Excellent hotel, especially for travelers arriving by train — the location directly connected to Okayama Station makes everything extremely convenient. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was professional, polite, and efficient. Breakfast was impressive with a wide selection and high quality products. A perfect base for exploring Okayama and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

My stay at Setouchi Keirin Hotel 10 was one of the highlights of my trip. The view of the Sea from the room was absolutely stunning—peaceful and beautiful both in the morning and at sunset. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the design felt modern and minimal. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. The location is also very convenient, especially for visiting Naoshima, as it is close to Uno Port. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus to and from the port, which made traveling even easier. Overall, it’s a perfect place to relax and unwind. I would definitely stay here again!”

Für das traditionelle japanische Hotel ist der Punkt dieses Hotels wirklich nichts. Es ist sehr gut für die Erlebnis des wunderschönen Kontoaussehens. Sie können am Abend direkt aus dem Hotel gehen und die Straße nehmen. Es ist sehr empfohlen, hierher zu kommen, einen Tag zu leben und zu sehen. Und Männer, die den Abenddienst im Hotel bedienen, geben uns sehr herzlich die Gebäude und Geschichte des Hotels ein, und wir werden uns auch zum zweiten Stock des Salons der Tempel eingeladen, von dem riesigen Holzkirchen schockiert. Diese herzliche und Gastfreundschaft, eine gute Zeit, eine gute Erfahrung.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

かなり綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。 アメニティが少し不足していましたが、フロントに連絡したところ、すぐに持ってきてくださいました。 また食事用の割り箸も提供してくれて助かりました。 チェックイン前にも関わらず、フロントで荷物を預かってくださいました。 アフタヌーンティーもとても美味しかったです。 美観地区が真横ですぐ行けるロケーションも最高でした。

Es ist eine sehr gute Unterkunft! Lage und Umgebung sind großartig, die Wolken sind auch sehr groß! Es ist zu komfortabel, ich entspanne mich, sobald ich ins Zimmer bin, und ich vergaß, das Foto zu machen (lächeln). Das Foto zeigte, dass es so komfortabel ist! Die einzige Beschwerde ist, dass es keinen Kühlraum im Kühlschrank gibt. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Tag aus Taiwan!

Ich liebe die Lage, da sie direkt neben dem Hafen von Uno liegt. Das war super praktisch mit meinen zwei Koffern nach meiner Inseltour. Das Onsen mit den tollen Restaurants und Massageangeboten war einfach fantastisch! 🥰🍱 Nach dem Onsen und dem Abendessen konnte ich auf dem Rückweg zum Hotel immer noch die Sterne ✨ und das große Mond-Kunstwerk 🌙 vor dem geschlossenen Galeriegang sehen! Ich hatte versehentlich den Mehrbettzimmer gebucht, aber er war überraschend ordentlich, sauber, geräumig und freundlich. Es gab alle Annehmlichkeiten und sogar eine offene Teebar mit verschiedenen Sorten! Einfach toll! 🥰 Das Frühstück wird im selben Restaurant wie das Abendessen serviert. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön gestaltet! Nächstes Mal würde ich versuchen, ein Zimmer mit Terrasse zu bekommen oder nebenan zu zelten! Das Touristenzentrum und der Bahnhof sind gleich nebenan. Oder ich kann mir einfach ein Fahrrad mieten und die Gegend erkunden, um Udon-Nudeln und Kaffee zu finden ☕️… Wenn ich das nächste Mal im Hafen von Uno bin und mir der Aufenthalt im Hafen von Takamatsu zu langweilig wird, werde ich mir dort mehr Galerien und Inseln ansehen! Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen, wenn ihr mit Familie und Freunden reist!! 🥰❤️🙌🏻 Einfach toll!!

Ein recht nettes Hotel mit fairen, angemessenen und erschwinglichen Preisen in der Gegend mit verkehrsgünstiger Lage, mit Shuttle-Bus-Service für Reisende, Abholzeit muss vorab reserviert werden. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker und bot eine große Auswahl an guten Speisen. Ich werde das Hotel allen Arten von Reisenden mehr als gerne empfehlen.
