The hotel is nice and the room was clean (except for the long black hair left all over floor in the bathroom). The breakfast is just a sandwich box, there is no coffee (just instant coffee). I would expect better. The staff is not accommodating and never seems to be in a good mood. I was also asked several times to pre-check online. After the third email reminder, I tried and the system didn’t let me complete it. But you can be sure that when I showed up at the reception that is the first thing they asked. Why don’t you have a QR code? Also, they charge you for lockers. I have never been in an hotel where luggage storage wasn’t complementary. The experience could be different if they improve a few things.

New beautiful hotel very close to the station (5 min walk) in a great location in the middle of restaurant and downtown area. The rooms are tiny so it’ll be just a place to sleep as you can hardly open a large suitcase, but the hotel has a nice lounge on the top floor. The room is super clean and has a fridge as well as a small electric kettle to make tea. This room had a full bathroom with a large bathtub but we preferred going to the big bathroom upstairs. When I stayed at a smaller room on another day, it only had a shower so it seems to differ by type of room. The breakfast set needs to be purchased separately but we thought it was worth it. The hot dish alternates between Western and Japanese style on a daily basis, and the buffet had all kinds of dishes including a very yummy Japanese style curry. Also, the lounge had a great terrace with an amazing view of the surrounding hills. In overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay to the extent we ended up extending our stay for a few days.

Perfekte Lage für einen morgendlichen Lauf rund um die Burg von Okayama. Das Hotel ist nur wenige Schritte von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Shirosita entfernt! Sehr empfehlenswert. P.S.: Wir können das Personal um ein kostenloses Bügeleisen bitten.

The design of the hotel is modern and very cool. We got a four bed Suite for the family. Very clean. Public baths. Definitely recommend

Best location with excellent restaurants and bars all around. lawson just is across the street. Hotel has a tax free pharmacy/combi store attached. elevator parking is round the corner. Size of room is good, there are 2 pillows for each guest. one is a regular pillow and the other is a buckwheat hard one.

Parking was a little confusing. The entrance is not very obvious. It is an open space parking which you need to pay at the machine with exact change at the point of writing (validate the parking ticket at the reception to enjoy discount). 850 yen per day. I guess driving is not encouraged because it is located at the JR station. Walking distance to the different shopping areas. Room is small but clean.

Es lag in der Nähe des malerischen Gebiets, unweit des Bahnhofs Kurashiki, und hatte einen eigenen Parkplatz und einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Frühstück und Abendessen waren inklusive, und ich hatte Glück, während des Obon-Festes zu einem so günstigen Preis übernachten zu können. Obwohl ich die Klimaanlage zum Schlafen ausgeschaltet hatte, war sie immer noch recht stark, und es war sehr staubig, sodass ich beim Schlafen eine Maske hätte tragen sollen. Trotzdem war ich dankbar für den niedrigen Preis. Der Blick vom Fenster im achten Stock auf die Stadt am Morgen war wunderschön.

Es ist wirklich gut, dieses Mal mein Favorit. Das Frühstück ist einfach und reichhaltig, die heiße Quelle ist sauber und komfortabel und es liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Takashimaya und des größten Kaufhauses. Ich werde das nächste Mal, wenn ich dorthin gehe, hier übernachten. Es gibt viel Essen in der Nähe und in Einkaufszentren.

We stayed there 2 nights and taking the advantage of travelling in town as well as some nearby scenic areas. It's very convenience as it is very near to the train station. The Room we stayed appeared too small with our selected double bed was a small one while the spaces within the room were very limited and not convenient for moving around. The breakfast is good with reasonable price.
