This is a beautiful hotel literal steps away from the sites or Bratislava. We really enjoyed our stay here and felt very relaxed once in the hotel. The view from the street and lobby make it seem like there isn't much but once we got beyond the ground floor (in a diamond shaped elevator) we really appreciated the atrium. There were plenty of spots to sit including some large bench areas where you could enjoy the sunlight and brightly lit areas. The room was a good size with plenty of space and storage cabinets to keep our things. They had a coffee station, mini fridge and desk area. The room was comfy and quiet. The wifi was also very strong during our stay. We had a minor issue with the curtains because they got stuck and did not offer complete coverage. The bathroom was good and we appreciated the rainfall showerhead. They had an all in one shower gel so you may want to consider bringing your own products. There was a towel warming rack too which was a nice touch. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there were some nice healthy options. They had plenty of fruit, yogurt and some nice breads. We also appreciated the eggs, bacon and cheese. The breakfast spot is on the bottom floor and serves as an extension to the restaurant Koliba Kamzík Zelená which has a few locations in Bratislava. We had a very good lunch at the restaurant which included pierogies, cabbage soup and a garlic soup with cheese. The hot sea buckthorn drink was very good too. The lunch was probably our best meal in Bratislava and if you're a member of the hotel's Aplend club you can get discounts on several items. The location was good for us and we were a very short walk away from many restaurants, souvenir shops and cafes. The Town Hall Square is about 100 meters away from the entrance of the hotel and we found many of Bratislava's attractions a short walk away from the hotel including St. Michael's Tower, Cumil and the whole Old Town area. The bus and tram stops are a bit further of a walk but we found the bus station and tram station by the UFO Bridge to be pretty convenient during our stay.

Ein gutes Aparthotel im Herzen von Bratislava. Dies war unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind schön und geräumig, mit sauberen Badezimmern, Küchen und mehr. Bei unserem letzten Besuch erlebten wir jedoch einen mangelhaften Service. 1) Meine Kollegen und ich konnten unser Zimmer zwei Stunden später als erwartet beziehen. Der Grund: Das Hotelpersonal war sehr langsam bei der Zimmerreinigung. Wir mussten buchstäblich vor der Tür warten und konnten dies selbst miterleben. 2) Beim Auschecken weigerte man sich, mir eine Rechnung auszustellen, obwohl ich darum bat und erklärte, dass diese für die Buchhaltung benötigt werde. Der Service war also alles andere als zufriedenstellend.

Das Personal im Hotel hat sehr begrenzt Englisch ,Zusätzlich, die Zimmer sind gemischte-Geschlechts-Schlafzimmer, die nicht in der Online-Reservierung angegeben wurde, konnte ich nicht die ganze Nacht richtig Ruhe erhalten, weil ich Alkoholiker hören schnurren laut. Das Hotel verwendet ein Selbstkontrollsystem, und nach der Online-Buchung musste ich immer noch 3 Euro zahlen, um die Zimmerschlüsselkarte zu erhalten!

War nicht schlecht, aber 25€ pro Tag für einen 3kg Hund zu verlangen ist unverschämt. Habe in Hochwertigere Hotels bis jetzt nur 10- 15€ bezahlt pro Tag. Vielleicht sollte sich der Hotel Manager was überlegen für die Zukunft.

Das Hotel ist mehr als 700 m vom Bahnhof entfernt, aber es muss über die Straße und die Brücke gehen. Das Gepäck ist sehr heiß. Die Rezeption ist sehr warm. Das Hotel ist einzigartig und hat alle Merkmale. Das Zimmer ist groß genug. Es gibt nicht viele Frühstückswahlen, aber ich finde es gut. Die Toilette hat eine Hitze, das Zimmer ist nicht, es ist wohl so konzipiert.

Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das Frühstück war gut und in Buffetform. Das Bett hatte Vorhänge, was viel Privatsphäre bot – vergessen Sie nicht, ein Vorhängeschloss für Ihr Schließfach mitzubringen! Die Badezimmer/Toiletten sind privat und für eine Person nutzbar, was das Leben einfacher macht. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ich würde es ohne Weiteres weiterempfehlen. This hotel is on the south side of the river away from the main attractions, but an 80 or 88 bus from the town takes you to the end of the street. The rooms are very comfortable, but there is no fridge. Aside from the rooms, there are few amenities. There is a bar/restaurant, but it is no longer running and there are no shops nearby. Breakfast is not available, but there is an excellent bakery/ coffee shop on the main road near the bus stop. Reception is open from 2pm - midnight.

A staff will reach out to you the day before check in and provide you details. You will collect the apartment keys from the keybox at the apartment building. It was a little confusing to find the correct apartment building as there were 2 side by side. Apartment was small but cozy and sufficiently comfortable. My apartment was on the 2nd floor and you could hear some commotion from the streets but it was still manageable.

Das Hotel erinnert sich an Gemeindezeiten. Die Ausrüstung ist streng aufgehoben. Hot. Hartbetten. Toilette und Dusche klein und für 2 Zimmer geteilt. Aber für diese Gentlemen, wird ein Mann alles überleben
