Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und roch stark nach Formaldehyd. Ich kam um 4:30 Uhr morgens an und checkte gegen 5:00 Uhr ein, musste aber bereits um 11:00 Uhr wieder auschecken. Ich zahlte 860 RMB für nur fünfeinhalb Stunden; der Service und die Ausstattung waren den Preis nicht wert.

Overall a beautiful property. The rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and the daily housekeeping service is very good. There was one gentleman who was really very nice and helped us figure out the bus to the airport. He even drove us to the bus stop to show us where it was. It was just a few minutes away but really nice of him. Some cons and things to take note of: 1. Most staff DO NOT speak English. They use google translate which is effective for the most part, but tough if you need to have a discussion. 2. The hotel page mentions airport drop of free. The hotel claims it’s not included and impossible to have a discussion so couldn’t do much. Not sure if this is a trip.com issue or a hotel issue. 3. Breakfast really is very good. But it’s a fixed Turkish breakfast so if you have dietaries this may be tough. The staff would casually ask “tea,coffee, juice?” as though it was all included and then when we were checking out we get a bill of £40 for a few coffees. Seems only the tea was included. When we told them no one informed us if it was chargeable, all they did was offer us 2 coffees in the morning to compensate. Really not okay. 4. LOUD MUSIC. There is music playing loudly till 1am. The first 2 nights it was a bit quieter and shut off by 12. But the last night it went on till 1am. When we complained around 12 they said oh this is normal but now since some guests have complained we’ll reduce the volume. Really didn’t make much of a difference. Last night there, completely spoilt the lovely few days we had there.

Aber Sie brauchen nicht Angst, in dem Hotel beunruhigt zu sein, die Lautmusik hat nicht zumindest unserem Zimmer erreicht. Wir haben uns wirklich gern nach dem Abendessen in der Stadtzentrum zu gehen, so dass jede Nacht während unseres Aufenthalts. Genießen Sie die lebendige Stadt, dann wieder zum Hotel zu kühlen. Reinigung: Das Zimmer ist wirklich sauber und das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Dienste: Wir haben Frühstück inbegriffen, die Buffet-Option ist im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die wir hatten, relativ begrenzt. Aber es hat frisch gekochte türkische Rindbacon mit türkischem Friedbread (Pisi) serviert auf Ihrem Tisch mit einer Liste von anderen Dingen, Gemüse, Käse, Butter, Schalen, Oliven usw.. Starten Sie einen schönen Tag mit frisch gemacht traditionelle türkisches Frühstück, es war großartig. Einrichtungen: Der Pool ist nicht wirklich groß, sondern gut für Entspannung. Neben dem Pool gibt es Bänke und einen Limebaum. Sie können wählen, unter der Sonne oder unter dem Schatten zu bleiben. Wir lieben das Hotelgebäude selbst, es sieht großartig aus, wirklich schönes Gebäude und die Dekoration im Hotel sieht auch wunderschön aus.

I had such a lovely stay at this boutique hotel — it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The staff, who are part of the family that runs the hotel, were so friendly and kind. Their warmth really added a personal touch to the whole experience. I was immediately struck by how beautifully the space was designed. The decor was modern but with a tasteful Turkish influence that made it feel both elegant and authentic. My room was cool and comfortable thanks to great air conditioning, and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in during my travels. One of my favourite parts of each day was sitting by the pool and watching the sunset — the view was just stunning and made the whole place feel so peaceful and special. It’s an intimate space, never crowded, and perfect for relaxing. The location was also really convenient. I found it easy to visit Ephesus and the Temple of Artemis, and the staff were full of helpful suggestions for places to eat, local sights, and travel tips. Overall, I had an excellent experience. I felt truly looked after, and the hotel itself was beautiful and restful. I’d absolutely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, peaceful stay with a personal touch!

Positive Points: 1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı. 2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel. 3. Free breakfast is provided. 4. The hotel is clean. 5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing. Negative Points: 1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited. 2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests. 3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons. 4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool. 5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked. 6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests. all in all I will choose it again.

We had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

Nachdem das Erstgebuchte Hotel nicht auffindbar war habe ich kurzfristig das Hotel gebucht und hier war soweit alles Perfekt bis auf die Dame am Check in die uns von oben herab behandelt hat.

Die Lage ist gut, in der Nähe des Industrieparks. Der Service an der Rezeption ist herzlich, das Frühstück reichhaltig und die Öffnungszeiten zum Abendessen lang. Das Abendessen ist sehr kostengünstig. Wenn Sie geschäftlich unterwegs sind, können Sie dieses Hotel als Ihre erste Wahl wählen.

Gutes Hotel, ideal für Geschäftsreisende!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit exzellentem Service und zuvorkommendem Personal. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage, wo ein Hotelangestellter Ihr Auto für Sie parkt. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und ansprechend angerichtet. Angesichts des hohen Servicestandards und der kürzlich erfolgten Renovierung ist es etwas überraschend, warum dieses Hotel so günstig ist. Vielleicht liegt es an der Gegend. Die Umgebung ist nicht besonders reizvoll, mit vielen Märkten und einem Bahnhof. Die Uferpromenade und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind jedoch bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann dieses Hotel empfehlen; wir waren sehr zufrieden.
