Das Hotel ist sehr gut und befindet sich im Bereich der Twin Towers. Die Meerblicke sind ausgezeichnet und hat alle Einrichtungen. Mein Zimmer hatte ein eigenes Badezimmer, ein komfortables Bett und gemütliche Kürbis in der Nähe des Fensters, um die Meerblicke zu genießen. Es gibt auch einen Projektor für die Filmaufnahme.
Der ursprüngliche Service war gut, obwohl später es leichte Verzögerungen bei der Antwort gab. Eincheckung erfordert einen Gesichtsscan, während der Auscheck einfach ist Sie müssen einfach eine Nachricht an Ihren Butler senden. Es ist besser, früher zu buchen, um einen guten Deal zu erhalten.

Very pleasant stay. The rooms are like in the pictures and it was the cleanest hotel I have been to in China! Very close to the airport and many restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Despite all the rooms are for smokers, there is no strong smoke smell, just a very subtle hint (which is better than all the other hotel I visited in China, including non-smoker rooms).

Der Ort ist so schön, ging in und war sofort zufrieden. Die Lage ist auch großartig, sehr nahe am Flughafen. So groß für die Layouts, hail Ihre Cabs online, weil die Fahrer am Flughafen versuchten, mich zu betrügen sagen, es war 50-100 yuan und sehr weit entfernt, aber es dauerte nur 8 Minuten, um hierher zu kommen vom Flughafen und mit der App, die ich verwenden, kostete es mir nur 11 yuan.
Sehr geräumig, sauber und super komfortable. Der Projektor im Zimmer auch und hinzugefügt plus.

Ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, zentraler York-Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine. Nach einem langen Tag können Sie bei Ihrer Rückkehr Kleidung waschen. Der Duschkopf ist superstark. Die Ich habe überall den gleichen Smith-Warmwasserbereiter wie meinen. Es sind alles bekannte Marken. Wenn Sie morgens aufwachen, können Sie das Meer und das Kreuzfahrtschiff sehen.
Das Beste ist der Service. Ich checkte aus dem Hotel aus und nahm ein Taxi zum Nordbahnhof Xiamen. Mein Kind war verspielt und ließ meinen Koffer an der Tür von KFC stehen. Als ich am Bahnhof ankam, stellte ich fest, dass er fehlte. Ich bat das Hotel um Hilfe bei der Suche und schickte es mir nach Hause. Als ich den Koffer suchte, war er noch nass. Yu, ich muss sagen, der Service ist benutzerfreundlicher als ein normales Hotel!
Ganz zu schweigen von der Lage, es handelt sich um eine wohlhabende Gegend auf der Insel mit einem Strand und einem Einkaufszentrum im Erdgeschoss. Shapowei, die Xiamen-Universität und das Huli Mountain Fort sind sehr bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Das Hotel liegt am Rande der Altstadt, sehr nahe der Altstadt. Es dauert zwei oder drei Minuten, um zur antiken Stadt zu gehen, und es gibt viele Restaurants, die alle authentische Minnan-Merkmale sind.Es gibt auch eine Parkplätze neben dem Hotel, das sehr bequem für den Parkplatz ist.

來龍巖辦事，在萬寶廣場大約步行15分鐘，晚上後就溜過來了，是全新開的酒店，但是一點味道都沒有，而且是非常乾淨清新的配色讓人很舒服，酒店的前台服務人員也特別的好，微笑特別甜，看我們帶的小朋友，有空餘房間還幫我們升級了房間，而且沒有噪音，入住的枕頭和床品都非常舒服，睡的很踏實，房間非常乾淨，亮堂，早餐也不錯，吃了龍巖清湯粉，退房還給了小禮物，好貼心，服務不比全季差，下次來龍巖還選這裏！性價比太高了！！！

Die Rezeption hat nicht nur die Initiative zur Beförderung von Gepäck, sondern auch die umliegenden Lebensmittel und Verkehr vorgestellt. Am Abend kam ich ins Zimmer und gab es auch mehr Wasser. Das Gefühl, dass man sich erinnern muss! Es lohnt sich, es zu empfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt in einer Gasse, nicht weit von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Es ist recht bequem zu reisen. Der Food Court befindet sich direkt dahinter. Der Teppich im Hotelflur ist etwas alt und die Zimmer sind mittelmäßig. Die Bilder auf der offiziellen Seite Die Website ist möglicherweise zu schön. Der Warmwasserbereiter kann nur 10 Minuten lang waschen, das ist wie ein Kampfbad, der Laden sollte dies verbessern und anpassen. Vielleicht habe ich am Neujahrstag eingecheckt und hatte das Gefühl, dass das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis nicht stimmte hoch.

GGuest UserReally grateful for the free airport pickup. Added their number to my wechat and called them using wechat. Was given directions where to be picked up and asked to send a picture of how I look like. waited at the pickup point and even message them at exactly which location I'm at. Received a call later to ask where am I and also messaged me the car plate number. As the pickup point only allow 8mins of wait time, the driver was pretty pissed when I arrived. I mean, couldn't you have sent a picture of the car and the car plate number earlier?
Driver was smoking all the way while driving and I'm unfortunately seated behind him, breathing in all his smelly smoke. He opened his window but that didn't help, the wind has kept blowing the smoke into my face. Luckily it was a short drive. I feel that the hotel should educate their drivers not to smoke while driving. This is so selfish.
I got upgraded to a bigger room because they wanted me to give a good review. My room has a big window with the street view.
Room was clean and nice. Slippers given.
Toilet was badly designed. the shower head faces the toilet bowl and the sewage system is not good. After showering, the toilet flooded. I only realised the next morning that there are some buttons that you can switch on for ventilation in the toilet. The toilet was still flooded in the morning but I think if I have known about the buttons earlier, it would have been dried in the morning. The buttons are in chinese characters. Ask for help to decipher them.
The room has a projector but nothing was watchable. You need to have accounts to sign on to their various content provider.
The hotel is near a small street market with awesome and cheap food. There was also some supermarkets opened late into the night.
Cannot expect much from sound proofing as dead into the night, you can still hear food delivery rider delivering their food to occupants.
The driver in the morning did not smoke but when I told him that nobody asked me which terminal I'm going to, he insisted that it is impossible for them not to ask. I also cannot be bothered to argue. Why would I sabotage my own departure plans? Suggest that before the driver drives off, stressed which terminal you are going to. Terminal 3 for International flights, Terminal 4 for domestic flights. And they are not close to one another apparently.
Otherwise, the bed was quite comfy. The socket above the bedside table is almost falling off the wall.

Sobald ich aus dem Bahnhof kam, habe ich den Laden kontaktiert und WeChat hinzugefügt. Ich habe Ihnen sehr detaillierte Check-in-Anweisungen gegeben und Sie können direkt ins Zimmer gehen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber und alles ist bestens vorbereitet. Ich mag den Stil und das Design und es lohnt sich wirklich, zu diesem Preis in einer solchen Umgebung zu leben!

FFoodTravelLife88This is an apartment located a 6 min drive to the port to kinmen. The area itself is enclosed in like a yacht club boating area. Depending on the season many things maybe closed but it's good if you want to walk along the pier enjoy nature, have a ferry or plane to catch.
I am going to review this as an Airbnb style apartment. Since it is an actual apartment your renting. They were a little confused at check in giving us two rooms and having us find our visa in our passport for them to take the photos. The apartment overall is very good for a short stay with a nice view, great TV and quite a lot of space. My husband's phone was able to connect to the internet and it was very good my phone however wouldn't connect. Typical problem with non Chinese phones. Bathroom is also very updated and nice. The bed was also very nice.
So as this is an apartment somethings could be improved for longer stays.
1) while there is a huge fridge they don't provide you a second key so the fridge will actually stay on when you leave. Typically I leave one key in and turn off everything manually but they said not possible. So if your staying for awhile everytime you leave your fridge will go off.
2) While there is a stove which is great there isn't any way to cook no small pot pan plate nothing. Which is strange because why is there a stove then. This is clearly an apartment which could be better supplied like an Airbnb.
3) While there is a washer which is amazing and washing powder which is a huge plus there is no way to dry the clothes. There is no drying rack, no fan and the two windows don't provide enough air for drying. There was only 6 hangers as well.
4) While it was quite clean the cabinets in the kitchen, the insulation inside the fridge were not clean at all. You could tell they had recently mopped and we arrived nearly 8pm. The ceiling in certain areas had visable black mold which could be a bigger problem. The faucet in the bathroom also was very loose.
However the apartment is great and could be able to accommodate longer stays if these areas are fixed. Modeling more of an Airbnb type stay. As someone who's lived in Airbnb the past 7 years I'm just trying to help.
So it you are going for a night or a week and these things don't bother you I can recommend it. For me it was great for short stay.

GGastnutzerI rarely say this on my reviews, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Minsu. When I come back to Quanzhou for another family holiday, I will book this place again.
Firstly, the location: It is unbeatable. It is near enough to be in the midst of the action in Quanzhou (near the walking street, eateries, restaurants, shopping etc etc), yet very quiet for us to enjoy a good night’s rest, or a good conversation at night over tea.
Second, the nice balance between an authentic cultural home and modernism. We had the entire Minsu to ourselves, 6 rooms in total. Renovated about 3-4 years ago, the Minsu gave us the experience of living in an authentic Chinese inn, yet the amenities were modern….comfortable beds, modern toilets, refrigerators available etc….The courtyards were also beautiful. The entire Minsu was tastefully done…..plus it was spotlessly clean.
Thirdly, the owners. They were so friendly and helpful. They met us at the drop off point, and brought us to the Minsu when we checked in, helping to move some of our luggages (and they did the same thing when we checked out). They went out of their way to help purchase traditional puppet show (木偶) tickets (at a small discount somemore). After we checked out, my son left his hoodie in the room. The owners assisted to courier the jacket to the next city we were heading to (we were already in the train at that time). And lastly, every morning and every night, either Mr Du, his son or his daughter in law would invite us to join them for tea. They would then proceed to serve tea the traditional way, while having a conversation with us. They also taught us certain traditions, protocols and rules when serving tea. They have a cat called TangYuan (汤圆), in which the kids in the family enjoyed playing with.
The only thing to note is that public transport (via taxis and buses) only can drop you off at a spot about 5min walk away. Also, they provide disposable towels, not the regular towels given at hotels. If it is an issue, just bring your own towels.
Otherwise, this place deserves 5 out of 5 stars.

WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

BBaiMaWangziIch reiste mit meinem Hund während des chinesischen Frühlingsdienstes nach Xiamen und nahm einen Tagsreise nach Kinmen Island, Taiwan, gerade vor der Küste.
Das Hotel war in der Tat ein Apartmenthaus mit mehreren Managementgesellschaften, die Zimmer auf verschiedenen Etagen vermieten. Das Gebäude war insgesamt in einem schrecklichen Zustand von Reparatur.
Zunächst versuchte das Front Desk mich in ein Zimmer im sechsten Stock zu setzen, das aus einem Schreckfilm aussehen ... Stains auf dem Boden, Wände, Schmutz und Schmutz überall .... Ich fragte, ob das das gleiche Zimmer ist, das ich reserviert habe und ein anderes weibliches Personal bewegt Ich bin zum 9. Stock, der zumindest sauber und aktualisiert war, im Halle. Das Zimmer war ok, und das Bett bequem, aber ich habe nie in einem Hotel geblieben, das Blätter direkt auf die Matratze ohne einen minimalen Pad zwischen ... Glücklich keine Bettbugs.
Das Zimmer hatte 3 von 8 funktionierenden Lichtboote, so war es sehr dunkel. Der Heizgerät erhitzt das Zimmer nicht einmal auf Max-Ebene, die den ganzen Tag laufen.
Alles war alt und dyngy... Nichts wie die Fotos
Ich hatte am ersten Tag keinen TV- oder Internet-Service, bis ich ihn gebeten habe, repariert zu werden.
Insgesamt ist kein Wartungsproblem.. Aber zumindest die Frau am Frontdesk war hilfreich und freundlich
Dass nur die echte Erlösung Qualität des Zimmers war die Ansicht ... Aber das Fenster war so schmutzig, es war meist dunkel.

Die Lage des B&Bs ist unglaublich praktisch: direkt an der Fußgängerzone Zhongshan Road, nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants entfernt. Ob für Tagesausflüge oder zum Entspannen am Abend – es ist unglaublich praktisch.
Die Atmosphäre des B&Bs ist warm, komfortabel und makellos sauber. Das Gesamtdesign ist schlicht und elegant, mit einem einzigartigen Stil, der zu den Werbebildern des Geschäfts passt – kein Wortspiel beabsichtigt! Es gibt sogar einen großen Spiegel, perfekt zum Schminken!
In Sachen Sauberkeit war das Luggage Box B&B tadellos. Die Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren makellos, und die Badezimmer waren mit Einweg-Toilettenartikeln ausgestattet, sodass wir uns unglaublich wohl fühlten.
Auch der Service im B&B war ein Highlight. Der Besitzer war humorvoll, freundlich und immer bereit, bei Fragen zu helfen. Er war immer erreichbar, um uns zu begrüßen, unser Gepäck entgegenzunehmen, den Fernseher einzustellen und vieles mehr. Wir haben den exzellenten Service genossen.
Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!
