begeisterung ist ansteckend. Ich empfehle diese Naturreserve für einen geladenen, leichten Urlaub. Ich werde wieder zurück sein. Personal ist ehrlich, ehrlich und sorgfältig.

Der Ort war wunderschön auf einem Hügel mit einem großen Blick auf den Golf von Nicoya überblicken Tortuga Island. Zum Ort gehen ist ein wenig grob, aber ich konnte ein paar Mal mit einem subcompact SUV nach oben und nach unten gehen. Ich denke, es wird sehr hart sein, wenn es regnet und Sie werden sicherlich einen 4x4. Jose, Dennis und die anderen Besatzungen sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfreich.

From personalized food preparation to agreeing the time for cleaning according to our schedule and desire... We highly recommend Alma de Hojochal...

Das fantastische Hotel ist perfekt in Santa Teresa gelegen. Es ist sehr sauber, das Zimmer war riesig und der Pool ist wirklich entspannend. Das tägliche Frühstück ist lecker und das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Auch gibt es eine nette Bibliothek, um Bücher aus zu holen. Erstaunlicher Wert für Geld, werde ich sicher zurückkommen.

Fantastische Aussicht, Fantastisches Zimmer. Fantastisches Essen. Fantastisches Pool. Der einzige Rückzug war die Entfernung zum Strand. Ausländer werden $6 gezahlt, um den nächsten zu erreichen, der 25 Minuten zu Fuß dauert. Der nächste ist 8 km. Die untere Linie ist: Ich würde gerne wieder hier bleiben.
