I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. The rooms were well-maintained, providing a good night's rest in a peaceful setting. One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

It was a very wonderful experience at this hotel. It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel really made the room very special and was well decorated for the occasion. Great and lovely experience. Will definitely go back

Our overnight stay to Mondos was for a birthday. Being in the Central of coatbridge was good....or so I thought. Our room backed onto a night club and all we could hear was the loud music, people screaming, laughing and fighting at 2am. People could look into our room from the top of the stairs at the back, which is a nightmare. Yes I had to close the curtains, but not ideal at 4pm. The lift isnt working still, as far as i know, this has been like this for months. Thankfully we were on the lower floor but a family member struggled with the stairs. The room itself was clean, but basic. Definitely not worth the price we paid, especially not getting a good night's sleep.
