漫漫游食光Das Personal beim Hotelaufenthalt und Check-in ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Mitarbeiter, der am 28.11.2024 Frühdienst hatte, war jedoch unhöflich und betrog uns bei der Ankunftszeit des Flybus. Er buchte uns ein Taxi zum Hauptbahnhof und gab vor, der Flybus sei verspätet, und er wusste nicht, was passiert war. Ich hatte einen Flybus-Abholservice vom Hotel gebucht, obwohl er wusste, dass die Abholzeit des Flybus normalerweise innerhalb von 15 Minuten liegt (ich habe dies vom FLYBUS-Personal bestätigt, das mir sagte, dass Hotelmitarbeiter normalerweise darüber Bescheid wissen). Glauben Sie diesem Rezeptionsmitarbeiter niemals (ich habe seinen Namen nicht erfahren, aber ich erinnere mich an seine Dienstzeit/sein Dienstdatum). Ich denke, das Hotel sollte sich ernsthaft mit dieser Angelegenheit befassen.

BBee_❤️We had a lovely stay at Hotel Muli. Patricia, who checked us in on 1st January, was very kind and helpful. After arriving on an early-morning flight, it was really nice to be greeted with a smile. Even better, our room was ready, so we were able to check in early. The room itself was clean and comfortable. One thing to note is that housekeeping is done upon request, so you’ll need to ask if you want your room cleaned. Breakfast was very nice and filling, and the kitchen staff were just as kind and helpful as the rest of the team. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service.

GGastnutzerDie Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut. Eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und in der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufszentren und Restaurants. Es ist sehr praktisch. Die Lobby ist modern eingerichtet. Obwohl die Zimmer klein sind, sind die Einrichtungen sehr neu. Die Matratze ist mittelweich und hart und die Dusche hat ausreichend Wasserdruck. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt ruhig, die Schallisolierung ist gut und ich habe nachts tief und fest geschlafen. Auch die Reinigung war sehr gut und das Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr ordentlich, wenn ich zurückkam. Für diesen Preis ist die Hardwareausstattung sehr gut.

GGastnutzerA good little hostel with the front staff being very friendly. This hostel is not at BSI bus station which is where fly bus airport transfers arrive and depart. It is a 15 minute walk from BSI bus station, but there are many tour buses that stop here. The kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean and you could see someone always mopping or cleaning. The room was very hot so pack light Pyjamas. Also there are no women only dorms!!! I thought I was booking a women only dormitory but men were in there too. One man had booked a man only dorm but obviously they don't have this either. The website and the trip.com descriptions clearly need udpating.

QQingqinghubiancaoDas Hotel hat eine gute Lage, es gibt Parkplätze und man kann auch abends bequem zur Kirche laufen. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, aber für den Check-in an der Rezeption ist eine Kreditkarte erforderlich, was etwas inakzeptabel ist. Außerdem ist das Badezimmer klein und es ist schwierig, den Koffer auszuklappen. Beim Duschen im Badezimmer fließt das Wasser nach draußen, was sich recht einfach anfühlt. Die Unterkunftsbedingungen in Island sind in der Tat durchschnittlich.

Ми зупинялися в день заїзду в Ісландію та в два останні дні після подорожі по всьому острову перед поверненням додому. Гарний сніданок. Дуже важливо, що є свій ресторан, якій працює з 18:00 до 22:00, бо в Ісландії знайти поїсти після 17:00 це челендж ще той... Безкоштовний паркінг. Поруч (метрів 500 пішки) є супермаркет. Також поруч з готелем зупинка автобуса Аеропорт-Рейк'явік (50 метрів) для тих хто не орендує автомобіль. Дуже рекомендую, якщо під час бронювання Вас влаштує ціна на цей готель! З мінусів вода в крані пахне сіркою, але це ж Ісландія - країна геотермальних джерел!)) P.S. в готелі для відвідувачів є безкоштовно купальня з геотермальною теплою водою + сауна. Працюють до 22:00.
