We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. Obwohl es etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums von Reykjavík liegt, ist es ruhig und komfortabel. Das Parken war unkompliziert und das Personal freundlich. Der Sonnenuntergang und die Farben des Morgenhimmels, die ich von meinem Hotelzimmer aus beobachten konnte, waren wunderschön.

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

Die Bestätigungsmail vom Hotel kam super schnell, die Wegbeschreibung und Empfehlungen waren klar und verständlich. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und hatte ein riesiges Badezimmer. Momentan finden Renovierungsarbeiten im Hotel statt, aber nachts ist es dort sehr ruhig.

Mit allen Aspekten des Hotels zufrieden. Der Service von Ctrip ist jedoch negativ. Das Hotel verfügt über keine Rezeption, was bedeutet, dass Ctrip E-Mails und Textnachrichten verschickt, die wichtigsten Passwörter für die Öffnung der Hotelrezeption und die Entnahme des Schlüsselkastens jedoch nicht an die Gäste verschickt. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und wir kamen um 15:30 Uhr im Hotel an, um das Türpasswort zu erfahren. Hey, Ctrip Wir haben diesen Diamanten in Zukunft nicht mehr, wir sollten diesen Porzellanjob nicht annehmen.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist sehr gut. Eine U-Bahn-Station befindet sich direkt vor der Tür und in der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufszentren und Restaurants. Es ist sehr praktisch. Die Lobby ist modern eingerichtet. Obwohl die Zimmer klein sind, sind die Einrichtungen sehr neu. Die Matratze ist mittelweich und hart und die Dusche hat ausreichend Wasserdruck. Die Umgebung ist insgesamt ruhig, die Schallisolierung ist gut und ich habe nachts tief und fest geschlafen. Auch die Reinigung war sehr gut und das Zimmer war jeden Tag sehr ordentlich, wenn ich zurückkam. Für diesen Preis ist die Hardwareausstattung sehr gut.

A good little hostel with the front staff being very friendly. This hostel is not at BSI bus station which is where fly bus airport transfers arrive and depart. It is a 15 minute walk from BSI bus station, but there are many tour buses that stop here. The kitchen and bathrooms were always very clean and you could see someone always mopping or cleaning. The room was very hot so pack light Pyjamas. Also there are no women only dorms!!! I thought I was booking a women only dormitory but men were in there too. One man had booked a man only dorm but obviously they don't have this either. The website and the trip.com descriptions clearly need udpating.

Insgesamt ein guter Ort. Es war nahe zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum, und auch nahe vielen großen Speiseplätze und Bonus. Wünschenswert war der Haartrockner anders, war nicht so stark wie ich es gewöhnt habe. Das Personal war auch nett und freundlich!

Der Platz ist ruhig und kann zur Kirche gehen. Das Zimmer ist sauber mit Fensterschranken, die Wäsche ist ausreichend gepflastert, es gibt eine eigene Wäscherei im Zimmer und der öffentliche Wäsche ist auch großartig! Unerwünschte Erkenntnis, es gibt eine Küche, sogar eine kostenlose Lebensmittel ～ Super gute Unterkunft!

Maybe it is my fault for expecting hotels in Iceland to have little to no, if not relatively poor service as a whole, but my booking issues with them, the communication leading up to the stay and overall interaction with staff was next to none, Save for the on-site staff that I got to bump into, it's pretty much non-existent. The Booking itself, alongside a mistake with the app, and the hotel refusing to offer direct communication, and lying throughout the whole ordeal when it came to ”calling back” was literal hell. That being said the say was, fine? It's a place to rest, that's all I can say. The breakfast was definitely pathetic, but like the first statement it might've been my fault for expecting something substantial,. Definitely don't get the breakfast, don't use the hot coffee/cocoa machine since it's broken or unfilled half the time. Seek out amenities at the grocery stores nearby instead.
