Gute Lage: nahe der Ecke der alten Stadt, leicht für Touren zu holen (keine Autos in der alten Stadt erlaubt) und die alte Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele Restaurants Option in der Nähe. Sehr schönes und hilfsbereites Personal, gute Restaurants Empfehlungen von ihm! Die Ausstattung ist grundlegend, aber schlecht empfehlen es dann Preis

Отель снимали на сутки. Номер небольшой, но все имеется. Завтрак включен, шведский стол. Персонал доброжелательный, любят животных. Уютный отель. Есть бассейн, но он расположен в закрытой зоне от солнца.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Ideal, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Kaleici zu erkunden. Ich möchte die russischsprachige Rezeptionistin loben. Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe und Tipps. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber für ein paar Tage ausreichend. Die Dusche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Internet funktioniert gut und der Fernseher empfängt russische Sender. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank und einen Safe. Das Gelände ist sehr schön, und die Hauptattraktion des Hotels sind natürlich die Papageien. Der bunte Papagei ist sehr aktiv und zutraulich und liebt es zu plaudern. Auch der große graue Papagei ist gesprächig. Sie imitieren gerne das Klingeln eines Telefons. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel dieser Größe ordentlich; man wird nicht hungern, aber erwarten Sie nichts Besonderes. Ich empfehle, früh anzureisen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles Notwendige vorhanden ist. Ich habe jedoch keine Warteschlangen oder Menschenmassen gesehen. Der größte Vorteil ist natürlich die Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und das Meer sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man kann zu einem gebührenpflichtigen Strand laufen oder nach Konyaalti fahren. In der Nähe gibt es unzählige Souvenirläden und Cafés. Auch zum Shoppen ist es ein toller Ort. Wir sind aber tiefer in die Stadt vorgedrungen, um die lokale Küche zu probieren. Das Hotel eignet sich gut für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt zu besichtigen. Es wäre wahrscheinlich etwas langweilig, den ganzen Urlaub nur dort zu verbringen.

Останавливались на день, море шикарное, бирюзовое прозрачное, номер небольшой но есть все в душевой. Завтраки нормальные , но на двоих один омлет всего.

Die Lage ist hervorragend: direkt an der Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 1 gelegen, erreicht man den Flughafen in nur einer halben Stunde. Auch das Hadrianstor und der römische Hafen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Service war ebenfalls gut, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; sie haben uns sogar mit dem Gepäck aufs Zimmer geholfen. Das Frühstück war lecker, besonders gefiel uns das Rührei mit Tomaten, das wir sehr mögen. Die Ausstattung ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und unser Zimmerfenster hatte auch ein kleines Problem. Da wir aber ein Zimmer zur Hofseite hatten, war es dennoch relativ ruhig. Bei längeren Aufenthalten musste man die Zimmerkarte leider täglich an der Rezeption neu aktivieren lassen. Alles in allem stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The location of this hotel is very central to my dental appointments in Lara. I know the area well so knew what to expect. The breakfast at 8pm is one of the best I have encountered when visiting Lara with ”free breakfast”. The only complaint is with the paper tiny disposable cups for tea or coffee... as Westerner I do like milk with my tea/coffee so although the cups appear adequate for Turkish tastes they become unusable. A China or larger cup would be fantastic option. The space for socialising and to eat breakfast is a small terrace at the front of the hotel is very limited. When I visited a new Irish bar was been built at the end of the ground floor corridor. Rather worryingly they were testing the sound system for that bar which was far too loud (even at 4pm) so I have serious reservations that this noise will completely drown out any peace and quiet when this bar is open. The room was large, spacious, clean and well lit The ensuite fantastic for all needs. All in all fantastic stay... would recommend and give 5 stars if the future noise from the bar will be a major concern especially if travellers are attending dental or other medical appointments

I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my recent stay at this hotel due to the unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment I experienced. From the beginning, the attitude of the staff, including the owner, felt cold, dismissive, and unwelcoming. On the morning of check-out, I left the hotel early to take my friend to the airport. When I returned, I found that my room had already been entered and cleaned at around 9 a.m., even though I had not checked out and the official check-out time was 12 p.m. Later, a staff member came to wake me and remind me that I needed to leave by 12, while also saying that they thought I had already gone. This is not an acceptable excuse. Entering a guest’s room and preparing it before check-out time, without confirmation, is inappropriate and disrespectful. I also had an unpleasant experience with breakfast. I had paid for two breakfasts, and when I explained that I wanted the second one because I was still hungry, the staff clearly seemed unhappy about it. I then asked for cutlery for the second breakfast, but it was never brought. This is not the guest’s responsibility. If breakfast service is offered, then it should be provided properly and without attitude. The overall behaviour of the staff made me feel judged and unwelcome throughout my stay. Even during check-out, when I returned the key card, their attitude remained unnecessarily rude and uncomfortable. It felt like they were selective about which customers they wanted and did not know how to treat paying guests with basic professionalism and respect. If the hotel believes its prices are too low for the service it provides, then it should change its pricing policy. What it should not do is accept payment and then treat guests as if they are a problem. I am submitting this complaint so that other customers do not have to face the same treatment. I hope Trip.com takes this matter seriously.

Fantastisches Erlebnis: Das Hotel ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, aber ideal für alle, die die Stadt erkunden möchten, da es sich im historischen Zentrum befindet (Taxis können direkt vor dem Eingang halten). Saubere Zimmer, Zimmerservice und täglicher Handtuchwechsel. Das türkische Frühstück ist reichhaltig, köstlich und sehr sättigend. Wir haben auch einmal dort zu Abend gegessen, und die Burger waren ausgezeichnet. Alles war fantastisch, inklusive des Personals.

Wir waren vom Hotel begeistert. Wir hatten das normale Deluxe-Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt gebucht. Das Zimmer gefiel uns so gut, dass wir bei unserer Rückkehr nach Antalya noch einmal eine King-Suite gebucht haben! Wunderschönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und tollem Service!
