Good experience, fresh lemon water served 24/7, healthy breakfast, and nice gym. The only drawback is the lack of free WiFi , the hotel has free WiFi listed as one of the features but during my stay it was unreliable and they could not get fixed.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut, aber unser Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend. Der Boden oberhalb unseres Zimmers war extrem dünn und schlecht isoliert, so dass jeder Schritt klar hörbar war. Leider laufen die Hunde fast ständig zurück und nach vorn, was bedeutete, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts praktisch keinen Schlaf bekommen. Obwohl das Hotel selbst angemessen ist, macht das Fehlen von Soundproofing es sehr unkomfortabel. Aus diesem Grund kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Vorteile: Der Halle ist einfach und hell, das Zimmer ist komfortabel, sauber, das Restaurant ist groß und das WiFi-Geschwindigkeitsgeschwindigkeit ist schnell. Der Halle ist mit Kaffee, Eiswasser und besonders warmes Wasser sehr intim, lobenswert!
Auf dem Weg zu erhöhen:
1. Das Frühstück ist tausend, wenige Sorten, vor allem China, hierher kommen, wirklich nicht zu essen.
2. Auch wenn die Rezeption früher gereinigt werden muss (Hoffentlich bis Mittag gereinigt, Mittagsruhe, Zeitverschleppung ist sehr langsam), ist der Kellner auch nur langsam am Nachmittag.

The hotel is well maintained and clean. The indoor pool is still available when we stayed. Self laundry is $1.5 per load which is reasonable. The breakfast is simple with scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, bread & fruits daily.
The room with regular every 3 daily cleaning and we only stayed 3 nights so not sure the service. However, we requested the house keeping to clean our dust bin on day 1, there is no issue.
It’s quite and nice environment with 3 eateries around the corner. It’s 10 mins Uber to Orland Square Mall. So we are happy with the stay in our king suites.

JJamesI always book here even if it’s more expensive because they have the best team of people there who have helped me travel with ease on a regular basis so so much. I was in a wheelchair for a while and they were the only hotel who has staff that went out of their way to accommodate me and treated me like family. Andrea Dina and Joe are the best people I’ve ever had at any hotel stay. My very first stay at this location was because they had larger rooms but I went back over and over because of just how well they treated me during my first stay. I wasn’t treated as a burden and they didn’t leave me alone to figure anything out even before I got through the doorway Dina was there to get me through and my very large luggage as I rotate multiple times a year living in South America 50% of the time. She was so friendly I ended up calling her my Chicago mom. Andrea and Joe at the front desk were just amazingly nice (which isn’t common in a large city at an airport convention hotel) they helped me print out Covid and travel documents I needed and brought them to my room because I forgot them and wouldn’t have been able to fly without those documents. Dina got me up to my room and even helped me unpack what I needed for the night and made sure I securely could get into the bed and she picked me up the next morning without me calling them ahead of time she asked me my flight time and said she would handle it and be there to fetch me on time. She made sure I got my breakfast bag and loaded me up onto their shuttle all in perfect time never making me feel like a burden even though I knew how far out of their way they went for me. Every stay has been the exact same or better as they noticed the progress with my health and walking. I just can’t say enough how much I appreciate that team. This stay a friend came with me and he loved how they remembered me a received me as you would receive family you haven’t seen for while so he was impressed and also my mother was impressed the two times she stayed there also. This stay they had construction on the restaurant which is very good as I tend to order room service a lot they have a happy hour even though I don’t really drink but it’s just a generally friendly warm environment the staff bring to that place that make it a hotel that you return to even if they don’t have the cheapest rates for the airport stays. They have a great team and their management needs to know that. I don’t normally write reviews or go out of my way to write a note to a corporation about staff but I have for this team at this location they are just great and deserve recognition!

EErick ZincoDas Hilton Magnificent Mile hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber und der Blick auf die Stadt atemberaubend. I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

SsknoseyDas kostenlose Frühstück ist nicht ein volles Buffet, sondern eine Auswahl an Eiern und dann in der Regel gefrierte Kartoffeln und Rindfleisch-Patate oder Schnitzeln von Sauce. Der Rest war klein Joghurt und Brot für Toast, oder machen Sie Ihre eigenen Waffeln. Es gibt Tee Kaffee und warme Schokolade. Es gab Getreide und Porridge, aber manchmal ist es so dünn, dass es nicht wert zu essen.
Es gibt keinen Tee im Zimmer, nur Kaffee. Die Maschine hatte einen benutzerbaren Schrank, aber sie liefen aus, so dass ich den gleichen für 9 Tage für Tee und Kaffee verwendete (Ich habe Teebeutel aus dem Frühstücksraum). Er war nur ein durchschnittlich schüchterner Mann, der eine Gelegenheit sah, Angst und Trauer zu verursachen, und er tat es. Ich hatte Gepäck zu lagern und es war ein später Flug, so dass ich wissen musste, ob ich das zu lagern, um um Mittag zu überprüfen, oder 1 oder 2 oder 3 oder 4 (sie haben mich mit allen Zeiten verarschen) aber deshalb gab ich einen 1-Stern für den Service. Es ist nicht ganz professionell, sondern kindisch und spät. Ich hatte die verlängerten Checkout-Tage vor und Tag vor, bevor sie mich über den Zeitpunkt, zu dem ich zu verpacken und einen Zeitplan zu tun hatte, arrangiert? GGastnutzerWatch for parking fees when booking this hotel. They charge approx $33.00 per night for parking. That was a surprise for us when we arrived at the hotel since the parking used to be free. We were staying there for 3 nights, so it would be an additional $100 expense. The manager was able to give us a promotional code, but you have to give your info to a 3rd party vendor to get that. On top of that, the parking lot was infested with huge rats. On Friday night, we had to park farther from the hotel entrance because the parking was pretty full, and the rats were running around the parking, near the dumpster. My family and other guests were scared to walk to the entrance because of that, and there was no other way to avoid walking by the bunch of rats . It was a really bad experience.

GGuest UserDieses Hotel schien gut zu sein, aber wir hatten eine große Frage. Nach mehreren Versuche konnten auch das Personal nicht die Schlüsselkarte zu arbeiten. Eine andere Zimmer wurde bereitgestellt, aber leider konnten wir keine Medikamente, Frauenhygieneprodukte, Toiletten, Lebensmittel/Wasser zugreifen. Ich habe Punkte vom Servicescore abgezogen, da wir ohne Updates überlassen wurden, wann Wartung uns helfen würde. Trip Kundenservice berichtete, dass niemand antworten würde, wenn sie uns helfen wollten. Es war nicht, bis ich fragte, dass informiert wurden würden bis zum nächsten Morgen verriegelt werden. Daher musste ich ausgehen und kaufen Bedürfnisse. Trotz der Kosten und Unannehmlichkeiten alle Trip.com angeboten waren $5 in Münzen, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Das Hotel sagte, sie würden unsere Karte zurückzahlen, aber da wir Trip reserviert haben, konnten sie nichts tun.
Das Personal war höflich und professionell, ein Mitarbeiter hat uns sogar ein Telefon-Gebührenkabel geliehen, das bewertet wurde.
Das Zimmer selbst war sauber, das Bett war sehr komfortabel, und das war der beste Teil des Aufenthalts.
Frühstück: Ich empfehle das Frühstück nicht. Die Angebote waren sehr ähnlich wie andere Hotels, aber die Vorbereitung scheint die schwache Verbindung zu sein. Zum Beispiel schien die Sauce gerade geschwürt und war kalter als Zimmerzeit. Die Eier waren mit braunen Flecken in ihnen, vielleicht von der Schütte des Bodens.
TLDR: Unsere Bedürfnisse waren minimal und ohne unsere Schwierigkeiten mit den Schlüsselkarten und Frühstück wäre das ein gutes Wert gewesen. Es geht darum, dass ein Hotel keinen Zugang zu einem Zimmer in einem Notfallszenario hat.

The front desk staff were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable.The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere—perfect for getting a good night's rest before my flight.
The hotel also has a well-maintained fitness center, which was an added bonus.Overall, the value for money at this Holiday Inn is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and comfortable stay near O'Hare Airport. I will definitely stay here again

Der Drittanbieter teilte uns mit, dass er uns das Geld zurückerstatten würde, das Hotel unsere Reservierung jedoch stornieren müsse. Wir riefen sofort an, nachdem wir innerhalb einer Stunde feststellten, dass die Daten falsch waren. Die Reservierung galt für zwei Tage ab diesem Zeitpunkt. Das Hotel sagte, es würde sie nicht stornieren. Sie berechneten uns fast 600 Dollar für ein Zimmer, in dem wir nicht übernachteten, und riefen vorher an, um unsere Situation zu erklären. Sie erlaubten uns auch nicht, die Tage auf die Tage zu ändern, die wir eigentlich wollten. Obwohl das Hotel schön ist und das Personal freundlich war, selbst als es die schlechten Nachrichten überbrachte, werde ich nicht wieder bei ihnen buchen.

GGastnutzerA staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious
