The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website. One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming. The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly. Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises. I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, 5-6 Minuten zu Fuß vom Ausstellungszentrum entfernt. Es gibt ein italienisches Restaurant unten und ein Meeresboden. Die Straße ist an der anderen Seite bequem. Es ist nicht weit von der Stadt China, es passiert etwa 15 Minuten. Besonders lobenswert ist, dass das Hotel einen Parkwagen für den Parkplatz liefern kann. Es ist sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch sehr gut.

Dieses Hotel schien gut zu sein, aber wir hatten eine große Frage. Nach mehreren Versuche konnten auch das Personal nicht die Schlüsselkarte zu arbeiten. Eine andere Zimmer wurde bereitgestellt, aber leider konnten wir keine Medikamente, Frauenhygieneprodukte, Toiletten, Lebensmittel/Wasser zugreifen. Ich habe Punkte vom Servicescore abgezogen, da wir ohne Updates überlassen wurden, wann Wartung uns helfen würde. Trip Kundenservice berichtete, dass niemand antworten würde, wenn sie uns helfen wollten. Es war nicht, bis ich fragte, dass informiert wurden würden bis zum nächsten Morgen verriegelt werden. Daher musste ich ausgehen und kaufen Bedürfnisse. Trotz der Kosten und Unannehmlichkeiten alle Trip.com angeboten waren $5 in Münzen, was nicht akzeptabel ist. Die Angebote waren sehr ähnlich wie andere Hotels, aber die Vorbereitung scheint die schwache Verbindung zu sein. Zum Beispiel schien die Sauce gerade geschwürt und war kalter als Zimmerzeit. Die Eier waren mit braunen Flecken in ihnen, vielleicht von der Schütte des Bodens. TLDR: Unsere Bedürfnisse waren minimal und ohne unsere Schwierigkeiten mit den Schlüsselkarten und Frühstück wäre das ein gutes Wert gewesen. Es geht darum, dass ein Hotel keinen Zugang zu einem Zimmer in einem Notfallszenario hat.

Ich buchte nur eine Nacht zwischen meinen Flügen zu bleiben. Der Flughafenshuttle war sehr zuverlässig. Ich wünschte, ich wüsste, dass sie mich auf Anfrage auf Terminal 5 holen würden, aber ich ging auf Terminal 2 ohne das zu wissen. Der Shuttleservice arbeitet 24 Stunden, alle 45 Minuten. Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von Fußgängern zu einer U-Bahnstation, so nahm ich eine schnelle Reise in die Stadt. Ich buchte dieses Hotel nur für seine Lage und war nicht enttäuscht. Eins ist, das Zimmer ist nicht schallfest. Der Klimaanlage war sehr laut, ich endete mit dem Ausschalten, aber der Lärm aus den Flugzeugen war auch ziemlich groß. Ich konnte hören, was das Paar nebenan die Tür in der Nacht sehr klar machte. Wenn Sie mit Kindern reisen, das ist wirklich etwas, das Sie bedenken sollten. Außerdem, jedes Mal, wenn die Menschen neben der Tür ihre Türen öffneten, konnte ich sie so deutlich hören, bis es klang, als würden sie meine öffnen. Ich kam für einen dreitägigen und zweitägigen Ausflug nach Chicago. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist gut. Hinter dem Hotel gibt es einen Whole Foods-Supermarkt und zwei Blocks entfernt einen Trade Joes. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants. Das Frühstück im Hotel ist sehr einfach, standardmäßig gibt es Brot und eine Obstsorte, Milch, Joghurt, Tee und Kaffee.

I had higher expectations from this place considering the price of the room. From pictures online before booking, it looked bigger. Room wasn't as spacious as thought it would. My biggest thing was how outdated a lot of the things looked inside. A mini boom box was there, super small fridge, tv with no option to Bluetooth or cast and the shower head was really gross and grimey including entry doorway to stand up shower. Looked like a $10 Walmart showerhead with little to no water pressure. Super Mini bottles are provided for showering so definitely take your own stuff overnight. Glad I got the standard room as it would be an indicator of me going back and getting a pool included one which is neat $600. The cabinets were dusty, buttons to lights had a broken one and were in a really odd spot right where you sleep and lay your head at. Best part honestly was the front desk service she was super nice and the jacuzzi was ok. Bed sheets were decent and bed was comfortable but felt like I was sinking in some spots probably needing replacement soon too. By the time I had checked into it was late and no use of asking for change but hindsight wish I would've.

A staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious

Betten/Betten/Kleider waren schön komfortabel, Zimmer war geräumig und ruhig, und die Dusche war heiß mit wunderbarem Wasserdruck - genau das, was wir nach internationalen Reisen erwartet hatten!
