clean and very accessible. it is in the heaet of the city and the staffs are very nice and warm. they were polite. a bit small spaxe but good enough to stay

The place is good and nice, halatang bagong hotel siya. i’m kinda not satisfied sa cr. Madulas yung tiles, delikado po. Walang divider sa bandang shower area to toilet bowl&sink kaya the whole cr will get wet pag naligo ka. Yung knob ng faucet natatanggal siya which is not our fault, yung lagayan ng stuff sa ibabaw ng sink yung glass is eventually bumababa, nakaktakot na baka matapat samin that time na malaglag which is not our fault also. Yung cover ng switch light baliktad, minadali gawin? Yung cabinet inside the room is sira din, which is not our fault.  • Toothbrush & tooth paste not included • Towel is included • Mabait ang staff sa front desk especially kuya guard.   • Shampoo, bodywash etc magkahalo sa isang lalagyan. • You can also order food from them merong menu sa loob ng room. • water dispenser is located outside the room sa may parang lobby sa 2nd floor, hot and cold water is available. • may netflix • malapit sa airport Overall i would rate it 4/5, our stay there was ok. Im just quite dissappointed sa cr. Btw, we were in Room 10 that time.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

Das Hotelzimmer war großartig, sehr sauber und überstieg meine Erwartungen. Es waren Kleider hängen und die Blätter waren schön und scharf. Das Bett war fest und die Kissen waren weich. Das Frühstück war meh. Es war tief gebratener Fisch und kalter Reis, das Brot wurde nicht gefüllt und die geschroteten Eier waren nicht sehr appetitvoll. Die Lage wäre schön gewesen, da es in der Nähe des Flughafens ist, aber wenn Sie aus dem MacArthur Park kommen, müssen Sie ziemlich weit fahren, um eine legale U-Turn zu machen, und um die Dinge schlimmer zu machen, gibt es keine Parkplätze im Hotel. Sie hatten 4 Slots, 1 wurde von ihrem Shuttle und der Rest von Autos besetzt, die wahrscheinlich schon eine ganze Zeit lang da war, beurteilt durch den Staub auf den Windschutzscheiben.

Es ist ein bisschen enttäuschend.

Wir kamen um 7 Uhr morgens von Manila aus in Tacloban an, und obwohl wir vor 8 Uhr morgens im Hotel ankamen, ließen sie uns freundlicherweise einchecken. Ich war dankbar, dass ich nach meiner Ankunft aufgrund von Schlafmangel im Hotel ein Nickerchen machen konnte. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel für unseren 5-tägigen Aufenthalt. Nebenan gibt es ein 7-Eleven und in der Nähe gibt es viele Fastfood-Restaurants, also ist es praktisch. Dies ist eines der Hotels, die ich bei meiner nächsten Geschäftsreise gerne wieder nutzen würde.

Nice hotel, inexpensive, good staff and convenient location. Best hotel in this small town. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nice restaurant in the ground level of the hotel. Free breakfast with room, snd good food and service. Nice room,(bed, desk, tv) with the only thing missing was a small refrigerator. Good bathroom with all the amenities and nice hot water. Located in the center of town by the Metro store and with plenty of places to eat in short walking distance. Would gladly stay there again.

Great service, we arrived around 7pm to check in and the staff opened the shower and pool lights to accommodate us since we want to go night swimming. The place is in front of Andok's, Petron, and Landbank. There's also a van terminal in front going to downtown/Tacloban so public transportation is very accessible. The room is spacious, we are 3 adults with luggages and we stayed on their standard room and it is not crowded inside. Rooms are in fron of the pool.

Die Lage ist gut und die Mitarbeiter sind untergebracht. Der Ort ist bequem, wenn es um die Stadt zu roamen kommt. Sie haben auch einen Pool. Der Klimaanlage funktioniert ziemlich gut.
