This budget-friendly hotel offers a strategic location and great value. The room is compact with a simple setup, but it’s clean and comfortable. Check-in via WhatsApp was incredibly easy and smooth — super convenient!

The facilities are old and it’s clean but not spotless, so u may need to wipe ur table and switch if u mind the dust. The air condition is really cold and blanket is not really thick which makes me freezing overnight, thank god I got my bf to warm me. The towels are not recommended to use cuz it looks dirty and used before. The floor is a bit sticky but acceptable, wish next time can provide a slipper. The area is not noisy during our staying and the water dispenser is working but not produce hot water. There’s a pharmacy downstairs so it’s convenient to buy smt u need, oso 7-11 and a burger stall nearby. In conclusion, u get what u paid for.

Dieses Budget Hostel ist gut für diese einzeln Reisende. Der Ort ist sauber und vintage. Nicht so fancy wie andere, aber gut genug für das, was ich bezahlt habe. Die AC ist kalt und es gibt auch eine warme und kalte Dusche. Nahe den Geschäften zu essen und um den Fluss der Lichter zu gehen. Ein ruhiger Ort, um sich nach einem langen Spaziergang zu entspannen und zu schlafen. Das WiFi ist auch zuverlässig. Nicht für die schmutzigen Reisenden.

I had a pleasant stay with my friend at Kota Lodge Melaka. The lodge is simple yet comfortable, offering a cozy and clean room setup that made our stay enjoyable. One of the biggest highlights is its strategic location, which makes getting around Melaka easy and convenient. It is also situated close to one of my favourite eateries, Pak Putra Restaurant, well-known for its delicious tandoori and naan—perfect for supper after exploring the city. Overall, Kota Lodge is a great choice for budget- friendly accommodation with excellent location and comfort.

Rein und gemütlich Hotel. Lage in strategischer Lage. Viele Parkplätze. Ich bin sicher, Schulurlaub dieses Hotel wird mit Touristen verpackt. Kommt wieder zu bleiben. InsyaAllah

I hope they provide a enough amenities like slippers, water bottle. Another thing the aircon is not working properly even though we set temp 16 its still hot as we dont feel like it was turned-on. The location is great spot for guest as it was accessable and it was safe to go outside as well The staft are hospitable It was a great experience Thank you for accomodating us

It is along Jonker Street so it was an easy stroll. Lots of eatries along the way. There is cashless paid parking near the hotel. I think you can park for 24 hrs for RM12 (not reimbursed by hotel. There is no receipt issued by the machine). There is a municipal parking but quite a distance. Hotel will reimburse RM20 for the parking there provided you keep the receipt. Call the hotel for details.

It's worth more than the price, the location, the facilities. I paid less than RM50 per night (not including the RM50 deposit). The bathroom and showers are amazing. The heaters is 5/5 stars, complete with shampoo, soap, towels. We got a window with the city view. The room is big and very comfortable, the air-conditioning is fully functioning. A lot of space for prayers. I'd definitely book this hotel again, next time.

I stayed at Asiatic Hotel Melaka and booked the Family Suite with jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a living area, balcony, and in-room spa bath. While it’s not a true duplex layout, the suite still felt roomy and comfortable for families or groups. The jacuzzi was definitely the highlight – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Amenities such as WiFi, smart TV, minibar, and toiletries were all provided, making the stay convenient. Parking is available in front of the hotel, free but limited on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you arrive during peak hours, you might need to circle around to find a spot. Location is excellent – close to major attractions like Jonker Street, A Famosa, and shopping malls (Dataran Pahlawan, Mahkota Parade). There are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so dining is not an issue even though the hotel doesn’t have its own restaurant. One small downside is the soundproofing; you can sometimes hear noise from the hallway. The lift is also on the smaller side, so it can get busy during peak times. Overall, Asiatic Hotel Melaka is a great choice if you want a spacious suite with jacuzzi, free parking, and a central location. It’s comfortable and good value, especially for families or friends traveling together.
