Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und meine Kinder mögen es. Personal an der Rezeption sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In Bezug auf die Lage ist das Hotel von Mart, Mall und all den historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie A Famosa umgeben. Habe meine Übungen im Fitnessstudio gemacht und das Essen im Hotel genieße. Das Essen war köstlich und meine Kinder lieben es. Sicherlich werde ich wiederkommen.

received a free upgrade to deluxe room as we have waited too long to check in. the room was both comfortable and newly furnished, ensuring a pleasant stay. Despite encountering an issue with the TV, which couldn't be resolved, I still managed to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Breakfast was good but could have been more variety in the options offered. Currently, only one restaurant is open. overall, we left feeling content with our stay, appreciating the efforts made by the hotel staff to accommodate guests and ensure a pleasant experience.

Das Front Desk-Personal ist freundlich und willkommen, wenn wir mit einem Komplimentar-Cookies eingecheckt wurden, als wir ins Zimmer kamen wir bemerkt, dass das Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert, wir lassen die Hausaufbewahrung und sie wechselten unverzüglich ein neues Kühlschrank für uns. das Zimmer war Schön und geräumig die Lichter funktionieren gut aber das Sofa ein wenig alt ed steinig.Der Körperschaum, das sie bieten, kann wahrscheinlich nur einen Tag dauern und Sie müssen die Hauspflege fragen, es füllen, wenn Sie mehr als einen Tag bleiben. Das Frühstück ist großartig Wir konnten einen sauberen Tisch bekommen und mussten den Kellner bitten, den Tisch für uns zu reinigen, bevor wir gehen und das Essen bekommen. Insgesamt lieben wir das Bett die weiche Kuchen und es war ein guter Aufenthalt .

This is a very new hotel which started their business in March 2023. Wanted to try on the first day of opening but due to some reason, it was delayed till now. It’s a first Marriott hotel in Melaka, so I do have very high expectations from them. As a Marriott platinum elite member, I’ve stayed in many hotel under Marriott organisation. Upon reaching the hotel with grab car, the staff came up to me immediately and lead me to the check in counter, the lobby are huge, and I can still smell that the hotel are still so new. Not much of the guest in the lobby area, it’s a Monday so I guess it’s normal. No suite room upgrade and no complimentary breakfast for a platinum member, although I was upgraded to a strait view room which I appreciated it. It can see a tiny bit of the sea. Apart from that, I guess the room size and amenity are the same. The check in staff told me that the suite room was full… I mean.. it’s a Monday.. and I literally still can see the suite room was available in the Bonvoy app. As I’ve mentioned, I’ve been to many hotel under Marriott organisation. I don’t always get upgraded to a suite room, but it was okay, I do understand all these are subjected to individual hotel policy and it’s all a good will. But I guess the staff could just tell me that the hotel are still new, the suite room are limited and it’s reserved for paying guest. I would totally understand that. But I don’t think it’s wise to you know, use a default replied as member like us, we check on the app. For me, if there’s no available suite room, I wouldn’t even ask for an upgrade. Secondly, there’s no complimentary breakfast, I paid RM70 for the 2 day breakfast. I’ve stayed in a few courtyard hotel, this was the first one that I’ve paid for breakfast, there might be other courtyard that don’t provide complimentary breakfast for guest with elite status, maybe I didn’t stay much enough to see it all. I’ve stayed with hotel that told me that their facility actually don’t offer complimentary breakfast for elite member, but they will just give it to me as a good will on top of my welcome gift. Just a little suggestion, like maybe let the counter staff to decide, if they could slip in some complimentary breakfast to guest with elite status or even guest that potentially come back again. I’m not complaining here, just some of my suggestions. The room are new, nice and spacious, very clean. Nice TV channel selection, view was great. Bed are firm to the level that I like, they offer pillow menu as well. Had very good sleep for the 2 night. Breakfast was very basic. There’s a very annoying flies flying around my table.. how did it come into the hotel, lol. Gym are small but there should be everything you need. The infinity pool are great! Very good view and very Instagrammable. Please visit the pool when you are here. The staff and friendly and nice. Would come back again to the hotel when I’m back in Melaka.

Location wise is tip top nearby jonker street, service is really good and attentive especially breakfast, it was ala carte and delicious. Hotel beautifully decorated with babanyonya style. Room are little outdated, old tv, no socket beside bed, small hair dryer, non sensitive door handle. With the price we paid we could get better quality of facilities tho, narrow gym & swimming pool. However, TQ to everyone in the hotel, they’re very friendly and accommodating

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel. The hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable, with a great breakfast and friendly staff. The location is perfect, close to the marina. I enjoyed the pool, the spa, and the bike rental service. The hotel also arranged a tour for me to see the nearby tourist sites. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melaka.

Every time I visit Melaka, holiday inn is always one of my favorite options, because it’s cleanness and convenient to everywhere. This time, I heard the hotel has done some renovations, so my family booked two connecting rooms with sea view. We had our dinner outside the hotel, but we decided to check the hotel restaurant and see what else we can try after a long walk back to hotel. Surprisingly, the food is great. And the price is also very reasonable. BTW. Parking is also very convenient.

Von kostenloser Upgrade bis zur Gartenvilla im grünen bis zu kostenlosen appetitlosen Kräutergetränk; von einer geleiteten Orchardtour bis zum Geschmack von organischem Honig aus Bienen; von der Versuch der Spieleotheraphie in Himalaya Salzkristallraum bis zu der Jacuzzi-Sitzung; Von der freundlichen und freundlichen Unterhaltung des speziell angeforderten veganischen Frühstücks bis zur Unterschriftsmassage fühlen wir uns wirklich überwältigend über die Erfahrungen und dankbaren gegenüber allen freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern im Resort. 2D1N Es ist ziemlich kurz für uns, mehr Aktivitäten zu erkunden und wir werden sicherlich noch einmal besuchen!

I am not sure why this resort has had so many bad reviews. Glad I still went ahead with the trip and have no regrets doing so. The place is very relaxing. There’s a buggy service to bring us around if we are lazy to walk or electric scooters are available for guests. During weekdays and off-peak periods, they serve a la carte breakfast and, for small eaters like me and my family, the serving is considered big. The lunch cum dinner menu don’t have a wide variety but enough to fill an empty stomach. Portion is not as large as breakfast so don’t think of sharing. Staff are friendly and housekeeping plus maintenance were quick to attend to our needs. The rooms are comfortable but being in the jungle, mosquitoes and ants are inevitable so just make sure that you bring along mosquito repellents.
