JJayne LynnWhen we got to the hotel there was a lot of construction happening inside and no one addressed it. No one said, sorry for the mess or disruption. At one point the beds were totally vibrating from the work being done. Then, the toilet got clogged. We called down and they said that there was no maintenance guy on duty but they brought me a plunger... Even when the blockage was cleared, the toilet would not flush properly. I finally went down to the desk to see what to do next. The girl at the front desk said she could ask the maintenance guy from next door to come or we could switch rooms. I said that if he came soonish, we would keep the room. The man came and was able to correct the toilet issue and we had no further problems with that. Finally, the kids were pretty excited to go swimming, but the hot tub was empty. The pool was so cold the kids were in for a few minutes but couldn't stay because the water was so cold and the chlorine was so high that it burned the eyes to just be in the room. We were able to eat enough breakfast in the morning to satisfy us, but it was still hindered by the construction in the lobby. The Holiday Inn Express is not a bad place and is probably better when everything is working, but we were not the recipient of that kind of stay.

Das Bad in Zimmer 211 hatte eine Mühle wachsen; ich hatte gebeten, ein Zimmer auf dem oberen Stock zu geben. Der Pool konnte nicht sofort verwendet werden, weil sie gerade in Chemikalien geplatzt hatten...warum nicht nach 11:00 Uhr, wenn jeder auscheckt. Das Frühstück war Ihre typische Hotelmesse, aber der Preistag $12.99 war ein wenig steif. Es war schön, aus echten Platten und Werkzeugen zu essen.

GGastnutzerGreat staff. Rooms were clean, pool and whole pool area was clean, gaming area was also clean. That's a pretty hefty accomplishment, considering how messy some of the hotel ”guests” were. Food at the restaurants was pretty good. Definitely met my expectations. Restaurant staff was also top notch. We came solely for the kids to use the water park & they had a blast. Great hotel for young families. My only complaint is the beds were not very comfortable. The metal bed frames do not provide very good support at all.

EEmilyThe service was super friendly - we had our two small children at the free breakfast (amazing btw) and they gave us a bag of books to look through - each child got to take one home! Pool & hot tub were clean and we had it all to ourselves.
Big suite with two bedrooms, fold out couch for the kids and everyone had their own tv. Will definitely visit again.

WWelsdourWe screwed up our reservations at another hotel on a very busy weekend and the staff at this hotel not only was able to get us two rooms but a handicap accessible room for my mother which was greatly appreciated. Great customer service nice place conveniently located.

GGastnutzerThe pillows on the bed were sub-par. The room had an odor that I think was coming from the carpet. Only 1 elevator was working, 2 small hot tubs and 1 not working. No instructions in the room for 2 remotes. Not sure I’d rebook for those reasons alone.

GGuest UserDer Service war großartig. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Betten waren komfortabel. Die Lage war perfekt, da es in der Mitte der Stadt mit einfachem Zugang zum Interstate war. Wir werden hier wieder bleiben.
