Also, wenn wir in die Ramada kamen, war das einzige Problem, das wir hatten, dass sie uns nicht störten, und es wurde nicht auf der Website veröffentlicht, dass sie eine $75 Einlagengebühr, die zurückerstattet werden, wenn Sie verlassen. Und dann war das andere Problem mehr so ein größeres Deal so zu sagen, weil ich und mein Mann nur 10 Minuten spät schlau Frühstück sagten sie und zu dieser Zeit war es 9:10 Uhr, wenn ihre Zeiten geschrieben Frühstückszeiten sind von 6:00 Uhr bis 9:30 Uhr . Die Arbeiterin sagte uns, dass wir zu spät zum Frühstück und Toast waren, dass wir es verpasst haben und es gibt nichts, was sie tun könnte, um uns zu helfen. Denken Sie daran, dass sie alle Rest-Frühstücke wie die Sauce und Bäckereien und alles, was sie auf die Platte gelegt hat, reinigt und dann gehandelt sie, als ließ sie es in die Küche, um sie zu sehen, die ganze Platte des Rest-Frühlings nehmen Ich verstehe nicht, warum wir zumindest ein Restmengegericht haben konnten, weil ihre Zeiten für das Frühstück falsch gekennzeichnet waren und wir nicht spät zum Frühstück waren, wie sie veröffentlicht wurden, aber sie haben uns noch nichts gegeben.. Jetzt bin ich ziemlich sicher, dass Sie wissen, dass es keinen Grund war, dass sie so brutal sein, dass gewusst, wer bezahlte $80.00 für 1 Nacht und dann nicht einmal ein Frühstück überhaupt. Als ich sie sah, die Nahrung in den Müll gelegt kann nachdem ich uns sagte, wir konnten kein Frühstück haben, machte mich das Gefühl, ich will nie wieder da bleiben, weil ich $80 für eine Nacht bezahlt und ich nicht einmal das Frühstück bezahlt habe in meinem Hotel-Stadt.

GGastnutzerWe were very disappointed to discover that there were no kitchen essentials, I guess we didn't study the fine print to understand that, but honestly.....not even a cup to get a drink out of??? No icemaker in the hotel, and no way to make ice in the freezer in the room? The pull out bed had no bedding or pillows. There was ONE roll of toilet paper for three of us for three nights. NO HAND TOWELS is ridiculous!!! When I asked about them the clerk said we should just use our washcloth. The bath towels were tiny and inadequate. But, by far....the worst thing about this place was there was NO HOT WATER in the shower!! It was clear the lever had been purposely adjusted to stop in the straight up position not allowing the lever to be turned left toward the hot water side. After we all had to endure a lukewarm shower I asked at the desk about it and was told we would need to exit the room for their repair person to adjust it. So we did. The next morning? Even colder!!! That alone, I believe warrants a full refund. OH.......and to top it off....a crazy lady shouting profanities was in the parking lot and the desk clerk solved the problem by...bringing her into the hotel to be with all of us. How is this right? How is this any way to run a brand new hotel. How is this place worthy of the Choice hotel brand? It is not. I fully expect a representative to contact me for a partial credit. Cold showers are not what I paid for. Thank you.

GGastnutzerPros: Spacious and clean rooms. Conveniently located just off the highway but far enough to avoid most traffic noise on 97.. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a self-make waffle station.
Cons: Severe, disruptive room noise. Throughout the entire night, an intermittent, guttural, rattling wheeze—sounding exactly like a struggling car engine—kept us awake.
What made this particularly frustrating was the lack of proactive management. I submitted a quiet-room request upon booking (which went unanswered) and reiterated it at check-in. Around midnight, unable to bear the noise, we asked for help and a friendly staff member kindly provided us with extra earplugs, but they weren't enough to block it out. When we reported the issue to a third staff member during checkout, she gave an emotionless response, said she would ”take a note,” and immediately walked away.
The hotel was not at full occupancy; the upper floor was completely dark, and the parking lot was less than half full at both 10 PM (check-in) and 8 AM. We travel extensively—both globally and locally in places like Bend—and have never encountered this. Had the hotel simply given me a heads-up or accommodated my request, I could have brought my industrial-strength earplugs from home. A little communication at no extra cost goes a long way.

GGastnutzerThe Siletz Bay Beachfront Hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are good and are reasonably clean. The hotel is aging somewhat gracefully but still has no air conditioning in the rooms. The service however is not friendly to fishermen staying there to fish for the outstanding Fall run of Pacific Salmon in the Siletz River. Specifically, the rigid office hours of 7 am to 10 pm are all but useless for fishermen. In 3 years of staying there I have yet to be able to take advantage of their free breakfast. Also, there is no freezer on site that is usable for fishermen. I was specifically denied access to a freezer for my fish fillets that is there (behind a locked door) for what are (IMHO) very bogus reasons. I also had issues with an extremely noisy ventilation system coming from somewhere other than my bathroom (reported after my first night but never fixed during my 7 nights there), hot water that would run out halfway through my shower, and a loss of TV during my last 2 days there. For all these reasons I will be looking to stay elsewhere when I return to Lincoln City to fish next Fall.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is next to the freeway and I had a room that faced the freeway, so the traffic noise was loud. Sadly, I live near a freeway, so I slept great but it would be tough for someone that wasn't used to the noise. I did not notice the freeway noise on the front side of the building. The room was pretty dated, no bathroom sink counter offset to it's own niche area, it part of the sleeping area. I laughed because as a kid, it was a common design, but, now it just looked odd. The beds were updated and comfortable. The climate control worked smoothly and quietly. The staff was very nice. The breakfast area was big, updated and very clean. Breakfast setup had eggs, sausage and a waffle machine. Basic breakfast and lots of coffee. It's hard to miss the place, there is a giant sign outside. Very close to a Walmart and Home Depot.
