Wow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that. She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met. It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here. Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed. While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information. The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate). The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean. Thank you so much Mrs. Li! We are a couple from Singapore. After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

Everything at this place is inspiring and catchy, in one way or another. Comfortably furnished, with a clean common space that has a nice bookshelf, a reading area, dining table and a soft furry couch. If there is one thing visible through the layout of this inn, it is that they take living with art with gusto, and this is an advantage for artsy guests. To top it all off, cat lovers would actually appreciate this place due to its feline thematics and the mascot cat Hanhan. For its price, it is a wonderful place for a stay in Urumqi.

Das Hotel ist in der Stadt von Guangdong. Gut gefunden, das Auto ist auch ausreichend, morgens kann man das Auto kostenlos waschen, der Service ist sehr gut, dass wir die begrenzte Reisezeit nicht waschen, sehr intim. Der Sicherheitsmann der Tür ist auch sehr gut. Ich fühle mich, dass dieser Sicherheitsmann sehr komplett ist. Maji kann den Sicherheitsmann nicht finden. Das Zimmer hat Probleme mit dem Sicherheitsmann zu finden. Der Parkplatz hat keinen Platz für den Parkplatz gefunden. Der Sicherheitsmann ist auch zu finden. Ich kann den Sicherheitsmann beschäftigen, wenn ich hier bin. Der Rezeptor ist sehr schön. Auch sehr intim, es gibt ein rotes Tee-Restaurant an der rechten Seite des Hotels, das ist das beste Essen, das ich am Verlobten gegessen habe. Tee-Hühner sind super lecker, die Menge ist super groß. Wir vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder haben einen Tee-Hühner gebraten, es ist nicht fertig, die Tee-Fleisch ist super groß. Es ist auch billig, nur 6 Yuan pro Hektar, es ist ein bisschen schmeckhaft, das Hotel zu einem Restaurant mit Rot-Shawn zu leben, ist wirklich wertvoll.

Die Schwester des Volkes ist sehr gut. Wir sind in den Dorf gefahren und haben uns geholfen. Ich habe gerade in diese Familie gekommen, dass diese Wurzel nicht nach Kanus gelangt ist. Das Hotel ist auch genug, um zu leben. Die Ausstattung ist alles in der Tafel, Massage, Mäuse, Wurzeln sind sehr gut, Die Schwester hat das Volk wirklich als ihre Heimat erbaut. Außerdem ist es sehr lobenswert, dass einmalige Wäsche und Wäsche gebraucht werden. Ich hoffe, dass die Schwestern einen Termin schließen und wir auch buchen können, wenn wir wieder in den Herbst kommen.

I booked the room with a private sauna in the room and that was amazing! Coming back to the room every day after skiing and sitting in the sauna felt good! Such good value for money. The room is very big with a long balcony and a view of the mountains. The only thing lacking was the breakfast - it only started at 9.30am, which is a bit late for me if I want to start skiing at 10am when the first chair lift begins. The breakfast spread was also quite small, I would have appreciated for soy milk to be included as I do not drink dairy milk. The daily housekeeping service was mainly clearing out trash and bringing fresh towels, the floor/table were not cleaned. There was no flexibility to do a slightly later check-out and no free airport drop-off service like some of the other hotels in the similar price range offered. There is free drop-off and pick-up service to the ski field, which is about 5-min drive from the hotel. The best part of my stay is the reception staff who were friendly, kind and helpful! I needed help navigating the Chinese apps to retrieve a parcel and couldn't do it on my phone, so he helped me do the booking on his phone, liaised with the courier and paid first for it, sorting out the logistics for me, and I transferred him the money after. Very grateful for that because it helped me saved me a lot of time and hassle! Upon check-out, I had left my mobile phone charging in the reception area when I left for the airport and they drove over to meet me somewhere around the city while I waited in the taxi, to give my phone back to me, so that the driver didn't have to spend time going back - so that I can catch my flight in time. Super grateful for their kindness and support, going above and beyond.

Auf der Internet-Plattform fand ich dieses bequeme Hotel, der Chef war sehr enthusiastisch, mit Fragen und Antworten, die Zimmer fragten um saubere Hygiene, die Heizung und das Komfort, es fühlte sich sehr warm, nicht weit von der heißesten Restaurantstraße entfernt, leider hatte ich keine Erfahrung, kann nicht mehr leben, es gibt eine Chance, später wieder zu kommen.

Das Hostel liegt nah zum Bahnhof, aber etwas weiter entfernt von der Innenstadt, mit Taxi oder Bus aber ohne Problem zu erreichen. (15-50min Fahrt, 15min Gehen zum Bahnhof). Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit. Es gibt leider keine Küche, aber ein paar Geräte, die man nutzen kann (Heißwasserspender, Mini-Spülbecken, Mikrowelle, kleines Fach im Kühlschrank). Gegen eine kleine Gebühr kann man Wäsche waschen. Es gibt eine süße Katze, die allerdings nach Rauch riecht, wie der Rest der Unterkunft auch. Viele Gäste sind rücksichtslos und lassen die Zimmertüren offen stehen, so dass auch die Zimmer immer stinken. Da müsste das Management durchgreifen. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, Toiletten und Duschen werden selten gereinigt, im Zimmer liegen viele Haare, Staub und Schmutz. Als Backpacker ist man sowas aber gewohnt, daher kam ich damit klar. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung und für den Preis kann man sich nicht beschweren. Lediglich das Rauchen empfand ich als extrem störend, daher ziehe ich dafür noch weitere Punkte unter „Sauberkeit und Service“ ab.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, an der Landesstraße ist der Parkplatz groß und nur wenige Minuten von der Siemens-Aussichtszone entfernt. Die Latex-Aussichtszone ist schwer in die Richtung Osttür zu fahren und es ist sehr bequem, in der Nähe von Siemens zu spielen. Nachdem der Chef die Reservierungsstelle für die stille Forderung gewählt hatte, hat er auch vorzeitig Kontakt aufgenommen, dass das Spezialzimmer außerhalb des Hofes ist, nahe der Straße, es kann ein Geräusch geben. Nach dem tatsächlichen Aufenthalt ist es gut, einerseits ist die Doppelschicht gut geräuschisolat, andererseits hat er selbst einen Ohrschall. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Fensterlichtwirkung ist sehr gut, wenn die Schale noch eine weitere ist, wird es einfacher, etwas zu platzieren. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön und sie trifft mehrere Touristen.

Die Hostels sind etwa 5 - 7 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof ”Sports Centre” entfernt, das ist etwa 25+ Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt. Der Eingang des Hostels ist neben dem Tesla Shop, und Sie müssen den Buzzer drücken, um die Sicherheitsbewahrung die Tor für Sie zu öffnen. Dann, nachdem Sie Ihren Namen im Gästebuch geschrieben haben, gehen Sie auf den 10. Stock im Aufzug. Das Hostelpersonal kann Fans bieten, aber wir brauchen keine, da es noch cool war in der Nacht. Die Betten sind OK. Auch im Schlafzimmer ist ein Badezimmer vorhanden, aber es gab fast keine Privatsphäre für das Badezimmer, da es eine Lücke zwischen der Tür gab, um andere zu sehen, und man kann auch durch das gefrorene Glas in das Badezimmer sehen! Das Hostel ist relativ sauber, ruhig und gut gelegen, außer, dass es andere lokale Gäste gibt, die in den anderen Zimmern laut und geraucht sind. Neben dem Hostel ist ein schönes Einkaufszentrum auf dem Markt und mit wirklich viel zu essen, im Essen Hof auf der 3. Stock.
