I’ve stayed in the girls dorm for 3 nights. The assigned me an upper bed because the lower beds were occupied. As I arrived late, they stored a key for me at the reception. When I wanted to get it there was no key for my specific room and locker. I also couldn’t reach someone via WhatsApp. I then went for shopping and when I came back I met a guy who works there. He was so nice and helped me to get a key with a spare locker. Thanks to him I could unpack my stuff and lock my valuables. In the room were three other girls. Two of them seem to live there for weeks. Not sure why they live there instead of an apartment … The room was nice, but could be cleaner. Especially the bathroom inside the room could be more cleaner. I also prefer bigger bathrooms where more people can get ready. The location of the hostel is close to the new metro and needs about 15 minutes by foot. A big supermarket (LuLu Hypermarket) is on the same way.

Schönes Hotel, ruhige Zimmer. Sehr professioneller und höflicher Service, hilfreich bei vielen Problemen. Sehr gutes Essen, saubere Zimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kommt überall schnell hin. Ich kann es künftigen Reisenden voller Zuversicht empfehlen.

Das beste Hotel, das ich je in Riyadh versucht habe, ist sehr bequem, und ich hoffe, in Zukunft erhöhen sie Preise und gleiche Angebote, und ich hoffe, die Violine des Hotels, wenn sie kommen zu spielen und zu kaufen ♥️👍🏼.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the view from my window was stunning. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything fresh and tidy. The hotel’s location was also perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful and relaxing. the breakfast was average and can better

Das Zimmer riecht groß und war sehr sauber und angenehm zu den Augen. Es gab ein sauberes King-Size-Bett und ein großes Smart-TV. Obwohl, ich wünsche mir, dass sie mich mit mehr als einem Handtuch und extra Toilettenpapier verlassen. Es gab eine Minikühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Teeketel, die großartig war, aber sie lieferten keine Teebecher, Teebeutel, Kaffee, Zucker usw.. Insgesamt war es eine angenehme Erfahrung und ich würde wiederkommen.

Fantastic location - lots of nearby restaurants and small grocery stores, and a 7 minute walk to Sulaimaniyah metro station. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and helpful, though the room was not routinely serviced and only upon request. Despite some of the reviews, I had no issue with the internet connection and used it regularly for browsing and video calls. The main negative aspect is the facilities - the room was very small with no window. There was no prayer mat provided and to be honest hardly enough room to pray in the room anyway (and the hotel's prayer room in the basement was like a very dirty storage room). The bathroom is a wet room, which is fine, but then the hotel should provide a squeegee mop to clear the water. Even all of this can be tolerated for the reasonable room price, but the lack of a desk or even a chair in the room makes it totally unsuitable for business travellers.

I had to check-in late (4am) and the administration kindly accommodated my request. Convenient location between the airport and the city, have nice tea shops nearby. The only drawbacks are absence of the hairdryer; also, had to request the towels as they were not in the apartment in the first place.

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.
