I recently stayed at this budget hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the check-in process via WhatsApp was smooth and convenient, the overall condition of the hotel was poor. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room did not feel well maintained, and the bedsheets and towels were old, worn out, and noticeably yellowish, which made the stay quite uncomfortable.

Good location, very close to Jonker Street Night Market. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel. The only downside is parking — street parking is limited and may require parking at a nearby paid private parking.

Overall, the experience was acceptable the ocation was convenient about a 10-15 minute ride to the city centre, which made getting around quite easy. However, there were several issues during our stay Cleanliness: We noticed some smallinsects on the floor. While it didn't significantly affect aur stay, it would be better if the rooms could be more thoroughly checked and cleaned. Customer Service: All communication had to be done online through WhatsApp, as there was no face-to-face front desk service. This was quite unconventional and sometimes made things less convenient when we needed assistance urgently. Room Equipment: One of the air conditioners in our room kept switching on and off by itself and wasn't functioning properly. Even more concerning, the hairdryer had a short circuit, produced a burning smell, and even sparked flames. This was a frightening experience, and although it was eventually replaced, waiting a full day for such a serious issue was very disappointing.

My 2nd time stay with my spouse. Everything is great n worth the rate. Simple breakfast, not as great as the previous stay when we had breakfast at Swiss Garden but still good. I surely come again soon

Geblieben 3d/2n während des vesak Wochenendes. Rein Budget Hotel. Mein Zimmer ist geräumig. Haben Sie kostenfreies Shampoo/Klimaanlage/Badegel. Haben Sie kostenfreies Wasser und Kaffee am Eingang. Sehr gute Lage für mich. Eine Minute zu Fuß zum besetzten Jonker-Bereich. Rezeptionist lasse mich früh prüfen. Ich bin dankbar, da es super heiß draußen war. Check out ist 12nn. Neben dem Hotel gibt es viele Parkplätze. Sehr empfohlen. Freut mich mit meinem Aufenthalt.

Da wir spät ankamen und nur wenige Nächte blieben, wählte ich dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage am Ende der Jonker Street. Die Lage entsprach der Beschreibung, und das Beste war, dass sich die Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels befanden (die Rezeption lag zur Straße hin), sodass wir ruhig schlafen konnten und keinen Lärm von der Straße abbekamen. In der Lobby gab es außerdem einen Wasserspender mit gefiltertem Warm- und Kaltwasser. Das Zimmer selbst war recht groß, aber einfach und sauber. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, zwei Flaschen Wasser, zwei Kaffeepäckchen, einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Spiegel, eine Kleiderstange und einen Nachttisch. Allerdings gab es keinen Fernseher. Wir schauen auf Reisen nicht viel fern, daher war das für uns kein Problem, aber für manche Gäste könnte es ein Nachteil sein. Die einzigen kleinen Nachteile waren die etwas schwache Klimaanlage und das nicht richtig warme Duschwasser.
