AAnonymer BenutzerI had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Trident Agra. From the moment I arrived, the team was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. The swimming pool was excellent, and the surrounding ambience made it even more enjoyable.
A heartfelt thank you for the lovely cake we received during our celebration — it was such a thoughtful gesture! I also really appreciated the upgrade to a balcony room; it made our stay even more memorable. It was amazing how quickly and effortlessly our requests were fulfilled — a true testament to the staff’s commitment to guest satisfaction.
Special mention to Iqbal, Grison, and Tanushree — your hospitality stood out and made a lasting impression on us. You all were fantastic and made us feel right at home.
Another thoughtful touch was being offered a takeaway breakfast both during our stay and at check-out. Though we didn’t end up taking it, it was a very kind and considerate gesture that shows how much the staff goes the extra mile for their guests.
Overall, I’m super happy with my stay and sincerely thank the entire Trident Agra team for making it so memorable. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to others and hope to return again soon!

AAnonymer BenutzerIt was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER.
But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night.
And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome.
I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

GGastnutzerIch habe hier ein paar Mal geblieben und hatte sehr komfortable Aufenthalte. Zu dieser Gelegenheit war das Hotel Gastgeber einer Veranstaltung, und sehr laute Musik wurde bis 3.00 Uhr gespielt. Ich bat den Manager, sie zu bitten, die Musik zu stoppen, aber sie weigerten sich, etwas über die Störung zu tun. Viele Leute klachten, aber das Hotelpersonal konnte nicht festhalten und die Musik ausschalten. Ich hatte am nächsten Morgen um 8 Uhr einen Flug und es hat meine Arbeit am nächsten Tag beeinflusst. Sehr enttäuschend, die Situation von dem Manager zu behandeln.

MMaestraViajarI stayed at this hotel to recover from a surgery I had. I ended up needing to cancel, because I didn't realize that Ghazibad was epically far away from New Delhi, and I was unable to care for myself after the surgery for a time. I was told by the hotel that they would submit to refund the cost of my stay (this did not occur). Additionally, when I checked out, they did not give me the final costs on my room, then they subsequently harassed me on Whatsapp until I was able to pay, all while attempting to heal from a major surgery, and I had to return to the hospital. As for the hotel, it is listed as 4 stars but it is more like 3. I chose the hotel for the beautiful amenities in the pictures -- it looks NOTHING like what is pictured. The staff is helpful, going out of their way to meet any need you have and the restaurant menu and breakfast buffet are good, albeit quite expensive. I also used room service, which at one time I was told they would not take my order, I had to come down to give the order in person. I would say this is a hit or miss hotel. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel is beyond unsafe and deplorable and I didn't feel comfortable AT ALL going outside, without risking my life and limb. I do not reccommend this hotel and would not stay again.

The hotel offers excellent hospitality, attentive staff, and prompt service that makes guests feel valued. Comfortable rooms, slightly dated but well maintained amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere ensure a memorable experience for both leisure and business travelers.

PPANCHALAusgezeichnete Aufenthalt, große Lage und Wert für Geld
Ich hatte einen der besten Aufenthalte in diesem Hotel in Chennai. Ich habe für 3 Nächte geblieben und es fühlte sich wirklich als eine Luxuserfahrung zu einem erschwinglichen Preis. Die Lage ist ein großer Vorteil zentral gelegen und leicht zugänglich für viele Teile der Stadt.
Die Zimmer sind geräumig, das Bettwäsche war sauber und das Badezimmer wurde gut mit geeigneten Toiletten gepflegt. Sie liefern auch Wasserflaschen und es gibt ein Wasserdispenser (Wasser kann) im Halle, das ist ein schöner Touch.
Sie bieten einen komplimentären Frühstücksbuffet mit einer Vielzahl von Optionen. Aber das Frühstück schließt etwas früh um 10 Uhr entsprechend planen. Die Parkplätze sind verfügbar, die bequem ist und das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich, eine besondere Erwähnung für das Sicherheitspersonal und Zimmerservicepersonal für ihre Gastfreundschaft. Außerhalb von Lebensmitteln ist auch erlaubt, was ein Plus ist.
Der einzige kleine Unannehmlichkeit war, dass der Aufzug stets auf der ersten Etage (Rezeption) aufhörte, was etwas irritierend war.
Auch FYI, ich habe meine Zimmer Schlüsselkarte falsch gelegt und musste 200 für eine Ersetzung zahlen.
Insgesamt war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ich würde diesen Ort für jeden, der Chennai besucht, definitiv empfehlen.

RRibenrenEs war sehr sauber und die Umgebung war nicht schlecht. (Ich denke, es ist besser, nachts nicht zu viel herumzulaufen.) Einige Steckdosen im Zimmer funktionierten nicht, aber es war erträglich. Es gab einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Auf Anfrage lieh *** mir einen Föhn. Das Frühstück war köstlich. Der Weg zum Taj Mahal scheint sicher zu sein. Es sind etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß.

HHong Chieng HunDas Zimmer ist sauber, ausgehen bequem und früher lecker. Sicher und zuverlässig. Das Personal ist auch sehr engagiert. Das nächste Mal kommen Sie wieder hierher und werden Sie sicher in diesem Hotel bleiben.
