easyHotel Leeds

After staying at the easy hotel in Newcastle and having a great experience I thought the Leeds one would live up to this also. We have very mixed opinions on the Leeds one though unfortunately! The bed is very uncomfortable, it's rock solid and wasn't very clean (make up stains on the pillows and bedding) and we only had 1 towel provided which was also full of makeup marks. We paid extra for early check in and I feel like it was rushed as the room really wasn't that clean. I must say though the staff have been absolutely lovely, polite and helpful with everything we needed! We asked for extra pillows, towels and hairdryer which they've done for us happily.

The Hotel was clean & in a very good position in the centre of of the city, room was good with an excellent bathroom, very comfortable bed, unfortunately I couldn’t get any channels on the tv, and the lack of coffee & tea making facilities was disappointing, but over the stay was good, very friendly staff.

Very clean rooms and location is perfect right in the city centre. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again in Leeds.

Pros: Superb location, air conditioning, spacious room Cons: No parking, no desk

Enjoy staying there. It would be better if the hotel provide electric kettle to hot water for self-service coffee. it was easy to travel around and it was very good location as expectation.

The staff was nice, location amazing, only thing the shower wasting get hot. They changed me the room but didnt worked out

It’s suitable for people attending seminars or taking a short 2-day, 1-night trip. The price is affordable, the rooms are clean, but not soundproof. The staff take good care of guests.

Nice room, a little pricey for the size. Staff seemed unhappy. Easy to locate and was fine for one night. Drilling noise in the morning wasn’t great.

enjoy a lot staying at this hotel. Location is really good and convenient
