Discovered this spot on a website about hot springs in the state of OR while trying to figure out where to spend NYE by myself as a single woman in need of some R&R. Booked through a third party site to get a tiny discount, but a tad nervous about what it might be like because the pictures didn't quite do it justice. Showed up with low expectations and had my mind blown! Room and bed were ultra comfy! I got a room with a private balcony and personal hot tub on it — so amazing! No chlorine in the personal hot tub and all fresh mineral water. At night, while sitting in one corner of it, I could barely even tell that I got one of the cheaper room options of this kind that faced the parking lot ;) During the day... obviously I could see the dang parking lot, but whatever, next time I'll pay more for a forest facing room. The communal hot springs and mineral pool + sauna & cold plunge were AMAZING. I went after 8pm (adult hours 8-10pm) to avoid children. One couple unfortunately thought it was appropriate to blatantly ignore the huge sign at the door and allow their 8 or 9 year old son into the outdoor hot spring, but I just ignored them because ain't nobody got time to police other people's poor choices on a holiday that I was trying to relax. I had at least 20 mins of the big mineral pool all to myself so I swam & even got the sauna to myself at one point for about 15 mins! Cheeseburger and cocktails at the bar were AMAZING. The bartender was so kind. Burger exceeded my expectations — I'll go back for a proper meal after 5pm next time (I got there too early, starving, so missed fancy dinner). Free bites and a champagne taste in the lounge with live music for the holiday was a TREAT. And especially loved the free sparkling apple juice in my room to ring in the new year solo. Hiked on the property after dinner — GORGEOUS. I'll be back for spa treatments next time too! Booked too last minute and couldn't get a massage in, sadly. Slept like a baby. My only complaint is the room was so bland — no art on the walls! And as mentioned, the photos on the website I booked the room through didn't do it justice either! Additionally, no one answered the phone when I called trying to book, which was frustrating, and they didn't even have a voicemail or anything set up to figure out calling back later. Nonetheless, if y'all need art — I've got a ton to hang & accept commissions! Would 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 to help promote this amazing place & be a bigger part of it in the future!!

Die Lage ist für Südtacoma bequem. Öffentliche Bereiche und Zimmer sauber. Nicht, dass es sich in einem gewerblichen Stadtgebiet mit Diebstahl befindet, sah ich ein Vanfenster gebrochen und Werkzeuge gestohlen wurden. Wenn Sie irgendwo bleiben, Parken Sie weg vom Schrank in gut beleuchteten Bereich und lassen Sie keine wertvollen in Ihren Fahrzeugen. ***** und Diebstahl sind Probleme in vielen Staaten, so müssen Sie sich schützen.

Everything was good. The service, the breakfast, and the pool were all good. Very comfortable overall. Only except that the WIFI signal was broken inside the bedroom. The network needs a serious upgrade.

Kein Aufzug, muss Gepäck auf den Treppen ins Zimmer (2 Schlafzimmer Penthouse), Ebene 1 ist King-Size-Bett mit Tisch und Stühle mit ensuite WC, oberste Etagen ist Queen-Size-Bett mit ensuite WC. Das Zimmer ist groß mit Küche, elektrische Hob, Becher, Kehle, Platte, Ofen, Liege, Messer, Schneidbrett, Pfeffer, Salz, Geschirrspülmittel, Viel Hänge für Kleidung, Iron Board und Iron, Waschkleidung ist USD 3 pro Wasch für 30Min und Trockner USD 3 pro Trockner für 60 Min. Kann beantragen, um Waschkleidung auf trockene Kleidung in den Korb, bekommen Sie es von der Rezeption. Jeden Tag hat er Frühstück, gute Variante, Obstsaft, Milch, Kaffee, Schokolademilch, normale Milch, Yoghurt, nehmen Sie schön verpackt Burger Jimmy Dean Burger), Pancake, hat braun, geschrotet Ei, hart gekochte Ei, Fleischpatte, schwarze Bean, Gemüse (Mais, Karotten, grüne Bohnen, langer Bohnen), Garnish und Miso-Soße, quaker Oat mit verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen. Haben kostenlose Soßen wie Tomatensaft, Grillsaft, Erdbeerenbutter, Karpfensirup, Nutella, Trauben und Rahmsaft. Zu den verfügbaren Saften gehören Äpfel, Kranberry, Orangensaft. Es gibt kostenlos einfaches Brot für Sie, um Ihr Brot in einem Toaster zu toasten. Parken ist kostenlos. Badezimmer mit Körperwasch, Haarschampo und Haarkonditionierer. Sie werden den Boden mat, großes Badhandtuch, Haarhandtuch, Badehandtuch geben. Es gibt Haartrockner (bringen Sie nicht ur eigene Haartrockner wie Dyson supersonic, wenn unsere sind Singapur drei Pin Plug Coz Spannung unterschiedliche nicht in den USA verwenden). The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Das Zimmer war komplett ausgestattet und der Service an der Rezeption gut. Das Hotelambiente war jedoch durchschnittlich und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Lobby aus muss man eine Treppe hinaufgehen, um mit dem Aufzug in die oberen Stockwerke zu gelangen. Das ist unpraktisch für Gäste mit viel Gepäck.

Schreibe eine Bewertung direkt an das Hotel, so dass diese kürzer bleibt. Die Kontrolle des Gewerkschaftsdienstes war erstaunlich.. aber Der Mann war 20 Minuten lang im Aufzug gehalten, bis ich vom 5. Stock in die Lobby mit meinem Baby und meinem schwangeren Magen klettern konnte. Er antwortete von einer anderen Person am Vordertisch sehr freundlich. Schönes Hotel und Lage ist erstaunlich Das Zimmer war ein bisschen auf dem Schmutz auf der anderen Seite Kleine Flügel fliegen im Tauch, Pilze waren schmutzig einige Lichter funktionierten nicht Es war nicht wirklich um diese Dinge kümmert, bis das Hotel gesagt wurde, dass dieser Aufzugsvorfall passiert. Konflikt, wenn ich hier noch einmal bleiben würde. Kontakt trip.com und obwohl es nicht ihre Schuld sie immer noch Komfort und Unterstützung, aber das Hotel leugnet das sogar geschah ??? So hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Geschmack in meinem Mund. Erwartete etwas anderes als ein schöneres Hotel wie dieses

Hit and miss, for room cleanliness. 3x staying 2nd time was a quick stay and room needed a good cleaning iin common area, bedroom and bathroom were satisfactory. This stay bathroom needed attention with mold along to edge of shower and mold growth on the floor at corners of the tub. All in all good value for price.

There were other cheaper hotels I could have chosen but this one had free breakfast on Christmas morning so that was what got my attention. When I arrived at my room, it was very cold. The fan was set for AC. And on Christmas Eve, we didn't need cold air. This was the first domino that made a series of unfortunate events: I tried to set the fan to heat but it looks like it is set only for AC or fan (blowing cold air). We were just too tired to call the front desk to request a different room. My girlfriend then took a shower with super hot water. She didn't turn on the fan in the bathroom or close the door as she wanted our room to heat up. The vapor got soooooo thick in the room that it set off the fire alarm. I jumped on the bed looking for the reset button but I cut my finger in the process. There was no silence or reset button. I called the office right away when the alarm turned off and explained the situation. I feel sorry for the few guests that stayed that night. The hotel is in excellent condition, one of the best maintained in Yakima. I just wanted to add that we people do goofy things and what we did was goofy. I know we would not have set the alarm off if the air fan could be arranged from AC to hot air given that it is December and we don't need AC in the room, just a thought.
