Das Hotel war in einer fabulösen Lage 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand - das Zimmer war spotless und das Personal war freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - das ist unser 5. Mal bis zur Küste Amalfi und wir waren in Positano zu bleiben, aber ich fühle es so überfüllt und Sehr teuer- Ich empfehle, in Minori zu bleiben und die geschäftlichen Städte und Strände für einen Tag nach dem gesamten Bootsfahrt ist sehr billig und dauert nur 20 Minuten

В этом году решили остановиться в этом отеле и нисколько не пожалели. Отель очень понравился, он находится практически в центре Форио и в то же время на берегу моря. Прекрасный вид из окна на море. Сам очень чистый, чувствуется колорит прошлого века, в номере есть все необходимое. Завтрак очень вкусный, а персонал очень приветливый.

這家酒店在意大利可以説是很新的了，有24小時前台，接待我們的時候很熱情。還有兩部比較大的電梯，上下樓方便。房間和意還不錯，也挺寬敞，唯一不好的就是樓上衞生間沖水的聲音特別明顯。酒店的位置在沿海的街道上已經是那不勒斯治安和環境很不錯的地方了，去碼頭要步行15分鐘，還算方便。附近也有超市，買東西也比較方便。

AAlexanderThe room is comfortable, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning works great, there is a safe in the room.Cons: the hotel does not live up to its stated star rating, if it is 4 stars, then it is very old and unloved by the owner: the cows in the elevator require replacement or dry cleaning, the elevator itself falls in when you enter it, the second elevator almost always does not work. The toilet in the room is constantly running, you have to press the flush button many times, otherwise it flows without stopping. There are no disposable toothbrushes in the room, shampoo is added every day, and body lotion only once. All the dishes in the room, except for the kettle, are disposable, there are no forks or knives in the room. The TV is old, having turned it on once, we were unable to turn it off - it does not respond to the remote control, when you take out the card it turns off, but turns on when you insert it. In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. We already had a restaurant booked for the 19th, which Vincenzo will never get into, but it's not about the boy Vincenzo, it's about the disgusting management of the beach club. All the neighboring beach clubs worked until at least 20:00, and there were fewer people in them than before. All this splendor cost us €1200 for 3 nights, which of course does not even come close to what we got. In general, I do not recommend this hotel, and especially the beach club, I wish the owners to carry out a major overhaul and teach the staff to communicate with guests, and turn off the fountain at 6 pm!

JjoanlianDas Hotel ist seit einigen Jahren groß, die Zimmer sind groß, die Einrichtungen sind gut, die einzigen Augenblickblumen sind schlecht, nicht festzulegen, die Schale kann allein gehalten werden, sehr unkomfortabel. Das Frühstücksrestaurant ist sehr gut, die Landschaft außerhalb des Fensters ist so wunderschön, das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe ist von einem Spezialisten für die Versendung von Lebensmitteln verantwortlich, es ist wunderschön und die Lebensmittelqualität ist auch besser. Parken ist von einem Spezialisten für die Arbeitsplätze verantwortlich und die Parkgebühr 40 Euro pro Tag ist teuer.

GGastnutzerUnser Aufenthalt in B&B Maiori Suites war fabulös. Die Lage war großartig, es war ruhig und nahe dem Strand mit großen Restaurants in der Nähe. Es ist auch nahe Amalfi und das Zimmer war sauber und die Einrichtungen wurden jeden Tag wieder gefüllt. Top Hotel.

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

Wir wurden gesagt, es würde Valet-Service sein - es gab nichts. Die Busjungen haben uns gerade gesagt, sich selbst zu parken. FINE. Nachdem ich ins Zimmer geprüft habe, fragte ich, ob das Gepäck in unser Zimmer geschickt werden soll - Rezeption dann fragte ich, ob ich ein Gepäckschein habe, dem ich ihm gesagt habe, wir hätten nichts. Die Busjungen standen gerade um die Einfahrt. Er sagte, sie würden bald geschickt werden, aber angesichts der Tatsache, wie sie nur um sich standen, haben wir uns nur unsere Gepäck genommen - Sie wissen, ich bin 6 Monate schwanger und natürlich so, aber sie bieten keine Hilfe an. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, war die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert - wir setzten sie ab, aber es gab keine Luft. Erstaunlich, dass die AC nicht für den Preis arbeitete, den wir bezahlten. Das Zimmer ist reichlich und sogar der Halle war kühler. Auch während unseres Aufenthalts gab es eine Konferenz - wir wurden auf dem gleichen Stock wie Konferenzteilnehmer und wie erwartet, laut und röhlich in der Nacht. Wir konnten sie am Abend im Halle sprechen hören, als wir die Rezeption angerufen, sagten sie, es war nichts, was sie tun können. So sehr hilfreich. Als Sie sich herausschauten, stand derselbe Busjunge um, während sie eine schwangere Frau mit dem Rad 4 Stück Gepäck aussehen. Ich frage mich wirklich, was sie tun, außer, den ganzen Tag im Schatten zu stehen. Die Service ist hier schrecklich und ich habe bei kleinen Boutique- oder Familienhotels bessere Service als hier. Die einzige Seite an dieser Unterkunft war, dass die Zimmer geräumig und sauber sind und das ist es.

The pictures show the lovely pictures of the compound. Very pet friendly. The hotel is very well located as a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast, Pompeii, and Naples. It offers a quieter and more practical alternative to staying in the more crowded tourist areas, while still providing easy access to key destinations.
The room was comfortable, with a balcony that provided a good view. The ground floor common areas are spacious and well laid out, creating a pleasant environment to relax outside of the room.
Breakfast is consistent and enjoyable, with items such as hot chocolate and a well-prepared cheese omelette. The staff are friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.
Housekeeping is reliable, with rooms cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard. The hotel also provides a private car park at a reasonable rate of 15 euros per day, which is particularly convenient for those driving in the region. There is a lift available, making it easy to access rooms with luggage.
Amenities are very good overall, contributing to a comfortable and well-managed stay. The hotel offers a balanced combination of convenience, comfort, and value, making it a strong choice for travelers exploring this part of Italy.

GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!
