Ausstattung: Es handelt sich um ein älteres Hotel; die Ausstattung ist veraltet und die Heizung recht laut. Sauberkeit: In Ordnung. Ambiente: Die Lobby ist ansprechend und es gibt eine kleine Lounge. Beim Einchecken erhielt man ein Willkommensgeschenk. Service: Die Kommunikation erfolgt schnell und der Ein- und Auscheckvorgang ist effizient.

A lovely stay at the park plaza, ideal for shopping etc, right in the middle of city square, the room was well appointed with great views out of the picture window from the 18th floor, the room was spacious, with a comfy double bed, complimentary tea and coffee with kettle, fridge & safe tucked away behind glass cupboard doors, the bathroom was excellent, with deep bath & shower, including body was etc, tv had a great choice of channels including German, french,and Italian

1. Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ moderat und leicht zu erreichen. Unten im Geschäftsgebäude gegenüber dem Hotel gibt es einen Martha-Supermarkt (hauptsächlich Lebensmittel), der Feinschmecker zufriedenstellen kann. Gleichzeitig gibt es an der Kreuzung 2 kleine Supermärkte, die den Einkauf anderer Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs erleichtern. Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Leeds, sodass Sie bequem in benachbarte Städte reisen können. 2. Das Gästezimmer ist insgesamt sauber und ordentlich, mit Fenstern, die geöffnet werden können (30 Grad), um eine Luftzirkulation im Innen- und Außenbereich zu ermöglichen. 3. Stellen Sie Toilettenartikel bereit, darunter Einweghausschuhe, Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta

Die Lage ist hervorragend, direkt neben dem Bahnhof Leeds und nur wenige Schritte vom Ausgang im zweiten Stock entfernt. Die Zimmer sind im typischen Hilton-Stil eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist relativ neu und das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis; ich kann es nur empfehlen.

Ich mochte in Quebec zu bleiben, war ich hier für eine Einzelreise und nur eine Nacht. Sein sehr Boutique, das Personal an der Rezeption waren wunderschön und professionell, erklärte alles, was ich wissen musste. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Wird sicherlich noch einmal hier reservieren, vielleicht mehr als eine Nacht nächstes Mal!

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

The hotel itself was excellent and well appointed for our purposes. I would definitely book to stay again. Particularly convenient for Temple Newsam park where we were attending Slam Dunk festival, and for M1 access. The only issue was checking in, where the hotel only had one room listed under the booking reference although all my paperwork confirmed I had booked and paid for two. On a full weekend, it was disconcerting. After a lot of head scratching, they noted there was another room booking made 1 minute after the one they could find, that didn't have a name attached. Not sure if this was an issue with trip.com or Ramada systems, but it did cause inconvenience and stress to both us and the staff trying to check us in. Perhaps this issue could be looked at please?

Hey guys! I’m writing a review to inform everyone before they booked this place! Leonardo hotel is really good considering its close to the city and the room is quite clean. However please do come prepared to bring your own amenities. I’m talking about your own toothbrush, toothpaste, body lotion, etc. The hotel won’t provide you with any of that, they have it in the hotel but they cost roughly £3 pounds each! If you forgot your essentials i suggest you go check out boots or superdrugs to buy some stuff! The breakfast is okay though. £14 per person.

Mein Freund und ich blieben hier für zwei Nächte für Valentinen. Wir genossen unser Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel und die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten alle notwendigen Einrichtungen. Wenn wir uns verlassen konnten, unsere Gepäck für nur £1 eine Tasche, die sehr bequem war. Zum Preis dachte ich, das Essen war gut Qualität, aber wenn Sie mehr von einem gekochten Frühstück suchen, ist das nicht der Ort. Die Lage war sehr zugänglich und wir konnten überall leicht zu Fuß gehen. Es wurde jedoch sehr laut von ca. 5 Uhr morgens.

Good front office team and very helpful throughout my stay. I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage. Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed. Great service and a lovely team.
