The room we received was not the room that was featured in the pictures. The ventilation in the room was little to none and the temperature in the room never got below 75 degrees regardless of setting the thermostat lower for multiple days, otherwise a fairly enjoyable stay.

The Hotel itself is nice. But there was toilet paper and uren still in the toilet. When I first got there it smelled like chemicals. The bed was comfortable. But the staff is horrible!!! Very judgemental and rude.

Hotel room was nice, clean, and quiet. Comfortable. Refrigerator and micro nice! Dining and bar need qualified service. Very poor.... Actually, inexperienced. We will come again, just may skip the bar?

Good quality, clean hotel. I had mistakes on my bill which hotel staff wasn’t willing to deal with; passing me on to other employees and blaming me for being confused even thought the charges are clearly mistakes. I will stay elsewhere simply to avoid mistakes on my bill and the unwillingness to correct billing mistakes.

The property was very clean, and we had a nice welcome; however, during our four-day stay, the room was not cleaned even once; the first-morning house keeping came very early, and we arrived late at night, so we declined; after that, there was one time in which new towels were placed, and the trash can was picked up, but no cleaning, no making the beds.
The restaurant's food was mediocre and with very little variety.
In their defense, we stayed around the Christmas holiday, and they seemed to be working with reduced staff.
I would not be staying at this hotel again.
