Gute Lage für unsere Besuche in den Brudenell Club, kurze Spaziergang, wenn Sie wollen 5 Sterne nicht stören, es ist sauber, Zimmer sind grundsätzlich ja wahr, aber für einen Übernachtungsaufenthalt gehen zu einem Gig, was mehr erforderlich ist, Sehr gutes Frühstück mit viel Wahl, insgesamt, wenn wir an der Seite der Stadt zu einem Gig gehen würde ich nicht zögern, es wieder zu buchen

Made to feel so welcome, everything was explained well on checking in staff all lovely! Room was immaculate ,Would definitely stay again in the future!

The experience was great until the electricity when off an hour after I used the oven/microwave in the evening - almost had dinner in the dark with my husband. Luckily, the Guest Service helped me quickly via WhatsApp. Another missing item was toilet tissue. I was only provided with one roll for 4 days stay. It forced me to purchase tissue with my own money.

The staff were polite and helpful, the location was excellent, and the room was clean and tidy. However, if you are driving to the hotel, please be careful. The area next to the hotel may look like a drop-off point, but stopping there is actually not permitted. It would be very easy to receive a fine if you are not aware of the restriction. The hotel also only has two parking spaces available, so guests travelling by car should take this into consideration.

Not one of the better Premier Inns I’ve stayed at. Getting very dated and in need a a complete refurb. Situated a bit in the middle of nowhere, neither close to Leeds city centre nor the M1 and A1 . A comfortable and clean room but the choice a places to eat was limited to just the chain restaurant opposite. I booked at a very good price so can’t really complain as such. The usual rates are considerably higher and so not worthwhile

Stayed for one night with a friend in a twin room. We were given room 128 and was pleasantly surprised to find how spacious that particular room was! Amenities and facilities were basic but passable, basically to be expected in an easy hotel. Everywhere was clean and the room had air con which was lovely on a partially warmer weekend. Have stayed a few times before and would stay again!

Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beakfast ist gut, Lebensmittel hält bei guter Temperatur und schnell füllen. Das Zimmer ist klein für eine Familie, es ist kleiner als andere Holiday Inn Express, aber sehr sauber. Wir sind spät angekommen, ~9pm und unser Sofabett war nicht bereit. Das Personal sagte, unsere Buchung war nur für 2 Erwachsene, obwohl wir ihm unsere bestätigte E-Mail von trip.com 2A2C gezeigt haben. Er betonte, dass dies nur das Problem von trip.com war, aber er versuchte es für uns zu sortieren. Die Hausbett hat nach Hause gefahren und hat keinerlei Ersatzbett, Kekse, Kleidung hinterlassen. Schließlich kam ein anderer Mann und nahm die Sachen aus einem anderen Zimmer oder irgendwo und bereitete das Sofabett für uns vor. Wir schätzten seine Hilfe.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.

Disappointing! Stayed at this hotel in the past and felt the standards had dropped. Our room had been set up as a twin . We didn’t complain but someone arrived to change it to a double when we were just enjoying a coffee and relaxing. The fire alarm went off several times which was unpleasant . We appreciate it needs to be loud but there was obviously a problem with it! The view from the window was just a view over a concrete roof. The staff seemed very disinterested when we waited to be seated at breakfast!The coffee machine was broken ( jugs of hot coffee were available) After breakfast we had intended to relax before leaving but room 118 didn’t allow for this It was directly over a keep fit class with tunes like “ Come on Eileen “ blaring out whilst the instructor sang along!!

Artin, & Kolleginnen und Kollegen können nicht genug für Menschen tun. Zusätzliche Kissen/Towel & ein sehr willkommener Fan. Unbegrenzte Tee & Kaffee & fest komfortable Bett.
