3-Sterne-Hotels in Leeds

Wir sind ein Paar, das beschlossen hat, Leeds zu besuchen und dieses Hotel letzte Minute reserviert. Es erschien eine ausgezeichnete Wahl. Der Kundenservice war von Anfang an top-notch Personal war wirklich hilfreich und mit jedem Antrag zu unterhalten. Das Zimmer und alle gemeinsamen Bereiche waren unspottbar, was sofort den richtigen Eindruck gegeben. Frühstück übersteigt die Erwartungen: frisch, gut organisiert und viel Wahl. Die allgemeine Umgebung war auch großartig. Die Royal Armories befinden sich direkt hinter dem Hotel, mit Seen um die Gegend, was es zu einem schönen und entspannenden Ort macht. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir am Samstag sonnig wetterten, was es noch besser machte. Sehr empfohlen. Solide Erfahrungen rund.

Ausgezeichneter Service von allen Mitarbeitern, die ich getroffen habe. Zimmer sehr sauber, neu und modern . Ich habe alles, was Sie brauchen. Nur negative ist die Raumtemperatur , Sie müssen sie anrufen, um sie zu ändern. Das Personal hat mir die Fenster öffnet, so dass es hilft, aber es kann im Sommer eine Frage sein ! Ich war auch neben der Studentenwohnung neben der Tür gelegen. Ich war nachts mit Lärm von den Studenten wach, aber hey Ho, wir waren alle einmal jung! Auch wenn das Fenster offen ist, können Sie andere Lärme von der Straße während der Nacht hören

Made to feel so welcome, everything was explained well on checking in staff all lovely! Room was immaculate ,Would definitely stay again in the future!

The photos of the house are different from what I saw in person. The hotel has been refurbished from an old house. The windows, room carpet in the shower room and my own room are new. However, I can still feel the wind coming in during the night. The heating is set to work only during certain hours. I even wear my hat when sleeping to keep warm. I would say the staff keep the environment clean. For the price—£35 for one night—it’s okay. At least it is clean.

I would have given higher overal mark but parking is restricted and you can end up parking a few minutes walk away and there is no breakfast but there are eateries also a few minutes walk away in the same estate. Staff were helpful, room ordered was asked to be quiet and it was. Bed was comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beakfast ist gut, Lebensmittel hält bei guter Temperatur und schnell füllen. Das Zimmer ist klein für eine Familie, es ist kleiner als andere Holiday Inn Express, aber sehr sauber. Wir sind spät angekommen, ~9pm und unser Sofabett war nicht bereit. Das Personal sagte, unsere Buchung war nur für 2 Erwachsene, obwohl wir ihm unsere bestätigte E-Mail von trip.com 2A2C gezeigt haben. Er betonte, dass dies nur das Problem von trip.com war, aber er versuchte es für uns zu sortieren. Die Hausbett hat nach Hause gefahren und hat keinerlei Ersatzbett, Kekse, Kleidung hinterlassen. Schließlich kam ein anderer Mann und nahm die Sachen aus einem anderen Zimmer oder irgendwo und bereitete das Sofabett für uns vor. Wir schätzten seine Hilfe.

The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Poor customer service. There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us . Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent
