I talked with Savannah over the phone; she was extremely helpful and friendly. I wish more places had people like her. Everything was great until we got into the room. We had traveled all day and was tired, but the tub was dirty, so my husband cleaned out the hair in the tub. The bed was comfy although there was a deep sunken in spot where we seemed to roll into it all night. But that was ok because it was a comfy bed. It got a bit cold, because the blanket was as thin as a sheet, with no extra covers to be found. As we're packing our things to go, we discovered trash under the bed, and some black crumb looking stuff in the drawer. We were looking forward to the nice breakfast, because on the confirmation it said a Western breakfast, only to find, one small box of mini powdered doughnuts and a few beagles. There was only 1 small round table to seat 2 people. No beverages other than hard-to-find coffee. No fruit, no muffins, no cereal, NOTHING. What was served, does not even count as a continental breakfast! We had to leave to go get breakfast. We book our hotels based on the breakfast. In our experience, including working in hotels for 25+years, a continental includes a variety of food, including fruit, cereal, muffins, and sometimes a way to make waffles. They also have multiple drink options, such as milk, orange juice, apple juice, hot chocolate, and more. When I spoke with front desk, mostly to get Savannah's name, (because her service was exceptional) I told them about the dirty room and NO BREAKFAST, and they made it clear they did not care. The guy that had not been there the night before, claimed, kind of rude, they advertise a continental breakfast. This was NOT A CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST!!!!! A western breakfast consists of sliced bread with jam, butter, coffee, fruits, vegetables, or eggs. Sometimes a western omelette.

1. Price was very affordable. I wasn’t expecting too much, but it went well above my expectations for this price. Yes, it’s an old hotel so the furniture seems a bit old with scratches and dents, but the room was kept clean overall. It did have a distinct smell that bothered me when I entered the room, but after a few minutes I got used to it. If you’re hesitating because the price is too cheap, I honestly think it’s only because of its age. 2. Location was not far from the COS airport. Local buses were during ozone season, but if you want to go far you would need to get an uber. The neighborhood seemed quiet and peaceful, but I did hear sirens going off three times during my two nights of stay. 3. The building is a condominium with a few rooms they rent out as hotel rooms. Its residents were primarily retired people who were friendly and chill. 4. The guy at the reception was super friendly. We chatted about our times in the army. I noticed a lot of retired service members in the building throughout my stay which made me feel very safe. 5. Breakfast was not a buffet, but was made freshly per order. Eggs, pancakes, and potatoes were served for free, and I was able to add two strips of bacon for a dollar fifty. Tina, the waitress, was very nice, and Jimmy, the cook, was also friendly. Food was delicious. Jimmy was so excited for me to try his “space cake”, which was also amazing. The outdoor seating has a great view of the mountains, so I recommend sitting outside.

Was kann verbessert werden: (1) Ich wartete auf Island 3 (Tür 512) von 745pm bis 830pm und rief zweimal, um den Shuttleservice zu sichern. Ich sah andere Hotelshuttle bereits um 4-5 Zeiten in diesen Minen fallen und sah sogar die anderen Hotelshuttle, wie Cambria innerhalb von 30 Minuten fallen. Als ich nach Hampton kam, war es bereits 850pm und auch realisiert, dass das Restaurant neben der Tür geschlossen ist. Ich verstehe, dass es vielleicht aus ihrer üblichen Servicestunde, aber ich frage mich, ob sie einen Joint Venture Service mit anderen Hotelmarken machen können, damit Kunden früher aufgeholt werden können. (2) Ich wurde am Ende des Korridors das Zimmer angeboten, aber es gibt laut Wasserlärm aus den Rohrleitungen, wenn jemand die Toilette neben der Tür oder oben benutzte. Da ich nach den Längs- und Kurzstreckenflügen so müde war und 30 Stunden nicht schlief, ging ich nachts schlafen, wie üblich. Aber ich bin ziemlich sicher, dass es mich stört, wenn ich am Tag empfindlicher zu klingen. Ich habe es nicht berichtet, weil es nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt war. Insgesamt würde ich einen 4-Sterne-Stern geben, da die Personal-Einstellung (Check-in, check-out und Reinigungs-Lady) und ihre Service verdienen große Respekt, Standard bis zum Par Frühstück und sauberes Zimmer.

Kein Frills, Budget-freundliches Hotel günstig gelegen. Das kostenlose Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend. Das Personal, auch professionell und kompetent, war nicht genau freundlich oder willkommen. Die größte Frage war die Dusche/Badewanne. Der Wasserdruck war lachend schwach und das heiße Wasser ziemlich viel lief vollständig innerhalb von 5 Minuten, nachdem es auf die Dusche gedreht war. Nicht eine angenehme Erfahrung im späten Herbst/Winter

- Grün zu extremen... Dieses Hotel sollte 5 Sterne haben, da sie ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück haben, die Anlage ist renoviert und in guter Form, Parkplatz ist kostenfrei und gemeinsame Bereiche sind gut gepflegt. Mein Hauptproblem ist die ”grüne” Praxis, die auf extremer Ebene genommen wurde. Als ”grünes” Hotel, die Lichter im Zimmer nach 30 Minuten in-Room-Bewegung vollständig aus. Ich habe in meinem Zimmer auf dem Arbeitsplatz gearbeitet, hatte ich die Lichter 5 Mal ausgeschlossen, während ich versuchte, auf meinem Arbeitsplatz zu arbeiten (sehr irritierend). Zweitens, alle Ausgänge sind in grüne Zeitpläne eingestellt, so dass sie nach 30 Minuten ausgeschlossen werden. Das bedeutet, dass ihre eigene Alarmkloch nicht funktioniert, weil es alle 30 Minuten auf 12 AM wiederhergestellt ......lol .....Warum ist es sogar im Zimmer? Grüne sein ist eine Sache, Penny pinching ist eine andere. Wenn sie wirklich die Umwelt retten wollen, würden sie kein Heißräder und Pool haben (glauben Sie es oder nicht, Heizung dieser Puppen 24-7 Kosten viel mehr als die Ausschließung der hohen Effizienz von Besuchern LED-Leuchten und Outlets. Entfernen Sie diese Bologna-Probleme und Sie wird fünf Sterne erhalten.

To stay here is great deal with reasonable price to visit Boulder.We asked to clean up our room during our going out but cleaning wasn't completed at all because less staffs to clean up. My husband changed sheets and towels by himself after giving up cleaning by staffs. Breakfast is not good quality but it's normal American style. (Juices, toast, oatmeal, apple, scrambled egg and waffles etc.) Building is not new but renovated room was inside to become clean well enough. To pay $5 for parking a car isn't comfortable to stay here for 2 nights.

Ich war wegen eines medizinischen Auftretens auf meinem Flugzeug in Denver gefangen. Ich hatte 24 Stunden zu töten, und das Personal machte mich komfortabel und erlaubte mir einen 1:00 Uhr Check-out. Gym-Maschine ist wirklich erstaunlich - wie ein Top pro Hausstudio. Hot Tub war meh, aber machte die Arbeit ... Ich würde nochmal da bleiben, um den Preis, den es gut war. Frontend Personal und Frühstückspersonal sehr hart und sorgen!!!
