It's worth more than the price, the location, the facilities. I paid less than RM50 per night (not including the RM50 deposit). The bathroom and showers are amazing. The heaters is 5/5 stars, complete with shampoo, soap, towels. We got a window with the city view. The room is big and very comfortable, the air-conditioning is fully functioning. A lot of space for prayers. I'd definitely book this hotel again, next time.

Excellent Heritage Stay in a Prime Location! Perfect Location: Super convenient and within walking distance to Jonker Walk and Masjid Kampung Kling. There are plenty of great eateries and coffee shops right around the corner. Beautiful & Clean: We stayed in the Garden Room, which was lovely, tidy, and very comfortable. Charming Vibe: The heritage architecture gives the place a really wonderful, authentic character.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und nett! Ich miete ein Handtuch, als ich ankam, und alles ging reibungslos. Es gab kein AC im Badezimmer, aber es war ok. Hoch empfohlen für alleinreisende!!

Stayed at the Mio for two nights, breakfast is included for free which is a nice touch. However, they do not have enough seating so you have to wait for breakfast. Not a major complaint seeing that it’s free. Room was small and clean, no window which we did book. Room can be cleaned daily but have to ask. Unlimited water bottles on request which is a nice touch. 10 mins into central area so great for those who prefer to walk in. Pretty basic and does the job for a budget trip to Melaka.

My recent stay was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent value for money. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Its perfect location made it easy to explore the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and enjoyable stay

Da wir spät ankamen und nur wenige Nächte blieben, wählte ich dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage am Ende der Jonker Street. Die Lage entsprach der Beschreibung, und das Beste war, dass sich die Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels befanden (die Rezeption lag zur Straße hin), sodass wir ruhig schlafen konnten und keinen Lärm von der Straße abbekamen. In der Lobby gab es außerdem einen Wasserspender mit gefiltertem Warm- und Kaltwasser. Das Zimmer selbst war recht groß, aber einfach und sauber. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, zwei Flaschen Wasser, zwei Kaffeepäckchen, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Spiegel, eine Kleiderstange und einen Nachttisch. Allerdings gab es keinen Fernseher. Wir schauen auf Reisen nicht viel fern, daher war das für uns kein Problem, aber für manche Gäste könnte es ein Nachteil sein. Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile waren die etwas schwache Klimaanlage und das nicht richtig warme Duschwasser.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and the facilities were great, especially for families. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. What impressed us most was the excellent service and the staff’s genuine hospitality. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out.
