Checked in on 22 Feb 8pm, the black lady on the front desk was telling her colleague who served us that my booking name is not the same as my ID and if she is willing to accept that is her risk.. I found that her comment should not make in front of us as we are ultimately the customer who pay for her job.. She should not be in this job if she continue to has this kind of attitude in this industry. However the other lady (I forgot the name tho) understood that I am using my credit card name to make the booking as my CC name is different from my ID and she helped to call the manager to clarify the matter , we would like to specially thank her for the patient and effect to help resolve customer issues

Das Aussehen des Hotels ist sehr modern. Die Innenausstattung ist sehr antiken. Die Haltung des großen Bruders auf der Rezeption ist sehr gut. Die Angebote der Art des Frühstücks sind in drei Tagen nicht vollständig. Das gesamte Angebot ist immer noch sehr gut. Das nächste Mal wird es weitergehen.

Das Hotel ist gut in der Annehmlichkeit und im Service im Allgemeinen. Das Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, ist Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, aber ich habe das Zimmer (327) ohne sie.

Liebe dieses Hotel. Es ist keine Fritte, aber sie akzeptieren Hunde, haben ein großes Personal, es ist sauber und ist in einem großen Teil der Stadt. Es gibt keine Tonne Parkplatz, aber sie haben einige Stätten in ihrem Bereich.

Dog friendly, parking is in a secure and video monitored lot. It’s across the street from a Dick’s Hamburgers. Great security, all doors are locked 24/7.

Wrote a review directly to the hotel so will keep this shorter. Check in clerk was amazing.. but Husband stuck in elevator for 20 minutes no one helped until I climbed down from the 5th floor to the lobby with my baby and my pregnant stomach. Responded to pretty rudely by other person at front desk Beautiful hotel and location is amazing Room was a little on the dirtier on the other side Small fruit flies flying in the sink , pillows were dirty some lights didn't work Didn't really care about those things until was told hotel denied this elevator incident happening. Conflicted if I would ever stay here again. Contacted trip.com and even though it is not their fault they still provided comfort and support but the hotel denied this even happened ??? So leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Expected something different from a nicer hotel like this

Da ich zum Boeing-Werk wollte, habe ich hier ein Hotel gebucht, und die Stadt Boeing ist fast eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Das Hotel ist klein, es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, daneben gibt es einen kleinen Park, Kinder können spielen. Es gibt ein japanisches Teppanyaki-Restaurant, wenn der Hotelbenutzer einen Rabattgutschein erhält, erhalten Sie 10% Rabatt. Die Hotellobby ist bezugsfertig. Das Hotel ist insgesamt relativ einfach, mit einem sehr kleinen Fitnessraum. im ersten Stock. Das Bett ist das gleiche wie die anderen nordamerikanischen Betten.

Hotel is located right downtown - right across from the Seattle Public Library, and about only 15 minute walk to Pike Place. The building is definitely on the older side/a bit dated inside - but with that being said everything seemed clean and there was no smell of mold or smoke. The staff that we interacted with were fairly friendly - if you are tech able, they do request that you check-in and check-out on the kiosks that they have (honest fairly easy system). We received 2 bottles of water in the room, which we found to be a nice touch. Our room did have a bit of a cleanliness issue (like other reviews have stated) in terms that we found hair behind the bathroom door, and the comforter-between-sheet did have some fairly long strands of hair (*************************) that either were from improper cleaning or could have been from static when cleaning (giving the benefit of the doubt). Our shower head was semi-broken and sprayed water on the ceiling (which they offered to have maintenance fix, but we were only there for one more night so didn't bother) and our bathroom door did not close (forgot to mention to staff). Overall for the price it is good, but do not go in with expectation of full-service hotel - as they do state that it would be an additional charge for housecleaning (except if you are staying for more than 7 days, then I believe then you get a complementary service). But with that being said, if you require garbage disposal, any hotel sundries, or additional towels then you can request them.

Insgesamt, die Hotels wirklich nett Ich liebe das Frühstück war lecker Der Flughafen Schatten war wirklich reibungslos.  Der Service war großartig. Wir genossen wirklich den Aufenthalt.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. One of the best things was the convenient parking – for just around $55, you get all-day access with in-and-out privileges, which made it super easy to explore the area without worrying about parking. They also gave us a complimentary recyclable water bottle and a couple of drink vouchers that could be redeemed for anything, which was a nice touch and made our stay feel even more special. The mattress was really comfy, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place. Great service, thoughtful amenities, and a really comfortable stay.
