In allen Aspekten zufrieden. Der Service ist ein Nachtaufenthalt, so dass ich das Zimmer nicht reinigen kann. Die Ausstattung ist relativ gut Frühstück ist amerikanischer Stil Nicht das Beste, sondern auf der gleichen Ebene. Das war gut im Vergleich dazu.

Location is perfect heart of the city. Just walk by Yale University. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very clear and complete with all needed amenities. Front desk always very friendly and polite. It’s my second time living in Omni Hotel New Haven and will choose again for my next trip. For those who they love nightlife must live here because it’s just cross the road have best nightlife bars and clubs. Perfect Hotel I Recommend 100%

This hotel is really nice and clean. Its design is wonderful. The hotel service team is really nice and friendly. Also, if you arrive at the Train station, you could call their free shuttle service (it is operated by 15:00). The hotel lounge is wide and very cozy. We regret staying only one night at the New Heaven. It is really a recommendable hotel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The room is also awesome. You can enjoy the harbor view in your cozy room!!! If I return to travel New Heaven, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Der Service an der Rezeption ist wunderbar, sowie mit Hotel- und Fitnesspersonal. Die Einrichtungen sind fantastisch: sehr geräumige Fitness, Salzwasserpool, Heißtube, Sauna, Dampf und Voll Golfplatz. Wünsche ich hätte für mehr Nächte geblieben! Ich werde definitiv zurückkehren.

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr gut, es gibt Kirchen usw., es gibt keine Entfernung vom Bahnhof und vom Supermarkt, es gibt auch Restaurants in der Umgebung, nicht weit von New Haven und New York.

I didn't realize there was no surface lots and I'd have to pay $25/day for parking. I might have missed that in the description so that's not really an issue. We were given a room on the top floor, in practically the farthest corner away from the elevator which was quiet, but far away from the rest of my daughter's teammates who were staying on lower floors. We dropped our stuff and went right to the pool. There were only 4 chairs and no towels left so we had to go searching for them and most of our stuff got wet sitting on the floor so that was frustrating. The signs on each floor say ”ice and vending” but the floors I checked had ice machines only and I had to resort to paying $4.00 for a can of orange soda at the bar for my daughter. The store in the hotel was closed, though I'm not sure if it would've been cheaper. After swimming and hanging out in the spacious lobby, we returned to our room to realize it wasn't very clean but it was time for my daughter to shower and go to bed since she had a gymnastics meet at 7:45 am. I took pictures of the hair tie in the sink, the bug on the bathroom floor, the hair on the vanity and floor, the stains on the bed skirt, etc. Kind of disappointed bc I usually stay at Marriott hotels for work and never have these issues. The coffee shop in the lobby was quick the next morning though which was good since we had to get up so early.

Ich bin morgens gereist, weil dieses Hotel in der Nähe der Firma liegt, also habe ich mich entschieden zu bleiben. Dieses Hotel muss wirklich spucken. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer befindet sich auf dem Boden. Wenn die Klimaanlage eingeschaltet ist, braucht der Lärm, Emma, ursprünglich einen Jetlag, aber dieser Lärm kann überhaupt nicht schlafen, es sei denn, er hält es nicht aus! Sprechen Sie auch über das Frühstück in diesem Hotel, jeden Tag ein paar Dinge, keine Auswahl mehr! Nachdem ich einen Tag gegessen hatte, ging ich am nächsten Tag ins Diner, 3 km außerhalb des Hotels! Nicht zu empfehlen, aber auf keinen Fall, das nächste Mal wohne ich in County, gleich auf der anderen Straßenseite!
