Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Wir konnten frühzeitig für eine $25 Gebühr prüfen. Was war toll. Enttäuscht, dass es $50 kosten, den Pool während dieser Zeit zu nutzen. Das ist nur meine Meinung, es wird auf der Website angegeben. So waren wir nicht überrascht. Aber nur eine enorme Gebühr für einen Pool. Unser Zimmer hatte eine Menge Fluss-Gnat, als das Front Desk nannte es und Lady Bugs. Sie sprühten unser Zimmer, aber es half nicht. Große Ansichten. Einfache Spaziergang zu mehreren Standorten. Front Desk war erstaunlich.

Bei einer Geschäftsreise kostet die Taxifahrt vom Flughafen etwa 7 US-Dollar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Flughafenbus und spart Geld und das Frühstück ist köstlich. Das Zimmer ist auch geräumig und hell, bei einem Aufenthalt im Hotel ist keine Anzahlung erforderlich, yyds, empfehlenswert.

Liebe dieses Hotel. Es ist keine Fritte, aber sie akzeptieren Hunde, haben ein großes Personal, es ist sauber und ist in einem großen Teil der Stadt. Es gibt keine Tonne Parkplatz, aber sie haben einige Stätten in ihrem Bereich.

Der Service ist enthusiastisch, die Umgebung ist gut, die chinesische Regel ist gut, es ist auch gut, das Parken ist auch bequem, aber es kann Geld sammeln, der Raum ist auch möglich, wenn es billig ist, viele Wanderer in der Nähe, nicht abends rauskommen.

Das Aussehen des Hotels ist sehr modern. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr antiken. Die Haltung des großen Bruders auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Die Angebote der Art des Frühstücks sind in drei Tagen nicht vollständig. Das gesamte Angebot ist immer noch sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird es weitergehen.

Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, das Hotel ist sauber, der Preis ist hoch, es gibt chinesische Restaurants, thailändische Restaurants in der Umgebung, die Fahrt in die deutsche Stadt ist auch sehr praktisch, es wird empfohlen. Das Frühstück war auch gut und der Service an der Rezeption war gut.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Das Personal, das den Vordertisch bemannt, erschien sofort, als jemand näherte. Das Frühstücksmahl war gut und reichhaltig. Wir mögen beide den Sauce und Käse sandwich besonders. Die Einrichtungen waren sehr sauber und alles war in guter Reparatur. Alles Personal war angeboren.

GGastnutzerDiscovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

SStephen_SDie Lage ist für Südtacoma bequem. Öffentliche Bereiche und Zimmer sauber. Nicht, dass es sich in einem gewerblichen Stadtgebiet mit Diebstahl befindet, sah ich ein Vanfenster gebrochen und Werkzeuge gestohlen wurden. Wenn Sie irgendwo bleiben, Parken Sie weg vom Schrank in gut beleuchteten Bereich und lassen Sie keine wertvollen in Ihren Fahrzeugen. ***** und Diebstahl sind Probleme in vielen Staaten, so müssen Sie sich schützen.

Das Zimmer ist groß mit Küche, elektrische Hob, Becher, Kehle, Platte, Ofen, Liege, Messer, Schneidbrett, Pfeffer, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Viel Hänge für Kleidung, Iron Board und Iron, Waschkleidung ist USD 3 pro Wasch für 30Min und Trockner USD 3 pro Trockner für 60 Min. Kann beantragen, um Waschkleidung auf trockene Kleidung in den Korb, bekommen Sie es von der Rezeption. Jeden Tag hat er Frühstück, gute Variante, Obstsaft, Milch, Kaffee, Schokolademilch, normale Milch, Yoghurt, nehmen Sie schön verpackt Burger Jimmy Dean Burger), Pancake, hat braun, geschrotet Ei, hart gekochte Ei, Fleischpatte, schwarze Bean, Gemüse (Mais, Karotten, grüne Bohnen, langer Bohnen), Garnish und Miso-Soße, quaker Oat mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Haben kostenlose Soßen wie Tomatensaft, Grillsaft, Erdbeerenbutter, Karpfensirup, Nutella, Trauben und Rahmsaft. Zu den verfügbaren Saften gehören Äpfel, Kranberry, Orangensaft. Es gibt kostenlos einfaches Brot für Sie, um Ihr Brot in einem Toaster zu toasten. Parken ist kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Körperwasch, Haarschampo und Haarkonditionierer. Sie werden den Boden mat, großes Badhandtuch, Haarhandtuch, Badehandtuch geben. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry.
I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon.
I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’.
At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue.
In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

I’ve stayed here more than once due to the location, how quiet it is overall, and the upkeep of the rooms. The gym could use some love, but let’s face it. we aren’t really at a hotel for the gym but it does the job!

GGastnutzerThe staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit.
Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall.
The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

AAnonymer BenutzerThere were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention.
When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air.
This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events:
I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm.
I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button.
I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation.
I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night.
The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima.
I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
