Die Zimmerausstattung ist in Ordnung, ganz angemessen, die Zimmergröße stimmt, aber die Badewanne ist etwas umständlich und unbequem zum Duschen. Das Frühstück ist nicht schlecht. Aber die Steckdose unter dem Schreibtisch ist zu umständlich und unbequem, um den Computer zu benutzen. Gehen Sie raus, biegen Sie links über die Straße ab und gehen Sie ein Stück, dort gibt es ein Zhongtai Dream-Restaurant mit relativ hohen Preisen.

A very overwhelming and professional service. Amazing staff and very friendly atmosphere. Comprising a roof top swimming pool, spa and gym. The location is very close to the beach. Very clean. Excellent. Loved it with my family.

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness! The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy. Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added. There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.
