2-Sterne-Hotels in Pahang, Malaysia

Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Nachdem ich aus dem Hotel gefahren und aus dem Hotel geprüft habe, habe ich meine Uhr falsch gestellt und das Hotel kontaktiert und sie helfen sofort, ohne zu zögern, auch wenn es off-work-hour. Sie kontaktierten die Reinigungspersonal und alle anderen Mitarbeiter, um meine Uhr zu suchen und ging sogar zum Ort meine Uhr zuletzt gefunden. Und dankbar fand ich meine Uhr, dass ich versehentlich im Hau 😭😭😭😭 verlassen habe. Das Personal ist so freundlich und hilfreich, wirklich liebe meinen Aufenthalt hier. Das Zimmer ist auch sauber und sauber und der Preis ist auch vernünftig. Lage ist auch groß, es gibt ein Restaurant direkt gegenüber dem Hotel und vieles Essen in der Nähe nur einen Spaziergang. Das wird meine erste Wahl sein, wenn ich zum nächsten Mal nach Kuantan komme

************ Vielen Dank. Sehr praktisch. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Zimmerpreis ist sehr vernünftig. Der Empfang ist sehr gut. Sie müssen sich nicht um die Parkplatzsuche kümmern. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen. Übrigens gibt es in der Nähe ein Dampfschiff-Restaurant. RM30 für Erwachsene und RM25 für Mitglieder.

1st night was good experience. staff was friendly. can't download pahanggo app to pay parking - not sure why. and staff offered to help. so I extended 2nd night stay. Unfortunately i did not ask for room service earlier so evening of 2nd night I had to ask for clean towel and fresh water bottles. I waited more than 1 hour and these items were not delivered. sent my kid down. He went up and down several times and they refused to release towel or water bottle. I had to call and they insisted they have sent/forgotten. By the time I got frustrated, and they realised that I am serious about needing towels and water, a lady finally came up at 11.30pm with fresh towel on condition that the dirty ones must be swapped and she insisted i look around for it to double and triple check the room. That was another stand-off on a very late night where I cannot find the old towels. And no water bottles.

love the free flow hot drinks downstairs very clean room great location to improve - hot shower temperature cannot control (rotating knob malfunction), TV no channels available. - toilet have cigarrettes dust, needed to hose out once to clean out.. but toilet generally clean

Quite a good stay. Very friendly customer service. Just limited parking space but still able to find one. Overall good.

Lage: Stadtzentrum. In der Nähe vieler Hauptattraktionen. Neben dem Hotel gibt es viele Straßenhändler, bei denen Sie bequem zu Abend essen und frühstücken können. Neben dem Hotel gibt es ein berühmtes Restaurant namens Ikan Patin Tempoyak. Köstlich und einen Versuch wert. Das Hotel verfügt über ein Bügeleisen/-brett. Sauber und sehr komfortabel. Werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Overall decent stay at Golden Lodge. The room was itself was clean, bed was okay and clean towels. The bathroom is shared and throughout our stay we noticed it had not been cleaned by staff once (we were there four nights). It is a shower room so we had to wear shoes in the bathroom because there was no bathroom slippers provided. The environment itself is clean due to their no shoes inside policy. Lots of common space both inside and out which was great. 3 cute cats roaming the property. Great walking location near the town of Tanah rata. The staff however were quite unhelpful. They were quite silent and it didn’t seem like they cared about their guests. We were not asked once if we wanted new towels. We booked an extra night to extend and I requested that we stay in the same room (which the receptionist said was no issue the day before). Day of the extension it’s like they forgot that we extended? Even though it was the same receptionist I talked to the day before. They made us pay another sustainability fee (which we paid at the beginning of our stay) to extend one night? It was just a bit of a hassle explaining all of this to them for the receptionist to again be quiet and not say much.

I decided to stay at this charming two-star hotel because of my Milkyway expedition near Pantai Tanjung Kempit. Being just a short 12-minute drive from the beach was a huge time saver! I booked a family room with a queen and a single bed. The rooms looked pretty clean at first glance, but under the bed was a mess. How did I find out? Well, my son accidentally dropped his Lego pieces under the bed! The bathroom was clean and worked well, though the sink and toilet water pressure could use a bit of a boost. After flushing, you had to wait until the toilet was full before you could use the sink. The shower head water pressure was great, though. For a hotel like this in Endau, Rompin, it seems to be well-maintained and a good value, especially since there aren’t many options in the area. Would I recommend this hotel to my fellow Milkyway friends? Absolutely! Honestly I forgot to get a photo of the room, but you can probably find one on their website. But I’ll show you some image from my Milkyway expedition just so you know where to stay if you’re planning to shoot Milkyway near here.

Service bhg reception kurang mesra.. No eyes to eyes while talk with customer. So very dissapointed... Ckp tu bia la pndg n lihat dgn cre yg sopan.ni tak ckp tngn buat kjer tau3 trima ksih..
