The room made a decent first impression and did the bare minimum. But, it quickly became clear that it’s best suited for a very short stay. The bed was comfortable enough. Overall, the room is fine if you’re just passing through, but anything longer starts to feel like stretching it. Staff presence around the hotel was limited. They clearly run on a lean operation, which can go either way. The guard in front of the elevator stood out in the best possible way and added a genuinely warm, human touch, which helped balance things out. At check-in, I was given two complimentary cocktail coupons for the upstairs bar, which immediately lifted my spirits. This was a place I had enjoyed many times before and often recommended to friends and family. I had good memories of the atmosphere, the food, and the general vibe, so I went in with high hopes. In the past I had written raving 5-star reviews of their restaurant food and amazing service! Unfortunately, the experience that followed didn’t live up to those expectations. What should have been a simple, enjoyable night out unraveled into confusion and unwelcoming interactions. Small moments piled up, the mood shifted, and it became clear that the experience had gone off the rails. Rather than force it, my group and I decided to take our time and money elsewhere. Sometimes you read the room and move on. I returned to the hotel later that night and stayed over. Took a hot shower in the morning, loved the smell of their body wash, btw! Another brief interaction during checkout reinforced the same theme: rigid, abrupt, and lacking the kind of hospitality that makes guests feel welcome. All in all, it’s disappointing to see a place I once enjoyed and freely recommended lose its consistency and warmth. I’m no longer comfortable recommending it, and I’m not sure I would choose to return. As for the unused cocktail coupon, I still have it. Any takers?

VERY GOOD STAFF AND KIND BEST PLACE TO STAY IN CITY

I stayed for 2 nights, it didn't feel safe for me as a solo woman traveller. One the first night around 11pm there were 3-4 men shouting and laughing and knocked my door. I was scared and called the reception. The phone wire was not connected to the phone, i have to hold it tight to the phone while i was speaking. It was a terrifying experience. When in emergency even the phone wasn't working! the receptionist took 30 min to for the men to calm down. The next day morning the receptionist told me they men moved out. But i saw them in the evening in the hotel. Didn't feel safe. Again, the men, shouting and aloud. Still i couldn't sleep there, awake whole two nights i stayed there, didn't feel safe. The place was clean. Location was good.

Clean rooms, wide stairs, daily breakfast, any request can be arranged. The hotel boasts quiet corner, away from whitles, honks and motorcyclists left and right. Short walk to center, can access to halal chinese food after a left, then a right and another left at the junction. All within 5 mins to 10 mins walk. Airport pick up is a plus service. A minimart just 3 mins walk if you need some snacks.

My wife and I stayed for one night on March 31st. All the staff are friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We ordered several dishes at the attached restaurant and were completely satisfied with every dish. It took a few minutes for the shower hot water to come out, but the staff explained the details in advance so we could enjoy the hot water without worrying. We recommend this hotel.

Ich hatte eine schreckliche Erfahrung in diesem Hotel - reservierte es als erstes Halt in Kathmandu bei der Ankunft in Nepal, Ort, um meine Gepäck beim Fahren und eine letzte Nacht vor dem Fliegen aus dem Land zu setzen. Es gibt keine Vorschrift für Tasche-Check - kein Tag oder ähnlich. Anfrag, ob ich verlassen / prüfen konnte, wurde mein Tasche ja gesagt und zu verlassen vor dem Front-Desk. Zwei Wochen später, als ich wieder in den Hotel-Tasche war noch im Lobby vor dem Front-Desk. Es fehlte natürlich - keines von dem großen Wert, um zu argumentieren, aber die Tatsache, dass sie nicht einmal gestört werden konnten, um den Sack ein paar Füße zu einem Schrank / Halteraum oder so ist ein Indiz für die Art und Weise, wie dieser Ort rollt. Sie versuchten, einen Shuttle für frühmorgens am Flughafen durch das Hotel zu buchen, aufgeführt als inklusive Service. Trotz Bestätigung und Wiederbescheinigung, sie arrangierten nichts. Stattdessen um 5:15 Uhr wurde es ein Spiel von Let’ machen einen Deal und sehen, wie viel wir belasten können, während wir keine Beweise liefern, gab es sogar einen Fahrer. Am Ende gab ich auf und buchte mein Gepäck auf die Straße, um einen Taxi zu bekommen. Nepal ist ein wunderbares Land - dieses Hotel war eine konsequente schlechte Erfahrung. Zimmer selbst sind meh - hat nicht das kostenlose Frühstück versucht, auf dem Restaurant auf der Website war ziemlich gut, Atmosphäre/Essen. Das ist kein billiges Hotel nach lokalen Standards - für den Preispunkt gibt es viele / viele Optionen in der Umgebung.

Loved it. Quiet spot just off the busy streets of Thamel. Reception and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast range was decent and had something new to offer every day (we had pancakes, potatoes, veg, fried rice, sausages, yogurt, fruit. The masala tea and made-to-order omelettes were yummy. Try the veg omelette. Front desk girls were fab cos they helped me call and track down an old friend; and the night shift chap helped us exchange a few dollars into local currency after we checked in late at night but wanted to get snacks from local shops. Rooms were clean and the shower was nice amd hot. Beyond our expectations for the budget.

Weil er nicht auf dem Flugzeug gekommen ist, suchte er das Hotel am Morgen. Anlagen: Das Hotel ist zwar klein, aber die Hardware-Anlagen in Nepal sind gut, gut. Klimaanlage, warmes Wasser oder Schließfach, fortgeschritten. Aber es gibt keine Windelemente. Gesundheit: Ich habe noch das Haar gesehen. Umwelt: Das Zimmer ist komfortabel. Dienst: Das Frühstück ist einfacher (Abbildung 6 ist das Frühstücksmenü) Die Nachtarbeiter sind gut und der Tag ist sehr allgemein. Die Freunde von Gardmond haben mich am Abend zum Hotel geschickt und mit Gepäck zum Flughafen geführt. Das Hotelpersonal hat einen heißeren Service.

Baudha Apart Hotel The Air is much cleaner at these heights. A lovely view to be seen from the roof top upon the city down below. There is a room up there, for yoga, for exercise, or meditation. An elevator takes you there, but you can climb the stairs, if you wish, especially to prepare for a mountain trek – there is an ample storage room in that regard. Boudha Apart is owned by a Sherpa family, originally from Lukla, so there are many good contacts with the high mountain community. The hotel is fairly new, and that means nothing is broken. That is to say also, that it is well maintained, that the guests are not a rowdy sort, and they are mindful of each other's tranquility. The rooms are well thought out, and many have a sun facing balcony. Both sink and shower have abundant hot water, adjustable as you like. On the ground floor is a large restaurant, with a diverse menu of local cuisine, and western comfort foods. The basement is a parking garage for cars and bikes. The staff is of good cheer, and supportive of your adventures and plans. They, most conveniently, pick up and deliver to the airport. There is also a car and driver for various tours, as you will. And finally to say, the price to value is most fair, as one compares to other hotels in the region.

Lage - Madhuban Hotel ist strategisch gelegen - weit von der lauten Stadt, aber in der Nähe der Orte der Interessen. Es ist in der Nähe des Party-Bereichs (Thamel-Bereich) mit vielen Restaurants und Souvenir-Shop. Es ist eine Fahrt von den wichtigsten Attraktionen entfernt. Tours und Abenteuer - das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Anbieter - Abenteuerboundnepal. Sie arrangieren und matchen Preise auf dem Markt. Sie konnten sogar eine letzte Minute Buchung für mich mit dem everest Flug abziehen. Gästehaus - Eigentümer, Manager und Mitarbeiter sind alle lächelnd, glücklich und glücklich. Sie fühlen sich zu Hause. Zimmer - geräumig und sehr schön. Heizungen arbeiten, schnelles Internet und plus Punkte, wenn Sie eine Terrasse haben (was ich getan habe).
