Good location good hotel, nice place. Mall below is rather pathetic with nothing much. However do note that address on trip.com is wrong. Please get correct address from host. We went to the wrong address and was totally avoidable if info is accurate.

Pros:The hotel location is convenient,close to Jonker Street, and there are plenty of local foods nearby. They provided simple breakfast,public parking infront of hotel. Cons: The room cleanliness needs to be improved, the floor was dusty, and hairs behind the door.tabletop and bedhead covered with dust,stain spots on the pillowcase and bedsheet. I have requested a dust-free and odourless room,but it seems my request has been ignored. No WiFi in room.

We arrived at the hotel very late, but checking in wasn’t a problem at all. Even though it was past check-in time, we were still able to do self check-in with the help of the security guard. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, which I was so thankful for,my husband and I had been driving all day and were way too tired to deal with any hassle. The room was super tidy and clean when we got there. And when I say clean, I mean 5-star hotel kind of clean.I absolutely loved it. It was also really quiet, and we had a peaceful night’s rest. During checkout, the receptionist actually called one of the staff to check the room to make sure we didn’t leave anything behind, which I thought was a really thoughtful touch. It helps avoid the stress of forgetting personal stuff. They also have designated parking just for hotel guests, and it’s guarded by security, which is a big plus. Oh, and I loved the decor,really artsy and gave off a classy, expensive vibe. They also have board game rentals for you to enjoy while staying at the hotel, which I thought was a fun and cozy touch.

Ich möchte über unseren Aufenthalt teilen. Leider hatten wir eine ziemlich unsichere Erfahrung in der Nacht. Um Mitternacht (zwischen 12 und 1 Uhr) versuchte jemand, die Einheit mit einem Schlüssel zu erreichen, konnten wir deutlich hören, wie ein Schlüssel versuchte, die Tür zu öffnen. Das hat ganz Angst verursacht, vor allem für die Kinder. Vorschläge: • Es wäre sehr empfehlenswert, ein Innentürschließfach für zusätzliche Sicherheit zu installieren. Idealerweise würde auch eine CCTV-Kamera oder ein Türpephole helfen, so dass die Gäste sehen können, wer draußen ist, bevor die Tür oder Fenster geöffnet werden. Neben diesem Vorfall war der Aufenthalt im Allgemeinen angenehm. Einige kleine Wartungsfragen zu beachten: • Einige Lichter und Fernsehgeräte müssen möglicherweise für das richtige Funktionieren überprüft werden. • Der Toilettenschlauch fühlt sich ein bisschen unstable, da er schüttelt und eine Befestigung benötigt. Es ist definitiv für eine Rückgabe wert, wenn all diese verbessert werden können. 😊

Es ist wirklich nah von der Hühnerstraße, es ist eine Straße, es ist sehr bequem, das rote Haus über den Fluss zu schließen, und gehen Sie in der Nähe der Attraktionen. OK. Wohnen 4 Nächte 🈚️ Personen nehmen die Zimmer rein 🗑️ Das Wechsel von Handtuchbetten kann auch akzeptiert werden, aber das Kleid ist ein bisschen zu zufrieden, weil das Kleid 🪳 Es gibt Wasser im Badezimmer, es muss vorsichtig sein, persönliche Gegenstände zu halten. Das Fernsehsystem ist in der App, das Funktionieren des Systems, das Wifi-Problem oder das Fernbedienungsproblem, das Verzicht auf... Neben dem Standortpreis, andere Sprachlose 😂

I booked 3D/2N stay at the apartment for 5 of us. The apartment was spacious and reasonably clean. There is a pool table which my boy was initially impressed but realised it was more for show as they have replaced the pool ball to soft sponge ball which you can hardly play. We didnt have a very comfortable stay as the apartment was not very sound proof. The motor at night was very loud and there were constant banging noise coming from the upper floor causing my father to wake up at night. We decided to move to another hotel the next day as it was really uncomfortable stay for us. I think if you are able to stand the noise, can still stay.

Nice room, view and location. Good service. Good for family vacation.
