Pros: The room was stunning, the lights are dim, the decor is gorgeous, the bed was comfy, it was clean and the location is fantastic. The service was great. The terrace views are gorgeous. My favorite part was the jacuzzi. Cons: My room was next to a terrace bar and on top there is another terrace bar, so if your plan is to stay at a quiet space to relax maybe this won't be the right spot. Unfortunately, there was also no hot water the whole morning on the day I was leaving so I had to wait until after the checkout time when they had it fixed but then I felt a little rushed to leave. Even though, the staff was very helpful, they were keeping me updated and they did try their best in a complicated situation that was out of their hands.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. It has a very nice restaurant on premise; and beautiful outdoor space. It has a decent size pool and Jacuzzi that looked very inviting. I also had a last min spa treatment that was very relaxing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I’d stay there again!

Sensacional hotel… maravilloso personal y servicio.. llegamos a las 12.00 a realizar el check in y aún siendo tres horas antes… nos dieron la habitación, cosa que agradecemos intensamente pues llegamos derrotados de un vuelo largo y tres horas de conducción… dispone de un exquisito restaurante con platos poblanos y un servicio muy esmerado…. Buen desayuno incluido Parking en el edificio y habitaciones amplias y completas de amenidades y utilidades… muchas gracias y esperamos poder volver a este excelente hotel

📍The location is really good, you’re btwn Angelopolis and Juan Pablo II 👩🏻💻In meiner Erfahrung war die Rezeption nicht gut, das Mädchen im Vorderbüro war unfreundlich, Sie müssen Ihre eigene Kontrolle (Scan eine QR) und die Dame geben Ihnen nur die Schlüsselkarte 🛏️ Zimmer ist sehr auster, nicht gemütlich, sieht alt aus; aber das Bett ist komfortabel  🚽🚿Badezimmer ist groß, hat Handtücher, Seife 🧼 und Shampoo. Das Handwaschbecken hat Form und der Duscheboden war nass  🅿️ Parkplatz ist ok, aber nicht nur für Hotelgäste, was Sie ein wenig unsicher fühlt.

Mi estancia fue placentera, el cuarto bastante espacioso. El bufet de los desayunos es amplio y sabroso. Lo único que de alguna manera no está a la altura del hotel es la alberca, porque solo sirve de adorno ya que el agua está fría, por el frío que hace en Puebla sería mejor una alberca techada, sino tienen caldera para calentar el agua.

Der Service ist in Ordnung, sogar meine Ladeleitung fertig, meine Gesichtswaschbecken sind gut geregelt, die Kleidung ist gut. Wenn Sie Computer verwenden, können Sie auch Apple-Integratoren des Hotels verwenden, spezielle Zimmer für Computer und Kopien.

Von den farbigen Geweben aus dem Halle bis hin zu den Gemüsedekorationen mit geometrischen Mustern, und den sorgfältig im Hof geplanten Feinden und neun Doppelte, die alle Details einen einzigartigen kulturellen Geschmack vermitteln. Ob es sich um ein großzügiges und komfortables Gästezimmer oder um eine funktionale Freizeitzone handelt, ist es sehr empfehlenswert, das Innengefühl des Hotels im Design zu fühlen. Das Frühstück ist noch ein großer Brillpunkt dieses Hotels, ziemlich gut. Das Restaurant ist voller Mais-Saft und reicht von mexikanischen Geschmacksorten: Goldene Torche, schwarze Tee, Sassa, die frische Butterfrüchte enthält, und heiße Schokolade. Ich persönlich mag mexikanisches Geschmack besonders, und hier kann ich nicht nur klassische Speisen probieren, sondern auch die Fressen und die Geduld der Küchen empfinden. Deshalb glaube ich, dass ich das nächste Mal, wenn ich wieder in die Stadt gehe, ohne Zweifel das Hotel wieder aufnehmen und diesen einzigartigen Mexiko-Stil und intimen Service genießen wird.

VVillitaNach der Eincheckung in ...ein komplettes Albtraum, habe ich meine Reservierung und Vorzahlung online mit Trip gemacht und mir wurde von dem Hotelpersonal gesagt, dass sie keine Zahlung hatten und sie würden mich nicht zulassen, bis ich die Reise angerufen und nach einer Stunde sie mich zulassen. Ich wollte auch Zimmerservice bestellen, es gab keine Menüs und ihre “Online-Service” funktionierte nicht... Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen alt und ihre Ac funktionierte nicht überrascht... Es gibt viele Optionen in Puebla ... nicht stören, hier zu bleiben es ist sehr überbewertet....
