Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Die Lage ist für Südtacoma bequem. Öffentliche Bereiche und Zimmer sauber. Nicht, dass es sich in einem gewerblichen Stadtgebiet mit Diebstahl befindet, sah ich ein Vanfenster gebrochen und Werkzeuge gestohlen wurden. Wenn Sie irgendwo bleiben, Parken Sie weg vom Schrank in gut beleuchteten Bereich und lassen Sie keine wertvollen in Ihren Fahrzeugen. ***** und Diebstahl sind Probleme in vielen Staaten, so müssen Sie sich schützen.

Everything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.

Berkeley 本地我認為最好的酒店，所有的房間都是套房，酒店很新，環境氛圍很好，大堂的壁爐尤其讓我一個很怕冷的人感覺非常的舒適。早餐應該算是美國酒店中間很豐盛的了，尤其是水果的種類很多，奶製品的種類很多，酸奶、豆奶等等。

Der Empfangsmann war genügend freundlich, um mich zu überprüfen, obwohl ich um 12 Uhr erreichte! Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber. Es hat auch eine Münzwaschmaschine, die ein großer Plus ist. Das Café neben dem Hotel hat schöne und erschwingliches Essen. Die Soundproofing kann jedoch verbessert werden, da ich Leute höre, die durch mein Zimmer gehen.

Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet und der Service an der Rezeption gut. Das Hotelambiente war jedoch durchschnittlich und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Lobby aus muss man eine Treppe hinaufgehen, um mit dem Aufzug in die oberen Stockwerke zu gelangen. Das ist unpraktisch für Gäste mit viel Gepäck.

Schreibe eine Bewertung direkt an das Hotel, so dass diese kürzer bleibt. Die Kontrolle des Gewerkschaftsdienstes war erstaunlich.. aber Der Mann war 20 Minuten lang im Aufzug gehalten, bis ich vom 5. Stock in die Lobby mit meinem Baby und meinem schwangeren Magen klettern konnte. Er antwortete von einer anderen Person am Vordertisch sehr freundlich. Schönes Hotel und Lage ist erstaunlich Das Zimmer war ein bisschen auf dem Schmutz auf der anderen Seite Kleine Flügel fliegen im Tauch, Pilze waren schmutzig einige Lichter funktionierten nicht Es war nicht wirklich um diese Dinge kümmert, bis das Hotel gesagt wurde, dass dieser Aufzugsvorfall passiert. Konflikt, wenn ich hier noch einmal bleiben würde. Kontakt trip.com und obwohl es nicht ihre Schuld sie immer noch Komfort und Unterstützung, aber das Hotel leugnet das sogar geschah ??? So hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Geschmack in meinem Mund. Erwartete etwas anderes als ein schöneres Hotel wie dieses

The staff is great. Super friendly and accommodating. Checking was a breeze on Thursday afternoon. The hotel itself has a very nice small front lobby/breakfast area. This is the only area that appears to be updated and kept super clean. We had stayed here years ago and I think things have slowly degraded since our last visit. Our first night we stayed in a standard queen room. The main hallways and rooms are really starting to show their age. They are superficially clean but when you look a little closer the stains and blems start to show. Bed was incredibly hard almost like sleeping on a box spring. After a bad night trying to sleep in this room we asked for another room and upgraded to a king suite. The suite rooms are much larger in size with a separate bedroom and pullout couch. Same issues though, the couch had stains that we could not even begin to identify and probably would have lit up as a rainbow under some black light. Had to throw a sheet over the couch just to be able to sit on it. The cabinets holding the microwave seemed to be bending under the strain and we didn't dare touch them as it looked like they were going to fall right off the wall. The location is a little tricky the first time you try and locate the place, its tucked back off of a side road by the freeway. Overall this is a mid range hotel with decent pricing. Would love to see some updates done before we go back to it.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
