Excellent property with an equally spectacular view of the bay from the Moulin Rouge suite. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay has been thought of and provided by the hosts. Blue tooth music player? Check. Chest set with medieval figurines? Check. Cosy electric fireplace? Check. Spa bath with romantic candles ? Check. Washing machine with dryer? Check. Fully equipped kitchen with spices and cooking oil ? Check. Electric blanket? Check. You have your own parking spot , just don’t drive a big car/van cos parking space is tight. The property is up a hill. If you don’t have a car, the walk to the lake side takes quite an effort. If only we could have met the owners personally and got to know them better. In fairness the owners Sharron and Paul did indicate they live on site and is contactable 24/7. Check in instructions were sent to you via email and you check out by simply shutting the door and leaving. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

Best stay in New Zealand so far. Everything was perfect, high quality in the details and as a bonus I got a nice hot SPA after coming back from boat ride and dinner :) Can highly recommend!

Im Sommer nach Neuseeland fahren, nur ein Wort, teuer! Wer nicht Golf spielt, dem ist das Wohnen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. Auch wenn Sie Golf spielen, ist Kauri Cliff Golf nicht so gut, wie Sie es sich vorgestellt haben. Aber unabhängig vom Preis sind Service, Verpflegung und Umgebung des Hotels in der Tat sehr gut. Der Preis ist nicht hoch.
