We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

Schönes Hotel, aber ohne viele Aktivitäten ... und eine ziemlich begrenzte Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars.

Excelente estadía! Limpio organizado cama muy cómoda baño súper limpio nos dieron muy buen servicio súper amables y amistosos sin duda alguna para repetir.

Die Lage des Hotels ist superb und das Zimmer ist sehr groß. Aber das Frühstücksrestaurant ist relativ normal, nicht Selbsthilfe, ein einziger Punkt zahlen. Sie können sich auswählen, um draußen zu essen, umgekehrt ist das Einkaufszentrum von Süßwaren, sehr nah an den verschiedenen Attraktionen. Es ist ein wenig von der Altstadt entfernt, einen Weg zu gehen.

Der Service ist sehr intim. Die Toilette ist sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker.

非常好。我這次住的是新樓，全是套間。洗手間相當大也相當先進。單透玻璃加熱智能馬桶等等都有了。 之前住過主樓，有點舊，房間稍小。但方便。泳池餐廳就在樓下。

Our stay was perfect! Checkin was seamless. The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The room was clean and exactly as pictured. The electronic features of the room were an added bonus (motion sensor lighting and electronic blinds/curtains, sensor and heated toilet). The location was amazing and so close to everything. The concierge helped us find a fun speakeasy within walking distance and checked in with us afterwards. Best weekend trip in a long time!

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Am ersten Öffnungstag war ich angeblich der erste Gast und es gab keine Sonderbehandlung. Früh am Morgen klopfte der Kellner drei Mal unhöflich an die Tür und bat um Reinigung. Das ist mir seit fünf Jahren noch nie passiert -Sternehotel.
