Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Das Zimmer ist geräumig. Die sogenannte 24/7-Hotline war in 8 von 10 Fällen nicht erreichbar! Die angegebene Check-in-Zeit war 15:00 Uhr, tatsächlich konnte man aber erst um 16:00 Uhr einchecken. Die zusätzliche Wartezeit von einer Stunde war bei strömendem Regen und heulendem Wind unerträglich. Von Service konnte man da nicht sprechen, da niemand ans Telefon ging.

The floor is warm, even though there are strong winds at night in the area, there is no one talking around. The sound of the wind is like natural white noise, and there are mini bar drinks, tea, and coffee included in the accommodation price. The service staff are very good, and the environment is very quiet except for natural factors. It is bright and clean, and the air is not cold at all

A little further out from Borgarnes but it’s a nice quiet place. It’s very cute and had everything needed during the stay. The breakfast had a large variety but pretty simple—still a good spread though no continuous restocks through breakfast time. There’s only stairs to get up to the second floor in the main building. The common area/lobby was very nice and cutely decorated. I greatly appreciated the various board games provided and we spent the night playing, laughing, and relaxing after a long day. Overall a clean place! Staff were very friendly and nice too!

Das Hotel ist sehr freundlich und das Bett ist sehr komfortabel. Die gemeinsamen Bereiche sind ein bisschen datiert und das Badezimmer ist ein Problem, dass die Position des Tauchs erschwert es zu benutzen und die Dusche überschwemmt das Badezimmer, es sei denn, Sie bauen eine Handtücherwand, um das Wasser in die Dusche zu enthalten, aber dann haben Sie soppen weiche Handtücher zu handeln mit. Die Dusche ist die Art von Sache, mit der Sie in Indien und anderen Dritten Welt Ländern zu bauen. Dieser Ort ist nicht nahe irgendwelchen Gemüsegeschäften, so haben Sie begrenzte Lebensmitteloptionen. Ich hatte das Abendessen Buffet, das gut, aber ziemlich teuer war.

Everything was perfect. Our bedroom over faced the mountains. The shared bathroom was only shared with another room. We had diner there and it was excellent. Breakfast was also very good

Amazing location surrounded by nature. Delicious breakfast. We enjoyed staying in the Superior room, spacious and comfortable for our family of 4.

The hotel is located right next to the Stykkishólmskirkja Church, and around 10-15mins walk to the city centre/ferry terminal. It is a convenient stop for us travelling from the north to the west side of Iceland. The hotel room has a nice view. Basic amenities are available. The shower room is only separated from the toilet by a ‘moveable’ glass and water might spill elsewhere when you shower. Overall a decent stay.

Das Hotel ist ruhig und sauber mit vielen Einrichtungen, die es den Gästen ermöglichen, zu genießen. Wir kamen spät am Hotel (nach 9:00 Uhr) und das Hotelrestaurant konnte uns noch etwas zu essen, das weit über unsere Erwartungen hinausging - die Kellnerin war extrem freundlich und hilfreich. Wir konnten auch die nördlichen Lichter fangen, die angesichts der Zeit des Jahres (August) eine angenehme Überraschung war. Insgesamt sind wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt hier.

Das Gästehaus mit großen Zimmern. Sehr gut gelegen und spektakuläre Aussichten. Die gut ausgestattete Küche, obwohl wir einen Sackorsch fehlten, weil jemand ihn mitgenommen hätte, bestellten wir ihn und in 5 Minuten schlug uns die Tür des Zimmers mit einem neuen Sackorschorsch. Es ist schade, dass manche Leute nur an sie denken und nicht an die ganze Gemeinde. Sie haben 2 Kühlschränke, eine für das, was Sie verwenden, und eine für das, wo Sie sich nehmen oder für andere hinterlassen können. Die Wahrheit ist, es war eine der besten Erfahrungen in den Guesthouses.

Nice location, next to a beautiful river. Could see birds, pelicans etc This place provides a hot tub that soothes achy muscles. Family room is spacious for 3 pax, it would be too cramp for the 4 as the 4th pax needs to use sofa bed. Mini kitchen is well stocked either microwave, proper oven and four pot stoves Bathroom is spacious though the shower unit tends to overflow
