Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Die Lage ist für Südtacoma bequem. Öffentliche Bereiche und Zimmer sauber. Nicht, dass es sich in einem gewerblichen Stadtgebiet mit Diebstahl befindet, sah ich ein Vanfenster gebrochen und Werkzeuge gestohlen wurden. Wenn Sie irgendwo bleiben, Parken Sie weg vom Schrank in gut beleuchteten Bereich und lassen Sie keine wertvollen in Ihren Fahrzeugen. ***** und Diebstahl sind Probleme in vielen Staaten, so müssen Sie sich schützen.

Everything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.

Das Zimmer ist groß mit Küche, elektrische Hob, Becher, Kehle, Platte, Ofen, Liege, Messer, Schneidbrett, Pfeffer, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Viel Hänge für Kleidung, Iron Board und Iron, Waschkleidung ist USD 3 pro Wasch für 30Min und Trockner USD 3 pro Trockner für 60 Min. Kann beantragen, um Waschkleidung auf trockene Kleidung in den Korb, bekommen Sie es von der Rezeption. Jeden Tag hat er Frühstück, gute Variante, Obstsaft, Milch, Kaffee, Schokolademilch, normale Milch, Yoghurt, nehmen Sie schön verpackt Burger Jimmy Dean Burger), Pancake, hat braun, geschrotet Ei, hart gekochte Ei, Fleischpatte, schwarze Bean, Gemüse (Mais, Karotten, grüne Bohnen, langer Bohnen), Garnish und Miso-Soße, quaker Oat mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Haben kostenlose Soßen wie Tomatensaft, Grillsaft, Erdbeerenbutter, Karpfensirup, Nutella, Trauben und Rahmsaft. Zu den verfügbaren Saften gehören Äpfel, Kranberry, Orangensaft. Es gibt kostenlos einfaches Brot für Sie, um Ihr Brot in einem Toaster zu toasten. Parken ist kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Körperwasch, Haarschampo und Haarkonditionierer. Sie werden den Boden mat, großes Badhandtuch, Haarhandtuch, Badehandtuch geben. Es gibt Haartrockner (bringen Sie nicht ur eigene Haartrockner wie Dyson supersonic, wenn unsere sind Singapur drei Pin Plug Coz Spannung unterschiedliche nicht in den USA verwenden). Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich, aber nicht hilfreich. Die Waschmaschine funktionierte nicht nachdem ich bezahlt und in die Kleidung und Reinigungsmittel gelegt hatte, dann rief ich an, dann sagten sie mir, die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht. Ich fragte sie, warum sie keine Anzeige gemacht haben, der Front Desk sagte, er hat gerade herausgefunden, wenn ich anrufe. Zu Beginn bat er mich, bis nächsten Morgen zu warten, dann können sie die Waschmaschine Firma anrufen, um mir eine Erstattung zu versuchen. Jedenfalls sind sie nicht sicher, ob ich eine Erstattung bekomme oder nicht!!! Am Ende, nach hinten gehen, die Front Desk bereit, mich in bar zurückzuzahlen und geben einige Reinigungsmittel, um in einen anderen Stock für die Waschmaschine gehen. Ich komme um 11 Uhr am Abend mit dem Auto in Seattle. Ich habe für den Parkplatz täglich gezahlt. Da ich nur wenige Stunden nach dem Abschied aus Seattle verlasse, sagten sie mir, dass ich den Wagen nicht in der Garage verlassen konnte, bis spät nachmittag, weil sie den Raum brauchen. Ich sagte, ich habe für eine „Tagesgebühr“ gezahlt, so dass ich im Prinzip den Wagen bis spät am Nachmittag parken könnte, aber sie sagten mir nicht, es ist meine Entscheidung, spät zu prüfen und sie können nichts tun, um meinen Parkplatz bis spät am Nachmittag zu verlängern. Ich fragte sie, ob die Verordnung dies ist, sollten sie dies in der Beschreibung klar niederlegen und die Gäste im Voraus informieren, insbesondere diejenigen internationalen Gäste, die eine andere Auslegung über die „Tagesgebühr“ haben könnten. Am Ende erlaubt sie mir, bis 14.00 Uhr zu parken, was für mich zu früh ist, und ich muss meinen Plan in Seattle ändern, weil die Parkfrage völlig zu spät ist. Abschließend ist die allgemeine Haltung, dass sie bedauern, wenn der Gast irgendwelche Probleme hat, aber sie können nicht viel helfen!!!!!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, offering assistance whenever needed and making me feel truly welcomed. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also excellent, with everything thoughtfully provided and well organized. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a great stay. We were able to check in early for a $25 fee. Which was great. Disappointed that it costs $50 to use the pool during this time. That’s just my opinion, it is stated on the website. So we weren’t surprised. But just a huge charge for a pool. Our room did have a lot of river gnat, as the front desk called it and lady bugs. They sprayed our room but it didn’t help. Great views. Easy walk to multiple locations. Front desk was amazing.

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
